- MILLER (5/5): Niranta...hmm - The close proximity to the arrival and departure lounges Breakfast was fairly ok 1. They said i didn't pre book when I did...showed the proof. 2. Wifi asked for surname...didn't gonnect...gave first name....connected. 3. Do they really charge by the hour? How much is it per hour? 4. Isn't there a free spa for the booking? If there was, wasn't told about it. Thank you.

- Kevin (9/5): Clean and convenient hotel in T2 - Perfect location for a one night stop in Bombay. Be aware that you need to be arriving or departing T2 to stay. You can get a card from reception that allows you to leave the terminal and return, which I used to go and spend the evening exploring Bombay (airports in India generally have an extra layer of security for entering the terminals checking need to be there). My room was smallish, but fine and clean. Breakfast was fine, but Asian (as it should be), so not really to my taste. Staff were pleasant. The metro can be used to get into the city and down to near the Gateway of India (Churchgate) and is very cheap (70 Rupees one way). Be aware that there is sometimes confusion about the metro, for instance, I was told to get a taxi to a station 10 minutes away and travel in that way. No need to do that, the metro line can be accessed from the terminal. Alternatively, an Uber Go was about 800 Rupees all the way to Gateway of India. Not so much the hotel, but more the airport staff, who didn’t seem to know where the hotel was and gave incorrect information.

- Charlene Weiss (7/5): Thin walls but great location. - Very friendly staff and 24hr a day service. Walls are paper thin and we had to listen to a very loud family chatting away loudly from midnight when they arrived until 3am...when the very reason we booked was to try get a few hours sleep.

- Emily (3/5): Average stay with no sleep - In the airport The walls are paper thin and I’d hoped to sleep even a little and didn’t sleep at all. Staff were really loud, banging around hoovering what felt like all night, the alarm went off. I’d have been better off not paying for a room and staying in on the floor in the airport.
- Ale (7/5): - It is inside the Terminal, which is why you choose it. It is also among the cheapest in the terminal, but that's an easy win when the other hotels' prices are simply unreasonably high. Breakfast is good, with a fairly well furnished buffet. The room had no window and in the early morning there was no hot water in the shower. Sure I could have asked for help, but when you're there most likely you have a tight travel schedule, so you don't have the time to ask and wait...

We remembered the kitchen/restaurant & room service staff was helpful. The security check was bad, wasn't informative make us walk up and down and back to starting point again just to do body scan. Felt the rate is overpriced, should have been cheaper.

The Spa receptionist did not speak or understand English well which led to communication issues. Back and Shoulder massage was not at the expected quality. It corresponds to western standards, there are many tv channels, but the decoration and isolation are not very pleasant. However the hotel is very convenient for someone having to take a plane before sunrise. But it is also quite expensive according to Indian standards.

- Klaus (1/5): Hotel taugt bestenfalls als absolute Notlösung, Vorsicht bei fehlenden Visum - Nichts Zimmer abgewohnt, muffig, Frühstück besteht aus ungenießbarem Inhalt in einer Plastiktüte. Das größte Ärgernis, aber war, dass wir das Hotel als Transit Hotel gebucht hatten, uns aber bei Ankunft gesagt wurde, dass wir ein anderes Hotel mit gleichem Namen im Ankunftsbereich des Flughafens gebucht hätten. Dort konnten wir aber mangels Visa gar nicht hin, was zuvor per e-Mail eigentlich abgestimmt war. Der ziemlich unfreundliche Mitarbeiter meinte, es seien verschiedene Hotels, er habe auf das andere Hotel keinen Zugriff und könne da nichts machen. Erst nachdem weitere Gäste das gleiche Problem angesprochen und ihr Unverständnis erklärt hatten, war dann doch ein Zug Zugriff ins System möglich, jedoch gegen entsprechende Gebühr. Insgesamt so mit einer Erfahrung, die wir keinem wünschen.

- Kristopher Nelson (6/5): Passable for a short transit stay of one night - Location is perfect as it is inside the airport and means you don’t need to go out into the Mumbai traffic if you’re not staying for long. Also very clean The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything next door even when they brushed their teeth. The food also wasn’t great and the salad that was brought as a side dish looked like it was left out a while. It’s passable but not great for the price being charged for food compared to other options outside the hotel. The customs officer that checked our passports and confirmation to stay in the hotel was over the top serious and made us stand for 10 minutes whilst he interrogated our passports and confirmation of stay even though we had just had the same inside the airport. Not what you want when you are exhausted and just sat on a bus for 1hr to get from the other terminal plus your international flight.
