• Vanessa (10/5): Best place to stay - Alll perfect!!! I went in low season so they checked me in early… was super nice from them. I had a good discount on the Thermal Walter when I mentioned that o was staying in the hotel. The room is like “vintage or old school” lovely felt like a princess …. I was in the room with view to the square, lovely! The room & bathroom was super clean and big Super quiet I slept super well…… I honestly loved everything the staff was absolutely FABULOUS…. A great warm welcome from them. Ahhh continental breakfast inclusive a lot of options and an amazing cappuccino made from the lady on breakfast area. I definitely recommend…. Feels like to immerse myself in Italian culture, as it's not a city that's frequently visited by foreign tourists... however, everyone at the hotel and outside was extremely kind. I loved everything

• Jan (8/5): heerlijk - De plek aan het dorpsplein is erg sfeervol en we hadden een fijne kamer met alle comfort. We werden extra verrast door de fijne hotelkeuken en de vriendelijke bediening. In de ontbijtzaal valt de eierkoker op en het flessenrek voor de wijnflessen die de gasten bij een volgend bezoek op tafel terugzetten.

• Canale (6/5): - Hotel con ambientazione retro', che può piacere ad alcuni. Silenzioso. Centrale. Buona vista da finestra. Giardino e piccola piscina ben tenuti. Odori di cucina negli ambienti comuni.Prima colazione a buffet ristretto. Ristorante interno con poca scelta. Non ammesse richieste di portate extra menù. Pessima norma per clienti con particolari esigenze.

• Liz (8/5): Gentile Casciana - The boss was a sea of tranquillity, the hotel itself- old world refined charm and pace. We ate at the excellent restaurant and had a lovey breakfast in deferential quiet. A gem. Think you could clean the stairs and balustrade!

• Stella (10/5): Charming hotel, well worth a visit! - The hotel has plenty of old world charm, perched in the centre of a lovely little town. We loved it here! The pool is beautiful and clean, and was the perfect place to relax in the hot afternoons. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was the perfect start to our days. We loved dinner at the restaurant downstairs, and listening to music in the Piazza. We didn’t want to leave! Parking instructions could be a little clearer

• Marianikolovska (9/5): Superb - The staff is very polite and lovely. The breakfast was good. The building is historical, magical, organized in the same style. It is a plus that they have a swimming pool, which is perfect for the summer conditions in Toscana. We loved our stay. Not a lot of conditions to hang your towels to dry after the swimming pool. And I also would advise to change the check in time. Summertime in Italy is very busy and you may not succeed to make it by 21h for check in.

• Kathy (7/5): Quirky old school hotel in Casurina Terme, Tuscany. Good location. Large pool. - This hotel was very typical old school. The staff spoke very little English, but we managed ok. Located right in the town centre. Interesting little village to explore. We stayed there to attend an Andrea Bocelli concert. Great view of a concert in the town square from our room. Pool was not sparking clean. Umbrellas had mould on them. Limited breakfast choices. Guests were smoking by pool. Would not choose as a holiday destination but ok for a transit stop.
• Thomas (10/5): A Wonderful Stay - The hotel has a unique charm and we felt at home. The staff were very welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast each morning was the perfect start for a day of exploring the Tuscany countryside. The pool was a nice touch and perfect for cooling off in the afternoon sunshine. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would definitely return.

• James (10/5): Fantastic family run hotel with vintage character - Lovely vintage style hotel right in the centre of town. Brilliant family run all wonderful. Pool was lovely, great parking, great location. Fantastic, I think we will be back.
