Lennard (10/5): - Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt für einen sehr fairen Preis. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei Fragen erhält man innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. An der Austattung des Zimmers gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln, die Matratzen waren sehr angenehm und auch das Badezimmer war Einwandfrei. Hinzu kommt noch die super zentrale Lage in der Nähe vom Taskimplatz. Wenn man einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Istanbul haben will ohne viel Geld auszugeben, ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Abou Safouan (8/5): - Everything was almost perfect. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay and was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with modern utensils and appliances, and everything looked quite new. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower and good-quality shampoo provided. The smart TV with YouTube was a big plus. The location is quiet and not busy, which made the stay very comfortable. Keivan is a great host and provides very good service. A couple of small points for improvement: a bedside lamp on the nightstand would be useful, and slightly thicker curtains would improve the room, so that neighbors on the other side can't see anything. Overall, a great place and highly recommended.

It was a huge black out, due a cable failure in the area. The host after some time rent a power generator to restore electricity at the building.

Pavel (9/5): Отличная квартира - Отличная квартира для полноценного проживания. Всё есть, а чего нет - можно попросить. Хозяин дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Конечно, всё не новое, но в приличном и рабочем состоянии. Район довольно тихий, если не считать мечети и призывы на молитву, которые работали будильником. Отсюда легко добраться в любую часть города.

Joseph (10/5): - The owner of the flats was very helpful and willing to assist where ever possible making you feel comfortable and at home. The staff member was a great always willing to help and make you feel welcome. The price was good we spent 19 nights and enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much to ask as we were always assisted. The premises is in close proximity to almost everything. I would deffinately book here again. Thank you for your hospitality. It is a bit close to the Mosque but we got use to the time of prayer.

Tarek (10/5): - The location was great, just few minutes walk from Taksim square and metro station. The area was very safe and there are many restuarans and clubs. The staff were very helpful and professional. The room was spacious and fully equipped with kitchen. The bathroom was clean with very powerful hot water.

Abdullah Enes (8/5): - Temizlikle ilgili bir problem görmedim. Konum biraz soru işareti uyandırabilir özellikle geç saatlerde. Sadece duş almak, dinlenmek, uyumak için çok çok yeterli gelecektir. Benim daha fazla beklentim yoktu ve bu yüzden yeterliydi.
Urmas (8/5): Great value and comfort if you manage to reach the door - Great price. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Nice room with a very comfortable bed. It is on a street in a run down neighbourhood that is a bit hard to navigate, being very steep and you have to push past cars that are parked in the middle of the neighboring streets.

MIRANI (7/5): - Do atendimento. Funcionários atenciosos. Check in e check out com muita facilidade. Liberdade para ir e vir, a qualquer horário. Próximo da Praça Taksim, da Rua Stklal, metrô, funicular e bondinho. Pesquisei o local, pensando que tivesse máquina de lavar roupa dentro do apartamento, para facilitar. A lavanderia é coletiva e fica no subsolo. Não há elevador, o que obriga a descer alguns degraus. Não recomendo a acomodação para quem tem problema de acessibilidade.

Kira (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal - immer erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch nah am Taksim und daher gut angebunden an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Man hat die Möglichkeit wäsche zu waschen. Der Besitzer hat sehr gute Empfehlungen für lokale Küche!

Paul (10/5): Budget-Friendly, Brilliant, and Convenient - It was a compact serviced apartments place with various types of apartments, including duplexes and studios. The location was very convenient, being very close to Taksim Square, specifically in a back street behind it. I stayed in their most budget unit, a tiny studio apartment, which was very convenient and felt like a private hostel room. I especially liked the "secret" kitchenette, which had a stove, microwave, and all necessary kitchen appliances. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was clean. The staff was helpful, and they reside in the building. Nada!
Dmitrii (1/5): Очень сильный запах никотина в комнате - Входная дверь всегда открыта, что удобно при заезде, в любое время дня и ночи на улице точно не останетесь. На стене висит пароль от Wi-Fi плохо только что не указано название сети, их много и определить какая невозможно. Парни кто работают там приветливые. Я снял апартаменты на -1 этаже и в комнате был очень сильных запах никотина. Не мог понять это с улицы или через вытяжку запах идёт, весь день и всю ночь номер вонял запахом от сигарет, возможно, в других комнатах курят и поэтому запах присутствует везде. Мне как человеку некурящему было тяжело. Также слышно всё, что делают соседи, даже как в туалет ходят. Причем, непонятно это сверху или через стенку, или все разом. Остановился бы я там ещё раз ?! Однозначно- НЕТ!

Luke (4/5): Uncleaned bedding sheets - Technically this is a good value apartment but the Iranian man looking after the property does not launder the sheets but instead uses a clothes lint roller to remove previous occupant's hairs... Found lots of human hairs on my sheets. It was also locked when I arrived

Pauliina (10/5): Spacious apartments with great staff - This place exceeded my expectations in many ways. Although the rooms are not the most modern, they had everything necessary for daily living. The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. Messages are responded to quickly and the well-being of guests is taken care of. This was definitely one of my best stays in Istanbul! The accommodation is located in a slightly restless area and I didn't always feel safe when I was doing daily walks outside. There was no bidet in the bathroom and cleaning was not included in the price. However, bed linen and towels were changed when needed, which was great!
