- Bruno (8/5): - Overall this was a great place. For the most part it is a quiet get away with plenty to do. We were unfortunate in that our timing was not the best. Just so happened to be a large graduation celebration going on and all of the participants arrived at the same time as we did. So check in was very crazy. They are strict on their three o’clock check in time so this means everyone arrives at the same time. We arrived early but could not check in until 3. It was insane! We were surprised that the graduation event itself didn’t disrupt much, however, many of the graduates stayed on for a couple days and wrapped up their stay with an all night party which disturbed everyone in our building. Hotel did nothing to shut it down. Very disappointed with that. I would recommend this facility but double check with them to make sure this mid June graduation isn’t happening at the same time as your stay.

- Majid (6/5): - Overall the property is is unique location or i could say outstanding location where you will never find a place like Lapota in the middle of nature. One thing i didnt like is the staff hygiene in which the bar tender is washing the glass with water only and serving the drink to the next customer. Also the room cleaning service need to improve alot, the staff did not clean the room and washroom floor, and did not change the bed sheet even it was dirty. Thanl you lapota team for the great experience. I can call the resort (Paradise at earth).
- Taroub (8/5): Great BUT Food. - At first, we were all enjoying our time and mesmerised by the views but then we had dinner at the chateau. And that’s when our whole view became different. The steak and salmon were frozen and not up to par at all. The next day, we had breakfast and our review couldn’t get any worse for their “continental” breakfast style. Most of the buffet wasn’t fresh, and wasn’t really appetizing to say the least. Very unfortunate to have this kind of food at this kind of resort.

The staff are also extremely helpful. We were back from dinner and carrying a few items. One of the bellboy whom ferried us to our rooms earlier remembered us and took us back to our block by the buggy!

- Boris (8/5): Peaceful experience, great place - I have to say that the only 2 things that bothered me about this place was that it wasn’t clean enough for a place of such status- in the bathroom there were bugs on the wall, and there were some leftovers from previous guests. The other issue i had is the way “hotels” / the property handled my booking- apperantly they took only 50% of the value of the booking when i ordered via the application, and the other 50% i had to pay upon check in- no one cared to inform me of that clearly, and actually that was my first time managing the payment fory staying in such way (not to mention that when i asked the propery manager why is that, he said that this is the way they mamage with ordered coming from expendia=hotels, but from booking on the other hand, they can charge the whole amount. It makes a difference because via card they charge only local currency, and by cash you need to plan bring extra for it or you gonna be out of budget). The rest of the place is just nothing more then amazing! Would definitely recommend and come agagin (probably not from expedia/hotels though)

- Verified traveler (4/5): Orange oily diarrhea - At check in, the receptionist initially told us that our booking was with breakfast. I showed hem that the booking is full bird. After having some calls, he said yes your reservation is full board. The place was ok for 4 start resort. My 2 kids had very stinky orange oily diarrhea the 2nd day of arrival. It was horrible for my boy who was not able to control it. Initially, we thought it was from the swimming pool since both swallowed some water while swimming. After asking a doctor, it seems that it is from the fish that they ate at dinner. My boy ate only fish for dinner with a good size portion. He was not able to control his poop over 2 days. It was really horrible preventing us from enjoying our journey.

Thanks to Armon at the reception to welcome us warmly with a great smile and professional attitude to show and describe the resort. From the restaurant with amazing food especially organic vegetables planted at the resort. Helpful waitresses like Nini, kiti and Roma, they were very supportive and helpful to get me items that were not even in lunch or dinner menu from the kitchen. Nini also from the activity club that showed my family how to ride a horse. The beauty in this place is phenomenal. Lots of water activities (indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna steam rooms. Amazing rooming with mountain and lake view . Horse riding , paddling , bike riding and quad bikes to play on with kids area . At night they offer barbecue fire for people to enjoy. I recommend to have more Internaional food variety. And showers to be covered with a curtain , and portable showers in bathroom. This is one of the best places to see the Beauty of Georgia and it’s kind people .

Definitely more a family resort than a couples destination. Management not great. Charged me for an extra night due to an administrative error on their part. Hotels.com (nearly) righted that for me which was lovely given the error was on the hotel’s side. Food was good. Wine selection not bad but no lists. Disappointing experience but not a terrible place.

- Ronen (8/5): Amazing resort - We liked our stay. Amazing view, magical. Room was big but the bed was not comfort (too soft) for us. Breakfast was good, though we expected more from such resort. Restaurants in the resort are very expensive and good (not excellent) All in all stuff was great except before check out - waited 40 minutes for a ride with our belongings and when it didn't srrive (2 calls to ask) we took it by foot.
