- Jamaluddin (8/5): - I would suggest to guest who have little budget stay at Sweet Home Guesthouse because you feel as that you are at your home.
- Philip (6/5): Close to Walking Street - Hotel is well known by the bus operator from the airport, probably from the many guests that have stayed here. Hotel was overbooked for the family room that we booked for. However they found us another room with 4 bunker beds which my gals loved as they have never slept in a bunker bed before. Best thing is they are honest & refunded the cost difference.
- Elia (6/5): Description doesn't match the rooms. - we didn't actually stay there since the conditions were not according to the description on hotels.com. i booked a room with private bathroom and aircondition. it was the main reason i booked this particular hotel because of the private bathroom and AC for that cheap price. when we arrived they told us that our room has a shared bathroom. i showed them my confirmation e-mail which stated that i paid for a room with private bathroom and also in the Hotels app. but according to the staff the e-mail that they received says it's not. at first they didn't want to refund us but after a 40 minute discussion they finally agreed on giving us full refund and we went to find another hotel.
