Luciane (1/5): - During the week I was scheduled to stay at the property, I was forced to cancel my reservation due to extreme weather conditions in the region. Several news reports were warning about severe storms and winds reaching up to 100 km/h, making it unsafe to proceed with the trip. I requested the cancellation of the reservation due to force majeure circumstances; however, the hotel refused to accept the cancellation. In addition, the property did not respond to the messages sent through the platform.

The man kindly gave us a packed breakfast as we left early in the morning. The TV only had one channel. We didn't much care for the general area in which it was located, although we could walk to some shops in the day time only. We didn't really feel welcome when we arrived.
Brian (7/5): Reasonably comfortable but feel there needs to be some improvements for the price - Kitchen Room seemed to be cold even with basic wall heater on. Managed to get only one channel on the TV. TV controls probably need to be replaced as they were broken. Wi fi was very sporadic. From time to time there was an annoying vibration noise (particularly when trying to sleep) coming through the wall/ most probably from the next door units fan or air conditioner.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and lovingly decorated. Easy walk to almost everything. Staff always great you with a smile and are very helpful! I can't think of a thing I would change!

Roger (10/5): A Gem of a Place in Port Elizabeth - Gorgeous & a Good Value - We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was beautifully furnished and just stunning. Our room was comfortable with plenty of storage. And there was a space that included coffee/tea making (instant), a fridge and a microwave. We had a large bathroom and chairs on the porch outside our door. There was parking inside the gate. A pool. The main reception, breakfast area. The beach was two blocks away, the Airport 10 minutes. Perfect Black out curtains would have been nice.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, the house itself is charming (actually 2 houses abutting a courtyard), their breakfast is fantastic, and they really go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The bathrooms are a little dated, but the showers are hot and good water pressure!

Lee-Anne Green (9/5): Lovely accommodation near the beach and mall - The breakfast was superb. The room was very comfortable with a microwave, bar fridge, Coffee/tea, cutlery and crockery and a very comfortable bed. The building is lovely and there is a very nice pool area. Plenty of parking. Our room also had a work desk, and I was able to work from the house way after check-out time, which was extremely convenient. There is also a lovely little patio area. Staff are very friendly. It is also a short and pleasant walk along the promenade to the beach and Boardwalk Mall. We stayed in room 6, and the only down side was that there is a small window that has no curtain, so if you are light sensitive, there is light that shines through the window into the room, especially being a full moon. There is also a shelf over the basin that is a bit too low. It just needs to be raised in order to avoid bumping your head when brushing your teeth.

Uta (8/5): Als Flughafen -Hotel geeignet - Wir wurden sehr nett und verbindlich empfangen. Als Flughafen Hotel perfekt. Es ist sind nur 10 Minuten zum Flughafen. Dicht zum Wasser und zu Restaurants. Leider hatten wir Stromausfall und hatten eine Lampe zum Aufladen bekommen. Es war sehr hellhörig und auf der Straße wird bis wir über Mitternacht hinaus gefeiert. Sehr laut. Uns wurde empfohlen abends nicht alleine draußen uns zu bewegen. Das hatten wir die kompletten 14 Tage Gardenroute von Kapstadt bis Port Elizabeth nicht.

O local é bonito, calmo, seguro e serviu perfeitamente como ponto de parada para descansar e tomar café antes de seguirmos viagem. Quarto: bastante espaçoso, com uma pequena cozinha equipada, geladeira, micro-ondas, camas confortáveis, ar-condicionado e ventilador. O banheiro também é amplo e conta com chuveiro de boa pressão. Infraestrutura: o espaço é confortável e conta com um bonito jardim e piscina ao ar livre, que, infelizmente, não tivemos tempo de aproveitar. Também dispõe de estacionamento. Café da manhã: muito gostoso. Preparam ovos na hora, além de servirem iogurte e pães quentinhos com geleia e manteiga, acompanhados de suco e chocolate quente ou café com leite. Localização: ambiente silencioso e, de carro, próximo ao centro comercial, às praias e ao aeroporto.

Nadia (10/5): - The only thing I would like to bring to your attention is that the shower drain seems to be semi blocked. the water drains extremely slow hence you stand in your shower water for the majority of the shower

Anthony (6/5): A bit "bumpy" the first few days, but sorted out afterwards. - No complaints about the breakfast We were allocated a room on arrival between the kitchen and reception. The light shone into the room the whole night and we hardly slept at all. We did mention this to reception the next day. The Saturday morning a piece of furniture was taken from the room to be sanded down. We found this inconsiderate and inconvenient. Also there was an odour emanating from the pipes when we used either the shower,basin or toilet. When we spoke to the Owner on the Monday, she readily agreed move us to another room without any questions.

Lyn Weber (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt - Wir hatten ein eher kleines Zimmer, es hatte aber genügend Stauraum für die Koffer. Das Zimmer war sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Poolanlage ist sehr einladend. In Port Elizabeth würden wir wieder diese Unterkunft wählen, allerdings würden wir ein grösseres Zimmer nehmen. Leider war der Aussenbereich vor dem Zimmer nicht gedeckt, zum Glück hatten wir nur einen Regentag.

RENATO (10/5): Boa opção para se hospedar em Port Elizabeth - O quarto é bastante espaçoso, conta com uma pequena cozinha e tem uma casa espaçosa e confortável. O hotel dispõe de estacionamento interno e fica a 5 minutos de carro do aeroporto, do shopping mall e do cassino. Nada a mencionar

Anver (8/5): It felt very homey, like visiting family with your own privacy. - The beach house was cozy, staff were friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was yummy and it was good to have options! The room was spacious, we liked that there was a microwave, fridge and plates and cutlery available in the room. Our bathroom drainage was blocked and the sink was super small, couldn’t use it comfortably.
Lisa (8/5): Safe and happy - We love this property as the rooms are always organised, clean and one knows what you’re getting. Seriously amazing staff, and professionally executed breakfasts. Aircon leaking water down walls and onto floor - needed to use towels to soak up. Staff tried to get someone in over Christmas to fix - this was a new appliance.
