Why booing.com even taking reservations without proper management. Instead don't make reservations option. So bad experience. • Paula (1/5): - Did not stay at this location. beds were unclean,the linen very old and torn. no water to flush toilet and the room was very unkempt. they showed us another 2 rooms which were in the same condition although not made up. none of these rooms resembled the image advertised on booking.com. we left and found alternative accommodation.

• Bernadett (1/5): - The room on the picture is not real. It's a old, dirty place nothing to see with the uploaded pictures and information... But the staff was very nice) . I just runaway and look for other place in the middle night. Thanks for the local people we found a room. But only 1 room we could have too late for 3 woman so 1 of us have to sleep on the floor. And we paid extra to the taxi driver to bring us around the city in the late time... Would be fine if they post real pictures and people don't have trouble and extra cost. Oh and the name what is write on the entrance is different.. it's cost to find it.. I didn't like they cheating people to show new room pictures and when we arrived we found a totally different rooms with dirty bedsheet and floor, I didn't like I had to pay the taxi for travel the address and don't have room... I didn't like to be without room in the middle night in the new city...

Чистота и комфорт такие же, как и в большинстве отелей Индии: постельное бельё с пятнами, лейка в душе работает не самым надлежащим образом, на окнах нет сеток от комаров. Просто нужно быть к этому готовым и не ждать многого. Путешествовать по Индии рекомендую со своей простынёй и спальным мешком. И фумигатором от комаров.

Worst Bathrooms.NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY - Nothing to like in Hotel, not meant for family, we booked queen bed room in advance still we got a room with two single beds and moreover they charged Rs. 300 for early check in. So no assurance of booked rooms though booked in advance from Booking.com. Not maintained rooms, poor cleanliness, alternate day room service, dirty washrooms, no latch to the bathroom doors you have to sing a song while in the Bathroom, AC rooms without remote. I read the earlier review before booking. There were multiple reviews for cleanliness, room service and others but there was response from hotel to improve the services based on which I booked the rooms but I didn’t seen any improvement as committed by them. It’s a waste of money. I don’t recommend this hotel to ANYBODY.

The room has no foot mat outside the washroom. No toiletries were provided. Linens were not clean No towels were provided even on asking Second room given to us had wifi but the geyser in this room was also very small and maybe could give hot water less than 1L The second room washroom flush was not working, the receptionist fixed it but it again stopped working Air conditioner had no remote so if you want to switch it off you have to go and tell in the reception Frequently customers have to ask the receptionist to turn on the water pump due to unavailability of water Bathroom had broken window

When we checked the bottle seal was not appropriate then they told us we always give refills water to customers😡 - today we checkout property around 5.15 am and staff didn’t send anyone to help us for our luggage - reception desk number was 9 but at 5 am morning we tried to dial that number 9 that was not working. I went down all staffs slept on floor they didn’t bother to turn on the light. - staircase light was switched off while we were leaving from the hotel😡 - I recommend booking.com team to take our feedback seriously
