• Michaela (10/5): - Piazze Di Roma sa nachádza vo výbornej lokalite (bezpečnej a tichej), blízko metra, čo je obrovská výhoda. Samotné ubytovanie bolo veľmi čisté a upratané. Hostiteľka Patricia bola starostlivá, ochotná a vždy pripravená pomôcť. Poradila nám, ako najlepšie navštíviť pamiatky, odporučila skvelé miesta na jedlo aj nákupy. Celkový pobyt hodnotíme veľmi pozitívne a ak pôjdeme opäť do Ríma, určite sa sem v budúcnosti vrátime.

• Ilina (10/5): Страхотно място, което нямаме търпение пак да посетим! - Престоят ни беше страхотен! Апартаментът е прекрасен. Чистотата е на изключително ниво! Локацията на апартамента е неповторима - на пешеходно разстояние от Ватикана, до метростанция и автобусни спирки. Районът е тих и спокоен. Нашият домакин Лоренцо е изключително любезен и отзивчив човек, готов да помогне за всичко. Препоръчвам с две ръце! -

• Kamerla (10/5): Odličan smještaj za par dana posjeta Rimu - Lokacija je izvrsna, restoran i caffe bar odmah do apartmana a metro 3 min hoda. Patrizia nas je ljubazno dočekala i objasnila sve potrebno, čak nas iznenadila kolačićem i svjećicom za rodendan koji je donio njen preslatki sin mali Diego 🥰 Smještaj za preporuku u svakom smislu...hvala!
• Jadwiga (10/5): Super :) - Super lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra CIPRO .Na miejscu wszystko co potrzeba, pokój czysty łóżko wygodne na dzień dobry można wypić kawusię z ekspresu w pokoju. W okolicy dużo knajpek gdzie można zjeść smacznie. Pani Patrycja to kontaktowa osoba doradzi, wytłumaczy jednym słowem jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Było w nim wszystko co potrzeba: ekspres do kawy i przekąski, ręczniki, kosmetyki, suszarka do włosów. Miałyśmy do dyspozycji kuchnię, która była w części wspólnej.

• Paula (9/5): Cudowny Rzym, na pewno jeszcze kiedyś wrócimy, jeszcze sporo do zobaczenia, choć już sporo zobaczyliśmy :) - Super lokalizacja, blisko Watykanu. W pobliżu kilka sklepów spożywczych, w tym duży Carrefour 24/7h :) po wyjściu z obiektu od razu restauracje różnego rodzaju - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokój czysty, łóżko szerokie i wygodne, w pokoju dostępna duża szafa, stół i lodówka w każdym pokoju. W obiekcie znajduje się kuchnia z mikrofalówką, czajnikiem, ekspresem i naczyniami. Patrycja bardzo pomocna i kontaktowa, pozytywna osoba. Służyła radą w wielu aspektach - m.in. co zobaczyć, co zjeść, czego nie robić, czego nie kupować i komu nie ufać. O każdej porze można do niej zadzwonić lub napisać :). Patrycja jest Polką także rozmawiać można z nią w pełni w języku polskim, ale zna również angielski i włoski (i być może jeszcze jakiś) :) Vincenzo pozytywny człowiek. Kontakt w języku angielskim i włoskim, zawsze z uśmiechem na twarzy i pozytywną dobrą energią. Również pomocny i służący radą. Zdecydowanie polecamy! :) Paula i Mateusz Niezbyt wygodna łazienka - wąska i mała kabina prysznicowa, gdyby nie to byłoby jeszcze lepiej, a wręcz perfekcyjnie. :)

Wspaniały i sympatyczny gospodarz Vincenzo, który bardzo dba o swoich gości. Szczególne podziękowania dla Patrycji, która zawsze chętnie służyła radą i pomocą. Jedyny minus to bardzo ciasna kabina prysznicowa. Osoba o większych gabarytach miała by problem z niego skorzystać.

Polskim), spokojna dzielnica, blisko sklep całodobowy (Carrefour, ok. 10 minut spaceru), winda, lodówka w pokoju, w pokoju było czysto, łóżka są wygodne, Ciasny prysznic, zdjęcia są lekko nieaktualne jednak pokój za bardzo się nie różni (normalne ślady używania)

He didn't receive me because I didn't contact the person in charge an hour before my arrival. What kind of procedure is this? I booked a room; why do I have to contact him an hour before arriving? Alojamento com elevador, e espaço com uma pequena cozinha interessante (consegue se fazer alguma refeicao). Quarto era confortável e deu perfeitamente para ficar as três noites em Roma. Alguns pormenores simples no quarto precisam de ser renovados. Chuveiro muito pequeno, tendo 187cm não conseguia tomar banho a não ser com a porta aberta. Insonorização insuficiente, ouve se tudo dos quartos laterais, inclusive a porta da entrada a bater.

Great location next to the metro and within walking distance to Vatican with lovely food around. Vicente was amazing in his recommendations and very helpful. A bit of noise from the next room as there was a group staying. Breakfast was not provided.

Even gave us a map of Rome and told us places of interest around Rome. None

The location was great, a 5-minute walk from the Metro. It was very safe in the evening, and there were many small, good restaurants in the neighborhood. There was a supermarket just around the corner to buy fruits, vegetables, water, bread, etc. at a good price.

The room itself was comfortable, with useful features such as a coffee machine, small fridge and safe deposit box. Very clean and peaceful. The kitchen/diner area was fully stocked with crockery and cutlery, kettle, and microwave to use as you wish. Owner is lovely- communication before our stay was excellent. Nothing - we’d love to come back!

The kitchen was packed with everything you could need , the bedroom had inside things that made life easier (like the fridge or the safe deposit box). Lovely host and very helpful. It was close to the metro and had very good cafe /restaurants around. The tv had a very hard time connecting to the WiFi ,but that is a common problem in the city.

May be other places could be better bigger and cleaner. The location is great anyway, close to cafes, shops, metro, Vatican Museum and city center. Vincenzo to my mind did his best to be our (and other quests) personal guide to Rome. It’s like the friend you know how tells you where to go, when to go, where to eat, to shop, to stop and what to visit first and last. He made our trip really effective, pleasant and enhanced with top sightseeing spots and local food places. For that reason – I would advice the place and the host. As that combined will make your trip unforgettable. It's my first time at B&B and I have nothing to compare with...

The owner was very welcoming and informative and even provided a map for the Metro to access all the usual tourist attractions. • Wojciech (10/5): Exceptional - The service was absolutely excellent, we've gained so much useful info from personnel about things to look at, restaurants worth checking and other useful tips for foreigners. Personnel even offered sending our postcards by themselves! Breakfasts are typically Italian - bakeries, yoghurts, honey and so on. It's not perfect for everybody, but I enjoyed it a lot. Rooms were tidy and cleaned up everyday with towels change included. The place is really close to the Vatican City, so one can walk by foot there. Additionally there's a metro station and few bus stops nearby. Shower was a bit small.

• Yuval (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at Le Piazza Di Roma was amazing! Let’s start with Vincenzo, the manager. He is the best thing a tourist could ask for when coming to Rome. Besides the fact that Vincenzo is extremely nice, he is a conversationalist and an all-around amazing person! He will guide you and help you with everything you need, from where to eat, to what to do, and how to avoid tourist traps. The place and the room give off the energy of home and were always clean. The location is great. You can enjoy the city center of Rome by taking the metro (it’s only 10 minutes to get to the Spanish Steps) and you can explore the neighborhood around the hotel, which is full of wonderful local places. As I said before, for us the best thing was Vincenzo, who made the trip much better than expected! And a quick tip for everyone who reads this: don’t skip the breakfast. You will enjoy great food with a lot of options, plus you’ll have amazing conversations with Vincenzo.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!
• Γιάννης (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at Le Piazze Di Roma was very good. The accommodation is very close to the metro station Cipro and the neighbourhood is quiet. Τhe breakfast was very good and the conversation with Vincenzo and Beatrice during breakfast time was delightful. They were great hosts and they made our stay enjoyable, i have only only good words to say. Vincenzo helped us a lot with the map, the places we should visit or where we can go to eat in order to avoid tourist traps. Ηe was available every time I contacted him. Vincenzo - Beatrice, it was a pleasure to meet you, I hope one day we'll meet you again...And remember the "Hungry Bear" :)
• Nanchang (3/5): place is average, but host is bad. - i like the restaurants in the neighborhood; the place was decently clean, and close to Metro line. The bathroom is small. The shower is tiny; you will have difficulty turning around in the shower if you are big. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is noisy, but not working well at all. The bathroom always had a strong foul smells, no matter how long you keep the exhaust fan running. One piece of unadvertised information, and I was informed by the host, is that if you check in between 8:00pm and 11:00pm, you will be charged $20 more, and after 11:00pm, $40 more. Other unadvertised information: you will get one towel for shower for your stay. It was one towel four days for me. The host was the worst I have ever had. The advertised check in time was from 2:00pm to 8:00pm, and my planned arrival time was well within that time window. I informed Vincent my flight in. when i was still on the train from airport to the place around 3:40pm, I got a surprise phone call from Vincent, he was scolding me for failing to show up earlier and not informing him my exact arrival time. He was complaining about waiting for me for an hour but my flight was delayed by 2 hours. I was shocked how rude he was and was speechless. During our stay, it was clear Vincent was very very proud of Italian culture, history, food, and his knowledge on everything in Rome, and he was blatantly rude about American history, culture, and food, and ridiculed how much and how early Americans eat their meals. He was fully aware that I came from the US. The breakfast is in very small portion. One day before we left Rome, Vincent sent me a text message asking us to use the toilet for pee only. We kept the room clean and the bathroom clean, but the stinky smell in the bathroom was there before we checked in. He should resolve the smell problem in the bathroom; instead he was blaming us for a problem that is not our fault. In the end, we did not shake hands when we departed, for good reason.

A family man himself, he - Location and the security The shower although nice, was small and the entry was challenging. The doors were sliding but opening was at the corner, making it very narrow.

• Silvia (8/5): Comfortable stay, very nice host and close to the Meteo and Vatican Gardens - Te B&B is very well located to the metro station Cipro, ori 15-20 min walking distance from St. Peter Square. There are many nice options from shopping to restaurants very close to the B&B. We stayed in the triple room, the beds were very comfortable, we slept very well. The room was clean, bathroom as well. We traveled with a small child and there were limited options in the breakfast for him to have. Also, the shower doors made it almost impossible to clean the child, because the opening is so narrow.

• Alena (9/5): Superb - Vincenzo is amazing, helpful and very obliging. The accommodation is clean, the beds are comfortable. Located near metro stadion. Nothing to complain about.

• Steve (10/5): Perfect base to explore Rome from - Great place to stay and explore Rome from. Facilities were really clean and the bed super comfy. Our host Vincenzo was superb, chatting to us over breakfast, he would help plan our day in the city to make sure we made the most of our time. He made us coffees and the kids hot chocolates whilst we all tucked into the sweet breakfast goodies he supplied. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Nothing it's perfect.

• Jane (10/5): Fabulous place to stay! - Excellent room, very comfortable bed, immaculate cleanliness, good breakfast, and great location... extremely close to the metro. The owner, Vincenzo, is exceptional with great advice in getting the best out of your trip to Rome, including site seeing, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended. There is nothing in relation to the apartment at the B&B. Just one tip to note, the Jolie restaurant nearby is, in our opinion, best avoided. Rude staff, awful service. We walked out after 10 minutes of being ignored when it wasn't busy.

He was always there helping us with everything that we needed and he also took extra time to discuss with us and gave us excellent recommendations on what to do and where to eat in Rome. Also, the apartment is nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable, you can rarely find beds like these. The breakfast is typically Italian and we enjoyed it a lot. Thanks Vincenzo for an amazing accommodation and experience in Rome. We will surely be back!
• Nikolaos (7/5): Good - The metro station and the buses were near. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Breakfast was poor only with two kinds of sweets but Vincenzo (the owner) was giving us information about our trip or the way of Roman life. Even thought the size of the bathroom was satisfying, the cabin douche was too small even for my eleven years old child!
• Kristina (10/5): Fantastic - It is a wonderful place to stay in Rome. The location is great - 3 minutes walk to the metro station, 5-6 minutes walk to Vatican. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The room was clean, big enough for my needs, with comfortable beds. The breakfast is sweet but very delicious with a very nice coffee/cappuccino in a nice, cozy kitchen. But what makes that place unique is the host owner Vincenzo. He is extremely kind and helpful, taking care for our comfort during the whole stay there. One of the most precious things is that he gave us recommendations for all the best the places worth visiting in Rome, and also for the good restaurants in the different areas and made reservations for us. When we come back in Rome we will definitely stay in Le Piazza Di Roma again. 😊
• Hatidzhe (10/5): great experience with useful advices - İt was a very nice experience staying here on our first trip to Rome. The location was amazing, near to Vatican museum and in the neighbor you can find everything that you need. Room was clear and comfortable. Homeowner was so friendly and always ready to give you useful advices for the city! İ recommend this place , you will feel at home.
• Sevi (10/5): Exceptional - Great location within a few minutes walk to the Cipro metro station, multiple supermarkets in the neighbourhood and and amazing bakery down the street. The area is really quiet. The twin room we stayed in was great value, comfortable and clean, with plenty of closet room to store luggage and belongings. The highlight of our stay was our host and property owner, Vincenzo, always pleasant and very helpful with advice about what to visit, best times to avoid long lines and recommendations on where to eat. Starting our day with laughs, fresh coffee and traditional Italian pies was also an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back again one day.

• Mariia (9/5): convenient place to stay near metro station - We stayed for three nights, Vincenzo met us on the street and kindly showed us to the apartment. The room and bathroom are very clean and smell very nice. At breakfast, we were greeted with aromatic coffee, croissants, pies, various jams and, of course, pleasant conversations. Vincenzo kindly told us how in 3 days you can see the main sights of Rome and the Vatican. Very convenient location of the apartments 3 minutes from the metro. We thank you for such a warm welcome and we are sure that we will return to Rome again. From personal hygiene products, instead of aroma wipes and cream, I wanted shower gel and hair conditioner. But we talked about this with the owner and he said that he would take into account.
• Szilvia (10/5): Everything was perfect - This B&B is located in a perfect place: just few minutes walking a metro station and about 15 mins to the Vatican. The area is really quiet and calm. You can find there supermarkets, cafés, pharmacy etc. Our room was comfortable and clean. But the point and maybe the most important for us that our host Vincenzo was extremly helpful and kind, he contacted us before the trip, helped if we had any question or need any assistance.
• Antun (10/5): Great place and the best host - The room itself is good value, very close to both Vatican and the metro station. There are a lot of bakeries in the neighborhood with great coffee and pastries. The best part of the accomodation is the most helpful and polite host Vincenzo. He made our stay in Rome go without any difficulties with his recommendations. He also arranged our transfer from and back to the airport and let us keep our luggage the whole day after we checked out in his premises. Would definitely recommend and if we ever go back to Rome, we'll be staying at this place.
