Beverley (9/5): We would highly recommend this hotel. - This hotel was lovely. We had a nice airy room and the view was wonderful. There was a good choice for breakfast too. There was also free coffee and tea available which was a nice bonus. I don’t really have any negatives to add other than we would have liked more pillows.

Johannes (9/5): Rundum gut und zu empfehlen - Zimmer sind mit viel Holz ausgestattet und somit warm und einladend. Die Größe der Zimmer ist ausreichend, das Bad klein aber absolut in Ordnung. Kleiner Hinweis: Nicht alle Zimmer sind per Aufzug zu erreichen. Sollte man keine Treppen steigen können, wäre es sicherlich gut, bei der Buchung darauf hinzuweisen. Check-in und Check-out ist kontaktlos. Vom Personal bekommt man nicht viel mit, aber alles funktioniert reibungslos. Das Frühstück ist gut, Auswahl ist ausreichend vorhanden. Sogar sein Frühstücksei kann man selbst kochen. Räumlichkeiten im Restaurant sehr schön. Alles prima. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Perfekt, um mit dem Bus in ca. 15 Minuten nach Luzern rein zu fahren. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen! Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße hin. Wie ließen deshalb die Fenster nachts geschlossen. Nach hinten raus ist es sicherlich ruhiger - vielleicht kann man dies als Wunsch bei der Buchung angeben.

G (7/5): Prima , behalve geautomatiseerde incheck waarbij ik reeds bezette kamer kreeg toegewezen - Keurige schone kamer en badkamer , parkeerplaats Via geautomatiseerd incheck systeem wordt keycard geactiveerd en krijg je kamer nummer . Bij openen kamer bleek deze kamer reeds bezet door andere gast die zich uiteraard rot schrok dat ik de kamer binnen kwam . Na dit gemeld te hebben bij personeel kreeg ik andere kamer , verder geen verklaring of excuses van hun zijde dat het systeem onbetrouwbaar is

Bungert (4/5): Nie wieder in diesem Hotel - Zugang zum Zimmer über viele verschiedene Treppen mit Gepäck. Zimmer sehr klein, Bett sehr schmal für 2 Personen. Frühstück sehr sparsam. Kein Personal
Karl (10/5): Einfach genial - Das Zimmer war genial für uns drei, da unser Sohn durch eine Schiebetür getrennt ein eigenes Zimmer und somit Privatsphäre hatte. Wir hatten eine kleine Kochgelegenheit und ein schnuggliges Badezimmer mit Dusche und sogar eine Whirlpoolwanne :). Leider war das Dachgeschoss nur über Treppen zugängig, was aber dem allem keinen großen Negativpunkt gibt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, der Kaffe sehr gut und auch Vegetarier finden etwas. Das Personal und der Chef unglaublich freundlich, habe mich wie zuhause gefühlt, kann man nur weiter empfehlen! Vielleicht der Zugang über 2 Stockwerke über die Treppe.

Juergen (9/5): Wenn wir nochmal nach Luzern kommen, werden wir wieder hier buchen. - Perfekte Lage in einem Vorort von Luzern. Haben nach der Anreise nur noch den ÖPNV benutzt. Bushaltestelle ist 100m entfernt. Somit ist es eine idealrer Startplatz für Touren. War übrigens das einzige infrage kommende Hotel, wo der Stellplatz fürs Auto kostenfrei war und nicht bis zu 30€/Tag zusätzlich gekostet hat. Zimmer hatte einen leinen Balkon. Nicht üppig, aber zum Kaffee trinken hätte es gereicht. Leider war das Wetter nicht dafür. Nettes aufmerksames Personal und ein sehr gutes Restaurant, mit vernünftigen Preisen.

Zemp (7/5): Darum würde ich nächstes Mal eine Alternative wählen. - Gut, aber bei Problemen ist kein Ansprechpartner verfügbar. Unzufrieden war ich, dass uns ein Zimmer weit weg vom Aufzug zugeteilt wurde, das nur über Treppen zugänglich war.

Reinhold (10/5): Am Rande des wunderschönen Luzern. - Modernes, sehr gut ausgestattetes, dezent und geschmackvoll mit Holz gemütlich ausgestattetes Zimmer. Der größte Schuhlöffel, den ich jemals gesehen habe.Hervorragend isolierende Fenster.Schönes, rustikales Restaurant. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet in den Pilatus Stuben. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr güte Anbindung an Bus nach Luzern Lage im Mischgebiet nicht so attraktiv, An Durchgangsstraße gelegen, die nachts aber ruhig ist.

Bozica (5/5): Overall hotel with basic services. - Location The room and breakfast area were cold and the breakfast was basic and uninspiring. While the room had air conditioning, it was always turned off after cleaning. This meant we had to heat the room every time we returned, which was inconvenient at -8 degrees.

lyn (8/5): Very good hotel. - Clean, comfortable and quiet. Great transport bus link to Luzern centre. Self check in, anew system, was very problematic. The fact that there are no staff on site meant resolution of the issue took way longer than it should have. When member of staff was there, she was very helpful.

sipazah (7/5): Overrated choice - The hotel is good. It has free parking and the room is quite large with the right temperature. The facility is a little outside the city center with very easy access. I can't say that the breakfast was perfect, but I can't say that anything was missing either. It was simply good, but clearly high quality. On January 1, when the hotel was full and all the guests came down for breakfast at the same time, there was a noticeable lack of staff to cope with the large number of people. For me, the biggest problem was the lack of staff. A screen for check-in and that's it. I mention this because it is advertised and charged as a hotel and not as a rented room. When you pay over 200 euros a night, you want someone to welcome you and guide you for your stay in the city. It is noteworthy that although the hotel has a restaurant that hosted a New Year's Eve party, no one informed us so that we could make a reservation there. Overall, I think it was more expensive than what it offered.
