Very difficult for us to manage particularly when we had to walk a lot for Temple darshan. No lift should be prominently displayed to all while booking. Without this information, it is wrong to take bookings.

• Akshaynair (10/5): Exceptional Hotel Experience: No Complaints, Pure Satisfaction - The customer service was outstanding, and I appreciated the welcoming attitude of the staff. The room was clean, and the food exceeded my expectations, especially the delicious vegetable kofta, which I highly recommend. There was nothing to be dissatisfied with.

• Avantika (1/5): Very unpleasant - Nothing Firstly,the staff was unskilled amd the hotel was shabby. The maintenance was poor and it seemed like a PG.

• Jase (6/5): A mid range hotel with too many issues - My check in was seamless and the room was spacious, clean and modern with central air conditioning. The location is not the best. It's a good 15 minute walk from Varanasi Junction station and it's too far to walk to the ghats. The hotel is on a busy road so noise can be an issue for some people (my room was right at the back away from the street and there's still traffic noise). On the plus side, there modern shops and shopping centres nearby. Staff tried to help but were not really that helpful. There are minor issues with the room itself such as wifi connection issues, issues with erratic water for shower (including hot water which I didn't get until my final day of stay) and two of the bathroom lights were not out. Also, air conditioning is central so there's only two settings - on and off. For me, it get too cold to leave it on all the time so I had to temporarily turn it off to warm up the room. Considering the number of similar priced hotels in Varanasi, I really can't recommend this as the first choice, unless the above mentioned issues have been addressed. It has potentials but it just needs a bit of attention.

La colazione della prima mattina era di caffè o the con 2 fette di pane tostato e una omelette,il secondo giorno volevano farci pagare l'omelette nonostante fosse compresa nel pacchetto,abbiamo chiesto un'altra fetta di pane tostato e ci hanno detto che era extra comunque poi ci e'stata offerta visto che abbiamo reclamato.

• Tarsem (Sonia) (6/5): ok stay - 4 friends and I stayed at this location for 2 nights, the night we arrived the gentleman on front desk ( older male may have been the owner of the hotel) didn't;t even greet or acknowledged us , we came with a tour guide and was only addressed through him , the room was quite noisy , location is not central , I wouldn't recommend this hotel for more then two nights .... while it's short distance from all the activities ....I would recommend to check the room before booking and do not take front rooms as noise level is fairly high .. ?Wifi wasn't good either
• あきぃ (6/5): 近くにモールやスーパーあり - ガンガーのあるエリアまではオートリキシャで15分くらいです。ホテルは賑やかな通り沿いにあって周辺には遅くまで人がたくさんいました。 wifiは遅くてすぐ途切れるのでほぼ調べ物もできない感じでした。ホットシャワーは使いたい時にレセプションに電話してその後20分か30分でお湯が出てくるというシステムでした。部屋が寒かったので頼んだらヒーターを持って来てくれました。ホテルの人からツアーやガイドを案内されますが不要ならはっきり断れば問題ないです。単独でガンガーのエリアに行くときはオートリキシャを捕まえて40ルピーと料金の交渉もしてもらえました。帰りに戻る時に自力で交渉しても100ルピーくらいまでしか値切れませんでした。

• vinay (2/5): Very bad experience. - Rude staff. No facilities. Very bad breakfast. This is not a hotel. This is lodge.
• Geoff (4/5): Avoid if possible - Basically a nightmare. Arriving from the airport, I was expecting the room I had booked and documentation for but it was occupied until the next day. So I accepted a standard room which was on the third floor. There is no lift. The room had no mini bar/fridge, no tea, coffee etc. no safe, and no hot water. The shower head was broken, the phone didn't work and I was told breakfast wasn't included. Plus the wifi kept going in and out because of the power outages. The next day I changed rooms to the one I had booked - and got a working phone and tea and coffee facilities. That's all. It also says free airport transportation but that was out of the question.
