• Stuart (6/5): Just a convenient place to stay if passing through. - The location of the hotel within the airport terminal was excellent bearing in mind we only had one night there before flying again. The rooms were very small and the beds we uncmfortable.

• kyomi (8/5): 快適でした。 - 所用場所に近かった。素泊まりでしたが近くにスーパー、コンビニ、ファミレスなどたくさんあったのでとても便利でした。 ベッドも広く枕も丁度良い硬さで快適に寝られました。 部屋の方向的に窓からの景観が悪かった。 室内の照明がちょっと暗くて読みにくかった。

• Stephanie (8/5): Great value and location. Would stay here again - Close to a mall, clean, friendly staff, nice gym next door The fitness centre was an extra charge. It was reasonable (1000 yen for 3h) but would have been nice to be free for guests. Also no water in our rooms or at the gym. Water was for members only. I went to the pharmacy across the street for water.

• Kathy (1/5): Vacation - When I made the reservation I did not choose a smoking room; however, I was accommodated on the smoking floor. There was no air circulation. The vents had mold, the bathroom floor and the tub were very dirty and moldy. The rooms are definitely not clean.

• Christine (9/5): Would not hesitate to stay at the Rembrandt Hotel chain again. - The hotel was spotless and staff so helpful, location was excellent close to restaurants, trains and many other facilities. The rooms were a little small but very manageable.

Also large chair, taking up a lot of room. Only three clothes hangers. Vibration and noise of people walking late at night in room above. Uncomfortable small double bed, every time one person moves the bed shakes. Very little sleep had.

• 351amif (6/5): Great for business, not so much for families. - We chose this hotel for the pool facility but it's not available for kids and that isn't mentioned and definitely should be. We would have chosen a different place. It's a bit outdated and the beds are not the most comfortable. The staff is nice, helpful and courteous but that is the norm here in Japan!

• Denise (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Close to train stations and malls Room was dirty. I saw bloody stains on the curtain. Dust on the walls and on the curtains. We were having allergies from all the dust. I saw dust and mold on the AC vent. Bed was very hard. Pillows were very flat. Wallpaper had lots of scratches and tears. Couch had rips too. We asked for late check out instead of 1100. Front desk said ¥1000 for every hour. We thought we'd check out at 1300 but ended up checking out right before 1200 and guy at front desk still charged us for 2 hours ¥2000. Very appalling.
• Finch (10/5): Exceptional service and great quality. - Breakfast was amazing and the staff was extremely helpful. Most everyone I interacted with spoke enough English that communication was simple and easy. Much appreciated. I will definitely be staying here again.
• Syunk93 (10/5): Exceptional - I will use this hotel if I visit Japan/Tokyo again. Perfect price for location, and it's near a mall and restaurants. I can't think of anything they did that was unadmireable. I like staying in suburbs for the quiet atmosphere and this was it!

• HIROKO (4/5): レストランの表示は何？ - 三泊しました。夕食はレストランがあるとホテル案内にあったのに一泊目、二泊目両日やっていなくスタッフの方に尋ねると今日はやってませんとの返答(一泊目)明日はと尋ねるとやっていますと仕方ないので近隣のコンビニへ行きました。どしゃ降りでした。次の日もやっていませんでした。最悪です。
