For me, this was a perfect place to relax and recharge before heading off for the second half of my trip in busy Marrakech. It was a reasonable distance from tourist sites as well. If you are looking for a place that feels like luxury coupled with the warmness of friends, this is great place to go.

What we found was a tranquil oasis with a family welcome that exceeded our expectations. From the welcome from Zac and mum on arrival to being greeted at breakfast by the kind and caring Amira, we could not fault how at home we felt. The food in the restaurant was great and the cleanliness and service exceptional. When we wanted a day trip into Marrakech, the arrangements were taken care of for us leaving us to enjoy the time we had there. We would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place and will definitely look forward to visiting again in the future.

Not ideal if you're looking to "explore" as it's relatively far from anywhere lively, however the very helpful owners are more than willing to provide this service for you if you wish. La propreté des chambres est au rendez vous. Juste dommage pour la petite odeur de canalisation qu’il y avait dans notre salle de bain. Les serviettes n’étaient pas changées mais peut-être qu’il fallait les mettre au sol. Nous aurions aimé avoir plus de shampooing et gel douche car on nous en a pas rajouté tous les jours. Le restaurant est excellent. Les cocktails sont bons. Les équipements de la salle de sport ne sont pas très récents, c’est dommage. La piscine est géniale par contre. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester le spa. C’est dommage aussi que les aller retour navette pour aller au centre ville étaient un peu cher pour nous. Sinon c’est un très bon endroit pour se reposer ! Nous recommandons !
- Maria (10/5): - My first stay at Palais Amador was all I could have wished for. After 3 days in Marrakech it was like being on a private retreat. Zac, Amira and Maria welcomed me as if I was a guest in their home and that is how the whole five days continued. When you enter the gates it’s like another world with orchards of olive and fruit trees, the birds singing and one of the most beautiful suites I’ve ever stayed in with everything you could want. A 40 minute drive from The Medina but a world away and the perfect antidote if you want your trip to Marrakesh to be a tale of two halves. Forever grateful for the hospitality I experienced.

From the moment we arrived we were treated with wonderful hospitality and a warm welcome from the lovely family who run the business. The property is a complete oasis with nothing being too much hassle for the team on site. The food was delicious with ingredients from the garden and the rooms were spotless and very comfy. The facilities are fantastic with a great spa and gym and immaculate gardens. Transport to and from Marrakech and the airport was seamless and efficient. I couldn’t recommend staying at this wonderful property more and I can’t wait to come back again soon.

This family run hotel, is more than a hotel, it feels like they’ve welcomed you into their beautiful grand home. From the taxi from the airport, which the can provide, I was greeted by the amazing family. Every day they were ready to make my stay extra special, even preparing breakfast when I was travelling into the city. Don’t be afraid by being outside of the city, it’s a welcome break and they can provide you perfect transport. The fresh food was also a highlight. Our room had an amazing view of the atlas mountains. When there was a mix up over being picked up by a taxi. The owner took us into Marrakesh himself and liaised with the tour guide we were meeting to explain we would be a little late. Nothing was too much trouble This property is about 30 minutes outside Marrakesh and benefits from a calm and tranquil environment. Will go again

- BAQUE (10/5): Séjour tout simplement parfait. - Endroit magnifique et exceptionnel, pour se reposer réellement, loin de Marrakech. Les constructions et le jardin de 2ha sont incroyables. Hammam sur place avec des massages d'une rare qualité. C'est vraiment l'endroit parfait pour se reposer après avoir visiter Marrakech. Le service est parfait et la nourriture vraiment très bonne et variée. Excursions proposés, mais c'est presque dommage de passer la journée ailleurs.

The hotel is 20-30 minutes drive from Medina but definitely worth it. The hotel is stunning, and the owners (Amira and Zac) provided the best customer service and catered to our every need. The hotel is small however it has everything you need (gym, spa and beautiful gardens) it’s super clean with delicious tasty food served to order using fresh ingredients. The orange juice every morning is fresh and comes from the oranges in their citrus gardens. Each room has been decorated to the highest finish. I highly recommend this place
- Chelsea (10/5): If you want luxury go here - Amazing place! It’s away from everything so it’s like your own little oasis. Small place with only a couple other guests. Beautiful property, great amenities, and fabulously maintained. The food and drinks were incredible. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. They greet you no matter what time of the night (we arrived at 3am and the owner still met us with a smile) and say goodbye no matter when (we left at 6am). It is pricey but well worth the price!

Le Palais Amador est véritablement un petit joyau caché près de Marrakech. Dès que vous franchissez les portes de cette magnifique propriété, vous êtes transporté dans un monde de tranquillité. Amira, avec son attention aux détails et son sens de l'hospitalité, a veillé à ce que chaque aspect de notre séjour soit parfait. Les jardins luxuriants et les intérieurs du palais offrent un cadre idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Chaque chambre est décorée avec goût et offre un confort incomparable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les repas délicieux préparés par la chef a 100%, qui a su éveiller nos papilles avec des saveurs authentiques de la cuisine marocaine. La piscine et le spa sont des incontournables du Palais Amador. Après une journée d'exploration à Marrakech, rien de tel que se détendre dans les eaux cristallines de la piscine, suivie d'un massage apaisant au spa, pour se revitaliser pleinement. En résumé, notre séjour au Palais Amador à dépassé toutes nos attentes. Nous recommandons vivement vivement cette adresse à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour reposant d'exception à Marrakech. - Linda (10/5): - We loved staying here so much that we extended our stay. It is an absolute oasis. The property is so beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The landscaping was outstanding. The accommodation is about the best we have stayed. It is a very new B&B. The family who owns this have built a beautiful property and they go over board in making sure that all our needs were met. Our room was very large, beautifully decorated with awesome views out the windows/doors which opened up onto our balcony. The food was ample and delicious. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and fitness room. We didn’t want leave. We hope that our journeys will bring us close by to stay here again.

Only bad thing is there is a 8 euro daily charge for cleaning and room service. This should be for free because the place is a hotel after all. No iron was a downside as well.

- Nezan (10/5): - Took my fiancé here for her birthday treat, it was such a great stay. Amazing facilities: gardens with turtles, jacuzzi, spa rooms, swimming pools and so much more. It did not feel like we stayed at a hotel, it was so intimate and peaceful. The family that ran the place made us feel at home, made us some amazing dishes and when needed something extra they will get it for us from the city. Definitely will visit here in the near future. They are expanding and building more facilities. Best place to stay in for a relaxed and intimate experience away from crowded places and noise.

- Abby (10/5): Beautiful hotel away from the madness of th medina - In stated in the royal suite ... absolutely stunning!! The grounds are beautiful with so much to see and do. Costs of getting in and out of marrakech do mount up (start from 250 MAD for a round trip) so you do need to bear that in mind but having stayed in A road in the Medina during a previous trip I was more than happy to be away - dipping into the hustle and bustle when I chose to.

The comfort and decoration of rooms and suites are matching easily many 5Stars i had the pleasure to visit. If you are scared about location form Marrakech center, dont. their drivers are good, and you will avoid the too busy city center. The people here will pamper you, the swimming pool and activities are excellent .

Checked in late in the evening and as soon as we got to hotel, staff welcomed us with Moroccan tea and sweets outside on the hotel patio. Staff took care of check in and took our bags upstairs for us. Entire time in Morocco we stayed in the resort. Break/lunch/dinner all served in the hotel. Took advantage of spa. They had everything we needed for a tranquil and peaceful stay. Amazing food, welcoming staff, beautiful room and very clean hotel. Plan to visit again.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with first class service, this is the place for you. The staff were SO friendly and really could not have done enough for you. We mentioned one afternoon to Hamza that we liked the look of some traditional Moroccan bread we'd seen in the souk the day before and, to our delight, we were presented with a freshly baked loaf the next morning at breakfast. Absolutely outstanding. We're a well travelled couple in our 60's and this is one of the best places we've ever stayed.

When we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel very welcome, had some fresh orange juice, local tea and pastry, we were shown around the hotel and then to our room. The rooms are amazing. We had a sauna, it was so nice after an early start to the day, the facilities are really good. They have a lovely gym, had we stayed longer we would have happily made use of it. The hotel gardens were lovely. We ate most meals at the hotel; a lot of the food is grown there, after eating outside of the hotel you realise that the quality of meat/food they serve is so much better. All the food is so tasty, even the veg was beautiful. Breakfast said continental, however it was so much more than this, and they even served breakfast early so we could go on an excursion and get our flight home. Nothing was too much. The rooms are cleaned well, the food was lovely, but the guy that collected us from the airport was fantastic, he is so good at his job, very attentive and always there on hand when you need him, he is the one that made our stay so fantastic, I cannot fault him, he works so hard. I cannot recommend this place enough, it’s 20min from the city but excursions pick up from here and the hotel will take you and collect you from the city for a small fee, so glad we chose to stay outside of the city, we got the best of both worlds, we enjoyed our days out but got the peace and tranquility this hotel has to offer.

The family who run it with their amazing staff are so helpful and attentive they can’t do enough for you. My partner and I are well travelled and both said that we have never stayed anywhere like this hotel. - Will (10/5): - This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Ideal for a couple, as it is extremely peaceful, with only around 12 rooms in total. The grounds looked like a paradise and would be ideal as a honeymoon location. On the first day we enjoyed a hammam/ scrub/ massage- highly recommended and was the best way for us to start our relaxing holiday. You are half an hour away from the city which at first may seem a negative, but it is ideal, as you get away from the hustle and bustle of the main city, and the noise and smell that follows. We were well looked after by the staff. Providing us a map of the best bits to visit and checking up on us if we needed anything. Zack, the owners son was very helpful and spoke good English, whilst Hamza, the waiter was extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. You feel more as though you’re a visitor in a friends home than in a hotel. We definitely plan to come back- thank you :))

The room was spacial too. The staff were well trained and polite. We hired car and it is essential if you don't want to stay in the hotel all the time.
