Naprawdę ale to naprawdę cudowna obsługa , jedzenie oraz drinki świetne, duża różnorodność jedzenia oraz wszystkiego w barze! Pokoje zaskoczyły nas bardzo pozytywnie, duże, nasz posiadał dwie łazienki co było ogromnym zaskoczeniem. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, cały obiekt bardzo czysty. Super widok z balkonu. Zaskoczone byłyśmy codziennymi animacjami, mimo że nie ma jeszcze sezonu. Przystanek 2 minuty pieszo, plaża maksymalnie 5. Dookoła wiele tasz z pamiątkami, markecików, wypożyczalni aut oraz restauracji. Piękna okolica. Naprawdę nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Jeśli będę wracać na Majorke, na 100% wybiorę ponownie ten hotel

It is however a relatively small hotel with limited number of guests which means that there is little variation. Although all staff was great (cleaning, food/drink, reception and all the others that we didn’t meet) Rosa, Christian and Iona (reception staff) were all superb and very helpful in all the strange questions and concerns we had.

- Markus (8/5): Sopii lapsiperheille - Hotelli oli hyvin siisti. Huoneet laitettiin päivittäin hienoon kuntoon. Äänieristys huoneissa oli aika heikko. Yöllä ravintolasta palaavien mökä herätti lähes joka yö ja toisista huoneista kuuluu muitakin ääniä. Kuntosali oli vaatimaton ja niistäkin harvoista laitteista, joita salissa oli, vielä harvempi toimi. Allas oli siisti, mutta vesi lämmittämätöntä. Ravintolan ruoka oli hyvää. Hinta huomioiden on selvää, ettei päivällisaikaan paistettava liha ollut sisäfilettä. All inclusiveen kuuluvat viinit olivat aika vaatimattomia.

It is very close to the sea, there are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is located in a quiet location. The hotel has animation, sometimes very interesting shows. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. In our opinion, the staff gives very little information about the services provided, the rules and upcoming events at the hotel. We learned about many things by chance. For example, there was a very impressive, decent show in the evening, but very few people came to watch it. A small announcement in the elevator is not enough.

Management refused to put on the airco system in all the rooms although it was very hot in our room facing the south side. Only after 3 days, after many complaints I presume, they have put on the airco.

Compared with other all inclusive places I have tried, the food selection was limited in terms of choice. Quality was fine though, but nothing special. The staff - especially in the reception - was very attentive, friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice, in good condition and with a large balcony. Location only 2 min walk to a very nice and children friendly beach. This was really great.

Zwei Pools mit Rutschen, Spielplatz, jeden Abend Kinderdisco. Bei einer Skala von 1 bis 10, gibts von uns eine 11 !!

- Pierre-Alain (8/5): - Food was excellent, staff very nice and welcoming. The hotel has 3 pools including an enjoyable pool for the kids with sliders and water splashes. Hotel is located 5min away from a beautiful beach (beaches at Platja Muro were beautiful) and approx 45min from Palma by car. Strongly recommended.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Vlotte check-in. Zelfs upgrade gekregen na een paar dagen tot een swim-up suite. Hierdoor konden we ook gebruiken van het privezwembad, super! Het eten was lekker maar beperkt: met 1 vol bord.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Place was clean an nice. Pools water was freezing, little heating would not hurt, especially in kids pools. Air conditioner is apparently seasonal witch is ridiculous so nights in the room were really boiling hot and air in the room was stuffy because it didn't move at all. And no one wants to keep doors open because of mosquitos.

The food options for breakfast and lunch were varied and of good quality. However not always a great variety for dinner and meat options not of a good quality. Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend.

- John (6/5): Nice hotel , didn’t live up to expectations though - We booked the swim up junior suite which was comfortable and clean , but a little cramped. Meals were acceptable but didn’t excell, and the bar closed around 9.30 pm, and the drinks are very poor. One choice of beer and pre-mixed watered down cocktails. The online pictures online are deceiving. The pool areas aren’t very big , and the gym isn’t in the room pictured , it’s in a portacabin.
