Daniel (9/5): Sehr schöne Anlage mit vielen positiven Eindrücken - Zimmer und Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Die Hotelanlage besitzt einige kinderfreundliche Ausstattungen wie Spielplatz, Aktivitäten und Pools mit Rutschen. Parkplatz gleich am Hotel verfügbar. Gemischtes Publikum mit vielen Radfahrern und Paaren mit Kindern. Sehr gutes Essen und und stets freundliches Personal. Zimmer könnten noch etwas sauberer sein (wobei das Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau ist 😉). Zimmertüren schließen schon extrem laut so dass man genau weiß, selbst wenn man nicht dabei war, wann das Unterhaltungsprogramm am Abend zu Ende ist.

JULIE (8/5): Idéal pour découvrir le Nord de Majorque - Le personnel est disponible et toujours souriant, c'est très agréable La chambre est spacieuse, bien entretenue tous les jours. Par contre, la literie est moyenne (j'attendais un peu mieux pour un 4 étoiles mais rien de catastrophique) Le spa gratuit est un vrai plus et il est de qualité. La variété du buffet et les soirées spéciales (nous avons eu la soirée mexicaine) Le parking gratuit est très apprécié. Les horaires de la piscine sont trop restreints. Fermé à 18h alors qu'il fait encore grand soleil, c'est vraiment dommage. La fermeture des portes des chambres est à revoir, ça claque très très fort et ça réveille notamment le matin.

Lo staff del ristorante merita una menzione speciale: accoglienti, disponibili e sempre attenti, hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La struttura è abbastanza nuova e si presenta bene, anche se, essendo bassa stagione, non tutti i servizi erano pienamente operativi. Questo però non ha compromesso la qualità generale del soggiorno. Ottima la posizione per chi ama muoversi in bici: la zona è perfetta per esplorare i dintorni in modo comodo e panoramico. Le camere sono ampie, luminose e confortevoli, un vero punto di forza del resort. In sintesi, una buona scelta per chi cerca relax, comfort e un punto di partenza ideale per scoprire l’isola su due ruote. Avevo chiesto un paio alto, ma ci hanno dato un piano terra.

Markus (9/5): Für Familienurlaube eine sehr gute Wahl - Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, jedoch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Zimmerwunsch wurde erfüllt (ruhig, nach Westen ausgerichtet). Frühstück und Abendessen sehr reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack und Vorliebe etwas dabei. Grundsätzlich familienfreundlich ausgerichtete Anlage und Personal. Sehr großzügige Zimmer (eigentlich schon Suiten !! ) mit Microwave, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, zudem einen sehr großen Balkon. Die Anlage selbst ist hübsch, insbesondere für kleiner Kinder ein Traum. Ein Badezimmer als solches gibt es nicht, das Waschbecken ist offen zugänglich. Toilette mit oben offener Milchglastür daneben, ebenso die Dusche, was allgemein etwas wenig Intimsphäre mit sich bringt. Zudem hat die Dusche einen offenen Abfluss ohne Siphon, was bei bestimmten Wetterlagen etwas riechen kann.

Maryam (10/5): Experiencia satisfactoria - La amplitud, vistas y comodidad El personal amable y atento La flexibilidad a peticiones Las actividades El acceso al spa (amplio para niños 12-16h ) las saunas y taquillas amplias En los 3 regímenes de desayuno comida y cena en el buffet me hubiera gustado más cantidad pan semillas, se acababa pronto no solo baguette, opción de comidas (arroz,carne) con la salsa aparte, tener de base huevos, las cosa a la plancha vuelta y vuelta para que no haga bola en la boca. Sal de Mallorca en los saleros. El spa hay que acceder por exterior y las toallas tienes que solicitarlas en reception no en el spa por lo que si llueve tener en cuenta para no dar viajes. No había diferencia entre pileta de caliente y frío incluso el jacuzzi templado.

berendms (10/5): - Prima hotel dichtbij de boulevard van Pollença. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zowel bij het ontbijt, het middag - en avondeten een uitgebreid buffet met veel keuze. Appartementen zijn uitstekend en de bedden prima. Geweldige spa.
Gabriela (9/5): - V hotelu jsme byli na začátku března, celé dny jsme byli na výletech, ale vybavení hotelu a pokoje bylo super. Snídaně a večeře byly opravdu skvělé! Na recepci je jeden starší pán a je opravdu nepříjemný být vůbec v jeho společnosti. Viděli jsme ho první a poslední den. Povýšený postoj, pocit, že člověk obtěžuje. Další věcí (kvůli které jsme především hotel vybrali) byl vnitřní bazén - pro děti pouze od 10 do 16 hodin!!!! I v zimní sezóně, vážně? Takže jste celý den po výletech a nemáte šanci se tam alespoň ráno nebo večer dostat. Tady někdo nepřemýšlel.

Miguel Ángel (9/5): Muy buena experiencia, con ganas de repetir - El buffet fantástico, por variedad, rato del personal, oferta sin gluten. En fin, muy muy bueno y todos los platos preparados muy ricos. Solo una cosa no me gustó, demasiadas luces por fuera de la habitación que se filtran por la noche y es imposible tener la habitación oscura realmente. Es un detalle menor pero sería bueno mejorarlo.
natalia (8/5): Sitio ideal para niños en verano por su piscina exterior - Me gustó mucho el personal de animación los niños se reían mucho con el chico y la chica que estaban. El camarero de la barra del bar también era muy simpático con los niños parecía andaluz o algo así, moreno, era muy majo también Me gustó también los desayunos, me gusta mucho los crepes y aquí tenían tortitas, me faltó que hubiera nata montada. Y un.poco más de variedad en la comida y la cena, demasiado espacio para lechugas y hortalizas diferentes pero solo 4 cosas para elegir si obviamos las guarniciones de patatas y arroz y tal. La habitación con terraza genial los niños podían salir ahí a jugar. El horario de la piscina para niños casi no pudimos estar porque es la hora de la comida de 12 a 16 y el comedor es de 13 a 15 así que te corta enmedio. Alguna carne de la comida estaba muy jugosa pero otra carne a veces estaba demasiado echa y se quedaba seco. Aparte un día (ya que estábamos 3) una amiga de mi hija estaba el día anterior y pintaron una bolsa y al día siguiente fue a buscar una con mi hija que llegó ese día y le dijeron que ella no podía porque ya la había hecho el día anterior, no me parece nada bien, ya que tú pagas la habitación igual que cualquier otra persona sea el niño o la niña que sea igualmente por habitación deberían poder hacer la actividad sea el día que sea ya que pagan todos los días.

There's nothing more to ask for. We have suggested this place to many of our friends. They have taken care of every small requirement and we were lucky to have fiund this resort. Chiara (7/5): Soggiorno di tre notti. Nel complesso comunque piacevole e rilassante - Acqua gratuita a disposizione con possibilità di ricaricare da solo la propria bottiglia di vetro: niente inquinamento di bottiglie di plastica extra care da pagare al ricevimento. Camera luminosa e spaziosa. Diverse possibilità di intrattenimento per bambini anche fuori stagione (parco giochi, ping pong, animazione, piscina interna) Personale anche a fine stagione a pochi giorni dalla chiusura, nonostante la stanchezza accumulata,estremamente disponibile e cordiale a qualsiasi ora. Grande varietà di cibo La disposizione dei posti letto in camera (suite x 2 adulti + 1 bambino) con il divano letto attaccato alla porta non è ideale. Divano letto cigola molto quando ci si muove ed essendo attaccato alla porta sì sentono molto i rumori di chi cammina nell' andito e torna alla propria camera di notte. Il wc ha una porta di vetro che non arriva fino al soffitto, lasciando quindi poco spazio alla privacy di chi va in bagno dato che si sente quasi tutto. La camera non era molto ben pulita, sotto il divano c'erano briciole accumulate e abbiamo trovato un telecomando rotto e ricoperto di polvere. Il tutto è rimasto invariato dall' inizio alla fine del nostro soggiorno nonostante il quotidiano servizio di pulizia della camera= pulizia superficiale giusto per fare vedere che son passati Nelle aree comuni spa e piscina c'erano in terra capelli, peli galleggianti, un cerotto e uno stecco di gelato che sono rimasti lì due giorni= pulizia non accurata e regolare Buffet con grande varietà di cibi ma nessun cibo davvero ottimo come qualità e alcune pietanze davvero al limite dall' avere un sapore disgustoso, non so se perché andate a male o perché da principio di scarsa qualità (pesce, uova strapazzate alla colazione, spaghetti che erano freddi) era necessario prendere molte cose dal buffet per poi capire cosa fosse mangiabile e cosa no. In conclusione la varietà era perfetta la qualità no. Meglio ridurre la varietà e aumentare la qualità a parer mio.

Carsten (8/5): Sehr tolles Hotel, ruhig gelegen. Sehr gute Lage für Wanderer und Radfahrer. - Gutes Essen, das Buffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Abends gibt es ab und zu auch Mottoabend wie asiatisch, indisch, etc.. Die Poollandschaft hat eine angenehme Größe. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen ausreichend großen Parkplatz für den Mietwagen, samt Lademöglichkeit. Die Elektrik schaltet sich ab, sobald man das Zimmer verlässt. Um Kameras oder andere Dinge aufzuladen ist nur die Nacht möglich. Daher genug Ladekabel mitnehmen, dass man die Nacht nutzen kann.

Good food choice and the pool area is great for kids Room could have done with an upgrade, the shower flooded the flat everytime you ised it so the baby kept slipping over on the floor and hurting herself (2x cut lip and a bumped head)
Stefanie (2/5): einmal und nie wieder Mar Hotels! - Die Nähe vom Kap Formentor und zur Promenade ist super! Das Zimmer 4104 war auch recht ruhig, was uns gefallen hat! Kinderanimation: Kinderclub hatte kaum geöffnet! Zu den Essenszeiten hatten sie zb immer geschlossen. Wie hätten uns gewünscht dass man zumindest mal eine halbe Stunde in Ruhe essen kann, während die Kinder spielen. Das Essen war in keinem Fall vier Sterne Standard: Frühstück: immer dasselbe, nur jeden Tag anderes Obst verdorben! Der griechische Joghurt war oftmals schon schlecht! Brot zum Teil hart! Avocados und auch andere Lebensmittel wurden einfach so lange wieder aufs Buffet gestellt damit es nach einem möglichst großen Buffet mit viel Auswahl aussah! Foto der verdorbenen Avocado anbei! Mittagessen: ok aber echt nix besonderes. Abendessen: Themenabende aber wenig authentisch (Mexikanisch zb) Service: wir hatten binnen einer Woche niemals den Fall dass wir morgens Kaffee gebracht bekamen. Wir haben die Kanne Kaffee und Milch einfach vom Kellnertisch genommen. Wein: man wusste niemals die Rebsorte vom Hauswein. Auch musste man lautstark die Kellner anhalten, damit man überhaupt Wein bekam oder nachgeschenkt wurde. Getränke aus Automaten: grausig! Kaffee aus Automaten schmeckte nach Reinigungsmittel! Ungenießbar! Zimmer: der einzige Haken für Handtücher brach ab, hat auch niemand jemals repariert. Auf der Veranda was bereits bei unserer Ankunft die Handtuchhalterung aus der Wand gerissen. Indoor Pools: sehr schlieriges Wasser voller Creme. Wird wohl nicht oft gereinigt, denn es haben kaum Leute den Pool genutzt. Zimmer Premium Suite suggeriert zwei Schlafräume , aber das Schlafzimmer ist nur durch ein paar Holzwände abgetrennt. Alles wurde sehr billig gemacht! Es lässt jegliche Geräusche in den Wohnraum gelangen, wo ein zweites Bett stand! Wir hatten ein baby mit welches nachts noch wach wird…. Die „pseudo“ zwei Räume haben uns rein garnichts lärmtechnisch gebracht! An der Rezeption wurde man während des Aufenthalts kaum registriert. Es schaut niemand auf wenn man reinkommt und Hola sagt. Gym: vollkatastrophe! Schmutzig, veraltet, defekt, verrostet!
Suzanne (10/5): We had a wonderful holiday and my granddaughter said it was the best time of her life! - The hotel is a real family hotel. It is ideal for children of nursery/primary school age. The swimming pools are graded according to age. The crab with the 3 slides was loved by my granddaughter aged 7. There is entertainment in the evening. There are also some activities for both adults and children through the day e.g. water polo. The restaurant has a wide selection of food for breakfast and for dinner. The dinners are themed buffets e.g. Asian evening, barbecue evening etc. We enjoyed the varied selection which was all of a good standard. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is at the end of the Pine Walk and we really enjoyed the walk along the sea front into town. Taxis are available if you prefer - approx. 8 Euros. As there were 3 of us we had a premium suite which had a balcony and a garden which was lovely. It took me a while to get used to the open plan bathroom arrangement but it was ok in the end. There was the usual system of having to get sunbeds in the morning. Once you understand this then you get into the rhythm of it.
susana (10/5): Días de relax y diversión . Repetiremos - Nos gustó mucho la comida , el personal del hotel fue encantador , sobre todo el personal del bufet- restaurante , nos trataron fenomenal . La piscina y las instalaciones muy bien también , los niños se lo pasaron estupendamente Quizá lo que menos nos gustó es el horario de la piscina que cerraba a las 18 h , un poco pronto .

Alice (4/5): Overpriced and just not our cup of tea. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was within walking distance to the beach and other restaurant options. Our room was a good layout but it was directly outside the bins and where the staff trollies were constantly pushed up and down, not very relaxing… Unfortunately this hotel just wasn’t for us. It felt very hectic, the food was average at best and for what we paid, it wasn’t worth it. Meal times always felt like eating in a canteen and the quality of most of the food tasted cheap, so we ended up eating out most of the time. We booked a large room but were positioned right outside of the bins, where traffic passes through and where the staff are constantly walking up and down chatting with their noisy rattling trollies, not a very relaxing experience. To be fair, staff did offer to move us but the alternative was worse. The pool area was fine but most of the time it felt quite hectic so we spent most of our time down at the beach which was a much more pleasant experience. Safe to say, we won’t be staying here again.

Loredana (8/5): Kids friendly with great rooms and facilities - Staff is the best, super child friendly and always smiling! The pool area is the best thing for kids fun, toddlers were having the best time of their life’s. The indoor play area that is shown on the pictures doesn’t exist. We have a 15 months old and the sun was striking, so we booked pretty much thinking about that space. However, the playground area is really fun for kids, so we stayed outside when possible. Bring your own towel and get a sun chair early in the AM.
Anne (8/5): Very nice holiday - Food and customer service excellent. Quiet place, no extra voices at nights, but every evening some nice entertainment and it ended at 23:00. Very nice hotel for families. People like to book sunbeds early in the morning at 7:00 o'clock. Showers were missing from pool and only one pool an quite lot of people.

Clean tidy with very friendly staff. If it lacked anything, it was a bike lock up. However, we were allowed to keep the bikes in the rooms without any fuss.
