- Naomi (5/5): がっかり！ - 朝食のビュッフェが素晴らしい Bookingで朝食付きでシービューの部屋を予約したはずだったのに、朝食はついていないし、窓からの景色は駐車場で、がっかりでした。フロントに方にせめてシービューの部屋に変えて欲しいとはお願いしたけど、空いてる部屋はないと言われて、がっかりでした。さらにホテルに到着したのが、温泉施設がクローズするから30分前だったので、部屋から慌てて何も持たずにお風呂に入ったら、タオルがなくてびっくり．すぐにフロントに電話して、女性の私の方にはタオルも持って来てもらえたのですが、主人のほうにも持って行ってと頼んだのに、主人はタオルもバスタオルもなしでお風呂に入り、ドライサウナで身体を乾かして．お風呂を出たそうです。

Water pressure wasn’t great enough for showering plus some urination smell in toilet.

- 目黒 (6/5): - エントランスは綺麗でした。 隣の公園と繋がってるので海のそばまでいけます。芝生がきれいでした。 部屋が臭い。ワキガ臭が気になった。カーペットがくさい？。部屋にある空気清浄機フル稼働。 2日間泊まったのですが、初日は19時以降もビールやワインが飲めたのですが2日目は焼酎やウイスキーしか飲めなかった。 着いた初日は喫煙所の有圧扇が回っておらずトイレ付近までタバコの匂いがした。喫煙者でも分かるレベル。 遊戯場ではオセロやリングををフックにかけるゲームがあったが両方とも壊れていた。

- NAGISA (6/5): 満足、不満足それぞれ書きましたが、値段がもう少し安ければリピートするかもしれません。食事は10点満点中7点くらい。 - 502号室のスイートはリビングが広く、特大のソファもあり非日常空間でした。 子供たちが走り回っても有り余るスペースは非常に良かった。照明の細かい調整もできておしゃれな空間だと思います。 冷蔵庫の効きがよかったです。ホテルの冷蔵庫はクーラーボックス程度にしか効かないところもあり、気になっていましたが、大変良い性能でした。 備え付けのお風呂はやや狭めですが、足は伸ばせる浴槽があり小さい子連れの大浴場が困難な我が家には助かりました。 残念なのは洗面台が狭くて、メイク道具やヘア用品を並べるスペースがない事と、照明が暗くてメイクするには不向きな点。ドライヤー風量はあるのですが、音がうるさい…家族が寝ているタイミングで使用したかったのでトイレでドライヤーかけました。 ダイニングテーブルの椅子のクッション裏にシミがある点（子どもが落として、それを拾う際に発見してしまいました💦） 仕方のない事ですが、部屋の窓が小さいので海が見にくい。バルコニーもないので開放感には欠けるかなとおもいました。食事は10点満点中7点くらい。 全体的にはおいしい方だと思いますが、パン派のかたは特に物足りないと思います。クロワッサンはもう少しバターの風味が感じられると美味しいと思います。

- MICHIE (6/5): ランクを上げて又来たいです。 - お料理やラウンジなどは、とても良かったです。 安い予算だったので、フロントやラウンジから部屋に戻って来ると、部屋に入ってガッカリしてしまう感じでした。 次回はもう少し良いお部屋に泊まりたいと思います。 安いお部屋でも、お茶菓子はあった方が良いと思います。逆に無いところは初めてでした。入浴のベビー関係の椅子やバスが、あったのですがほとんど全て黒カビが生えていました。免疫が少ないので。使用するのはやめました。
- chiaki (9/5): 良かったです。 - ウェルカムベビーなので、あらゆる場所に配慮があって嬉しかった。子連れ(特に0〜3)くらいは有難いと思う。 付近にドラッグストアなどもないので(一番近くてコンビニ車で5分くらい)、売店にオムツや明治ほほえみのキューブミルクなどがあって、万が一足りなくなったりしたら購入出来るのは、とてもいいなと思った。 ご飯も美味しい。 古いホテルを改装してるので、ところどころ年季を感じる。部屋にも風呂はあったが、狭くてトイレと繋がってるユニットバスなので、全体がびちゃびちゃになりそう。 大浴場があるので、そちらへ行く前提なのでしょうが、、

- Naomi (3/5): 2度と泊まりません！ - 海が近くて歩いていけた。 室内のお風呂はカビが生えていて、畳の遊び場も汚かったです。ご飯の種類も他のグランドメルキュール(那須など)よりも少なく、座席に着くと座席の下に食べこぼしがそのままあったりすごく残念でした。
- Seidai (1/5): - ない 汚い。全館空調で全く涼しくならない。汗だくで寝ることになる。私はこんなところで寝たくないので２１時ごろ、自宅に帰宅することを決めました。こんなことするのは初めて。閉館をしたほうがいい。間違いない。安かろう悪かろうです。何も期待するな。

- MURAKAMI (4/5): 値段の割に満足度低い - 赤ちゃんグッズの貸し出しがあって良かった。 大浴場が綺麗 子供が遊ぶ広場が広くて、綺麗 ・部屋に付いているケトル内にカビが生えていた為、子供のミルク作りに使えなかった ・車椅子用のバリアフリーな部屋だったが洗面台の鏡も車椅子仕様なので角度が低く朝の身支度時に全く使えない ・夜のバイキングメニューがお酒を楽しむ方向けの物ばかりが多く、飲まない客層には物足りない ・夕食の案内時間が選択出来るが、指定時間に行っても混雑していて結構待った。（１９時１５分の指定で案内は30分程 待ち） それなのに、ラストオーダーはきっちり時間通り終了するので急かされて食べた感じがした。

- suzuki (10/5): 最高！ - ホテルの従業員のみなさんが丁寧な対応してくださり、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 大浴場も清潔で利用しやすく満足しました。 入浴後に休憩スペースがあり、そこで飲み物が無料で飲めるのも最高。甘酒、オレンジジュース、白ブドウジュース、枇杷葉茶がありました。 朝食も、案内から終わりまで丁寧な対応。食事の種類も豊富で選ぶのが大変でした笑 お部屋は海の見えるお部屋にしてもらえたので、ロケーションもとても素晴らしかったです。 12月中旬の利用でしたが、夕方は室温が高く結構暑かったです。空調ありますが、あまり意味がない？ 強風の日でしたので、窓を開けると豪風が吹き荒れていました笑 気温が低い真冬なら、ちょうどいい室温かもしれませんね。 でもトータルしたら大満足です！近場住みですが、今度は友人家族を連れて利用させて頂きます。 空調。室温が高くても涼しくできない。 日があたり室内は暑め。真冬のすごく寒い時期ならちょうどいいかもしれません。
