- WATARU (10/5): とてもリラックスできました。親孝行もできて、大満足です。 - 温泉の泉質がとても良く、部屋の雰囲気も落ち着いていて、とてもリラックスできました。 夕食と朝食のバイキングもどれもとても美味しく、大満足です。 夜、露天風呂に入ると、照明が暗すぎて、湯船の中にある岩でスネを打ってしまいました。翌日もスネが腫れていて痛かったです。照明はもう少し明るくしてほしいです。

- kumachi-dayo (5/5): コスパはいいけど・・・ - オールインクルーシブで安心！ 混みすぎ！特に夕飯は ゆっくりできないし スタッフの方も忙しくて大変なのは理解できますが、声が大きいとか、普通にキレ気味に指摘してきます。ドリンクバーの交換も すごい態度でお客さんをかき分けて行っていました。 それと 一番は空調が悪く 2月なのに館内が暑すぎる！暑いと受付に連絡すると、なんと扇風機の貸し出しが来ました。また リクエストしたわけもなく 外出から戻ったらドアが半開きになっていて 窓が空いていて びっくりした！

- chanipat (9/5): - วิวจากห้องพักของเราสวยงามมาก มองเป็นเมืองโทนะมิ และเทือกเขาที่รายล้อมอยู่ ห้องพักเป็นดีไซน์ที่ค่อนข้างเก่าแล้ว แต่ก็กว้างขวาง สะดวกสบายทีเดียว อาหารเช้าของที่นี่ มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย รสชาติดี และอร่อยมาก ออนเซนดีงาม มีบ่อในและบ่อนอก การจัดเรียงหินของบ่อด้านนอก ดีมาก ทำให้การแช่เป็นสัดส่วน (แม้บ่อจะเล็กไปสักหน่อย) น้ำร้อนดี (ทั้งด้านในและด้านนอก) บ่อออนเซนด้านใน อยู่ตรงกลางระหว่างพื้นที่อาบน้ำ ทำให้การอาบน้ำ กับการแช่ อยู่ในพื้ินที่เดียวกันแบบสมบูรณ์ มันไม่ค่อยมีความเป็นส่วนตัวในการอาบน้ำ และการแช่น้ำสักเท่าไร

- TAKESHI (5/5): - 田舎で雇用を創出している点は良いと思います。刺身は美味しかった。 建物が大き過ぎて、掃除が行き届いていないかな？ 見晴らしが良い立地条件では無いのは仕方ないですが、ガラス窓が汚れ過ぎて風景が台無し。 1階ラウンジから見せている芝生の庭は、伸び放題。季節柄仕方ない部分もあります。男性の浴場。露天風呂出入り口から2席目の洗い場に、大きな蜘蛛の巣。間接照明裏にも蜘蛛の巣が目立ってしまうのが残念。

- MASAYA (8/5): 安かったので満足 - 清潔感あり、大浴場も広くて綺麗、フリードリンクにアルコールやおつまみあるのは最高 売店に食べ物なく自販機にお酒がない。部屋でゆっくり食べて飲みたい時は離れたコンビニまで車で行かないといけない。レストラン高すぎる

- Yasunori (4/5): 値段が安かったので許容範囲内 - 料理が美味しい ところどころ老朽化が目立つ。特に4階の和室は下水の匂いが上がってきて気になった。
- りー (10/5): 最高の時間を過ごせました - 夕食も朝食も美味しいし、地元の物がたくさん使われていて良かったです。ラウンジでも各テーブルにろうそく型ライトが置かれていたり、お菓子やドリンクがたくさんあり、次から次へと補充もしてくださり、大人も子供も大満足でした。他にもキッズの遊び場があったり、書道や水引の作る体験が無料で出来て良かったです。お風呂も大きく快適でした。大浴場の所にあるハンモックも良かったです。 夕食や朝食の時間は3部制にして全て予約制にするなど対策をした方が待ち時間がなく滞在出来るのでいいかなと思います。ですが、スマホで呼び出しもしてもらえるし、待ち時間に出来るぬりえも用意されていたりありがたかったです。

- Daisaku (7/5): お酒好きの人には最高 - 滞在中ずっとお酒が飲み放題だったこと 夕飯、朝食共に特設席（大人数のため）だったが、不織布のテーブルクロスが交換されていないため汚れたままで朝食をむかえた。 また食器も汚れが残ったままの物を7回は見た。
