- Dazza (5/5): Toch een tegenvaller - Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was mooi Kamer was ruim er was onverwachts een lounge met gratis alcohol de ligging van het hotel is op een kaart en in theorie geweldig maar praktisch haast onmogelijk om er te komen als je later aankomt dan de shuttle bussen gaan. ( Wij wisten ook helemaal niks van de shuttle bussen, geen mail gehad niks) Geprobeerd te bellen naar de check in balie rond 18h30 om te vragen om een taxi te regelen maar na 2 keer bellen nog altijd geen gehoor Het is een hotel vooral voor japanners. Je wordt als buitenlander echt aangestaard ( ook door sommig personeel) Bij het pingpongen wordt duidelijk het tapijt niet schoongemaakt. Er hangt daar een zweetvoeten geur en ik droeg witte sokken en na een paar potjes pingpong kon ik die weggooien door de kleur die het tapijt afgeeft. Het ETEN: Het is ons nooit duidelijk gemaakt dat het een all inclusive hotel is.. ook niet op booking.com Het is er zo druk dat een plekje vinden lastig is, eten vinden lastig is en drinken vinden lastig is. We noemden het het mieren nest. De layout van het buffet is zo onlogisch zonder volgorde dat IEDEREEN doorelkaar raast.... Dan zit je als hotel aan een prachtig natuurpark maar buiten 1 shuttlebusje naar Ugada station zijn er voor de rest niets van voorzieningen geregeld om van dit park te genieten... absurd

- 林 (5/5): - 平日だったが混雑していた。 到着時（15時頃）のラウンジはほぼ満席、食事会場も会場の外に席が増設されていたので、常時このような状態なのだと思う。 このため、エレベーターは時間によっては乗れない場合もあり、階段を利用した。高層階に宿泊された方、年配の方、小さい子どもを連れた家族は大変だと思う。

Atmospheric hot spring baths Plentiful supply of many different foods and alcoholic drinks Room on the 10th floor was modern and thanks to exceptional customer service from Nishii san…the stay turned out well. Too many people. Shuttle service is first - come, first-served so unable to make a reservation. The 1st floor lounge is like a cattle market. The seating is strange…everyone facing the same way like in a cinema…and battling to find empty seats and service themselves drinks. The chose of glassware in the lounge and restaurant doesn’t fit.In the lounge they serve wine (but no wine glasses) and in the restaurant they serve sparkling wine for breakfast but wine glasses are provided! Avoid the Japanese futon style rooms on the 5th floor…they are badly stained and scratched and are like something from 40 years ago. Plan carefully when to go for dinner and breakfast as the restaurant can be very crowded.
