Tres apprécié par toute la famille.

- あちこちトラベラー (8/5): 唐津城と松浦川が見えるホテル。 - 1か月間違って予約していてフロントで焦りましたが、どうにか追加料金を払って泊まることができて良かったです。それも景色の良い部屋にして頂きありがとうございました。 ラウンジでは夫婦でゆっくりおしゃべりしながら過ごせました。 大浴場の窓ガラスにフィルムが貼られていて外が見れなかったのが残念でした。EV施設が故障中で使えなかった。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 가족친화적인 리조트 - 리노베이션한 룸에 묵어서 리넨이나 침대의 컨디션이 좋고 조식도 맛있었음 그러나 오래된 공조기에서 나는(?)혹은 오래된 카펫에서 세월의 냄새가 좀 거슬림 창을 열어 자연환기하고싶었으나 벌레때문에 열지말라고 되어있어서 포기 아이와 함께할수있는 프로그램이 많고 환경친화적, 위치도 좋았음 다음에 또 묵을 생각있음
- MITSUHIRO (8/5): - 部屋も風呂も快適でした。ただ障害者向けのバストイレでしたが、病院のような作りで違和感あり、もう少しリラックスできる設備に出来るとより良いと感じました。

- Yui (6/5): - 基本的にはとっても良いホテルでした が 団体客と 最終日だけ当たってしまい 小学生たちの騒ぎ様に とてもうるさくて残念でした ホテル側ももう少し他の客に配慮をと厳しく約束して欲しいが なかなか言えないのか 団体客の方も 野球チームだったが ラウンジも 遠慮して下さいと書いてあるにもかかわらず 使って騒いでいたので..... 大人も 子供も 同じ様に約束させるべき約束を守って 泊まって欲しい これだけで 良いホテルの思い出が 台無しになってしまいそうで...残念でした その他はサービスも問題なく素晴らしいホテルでした ありがとうございました
- takanori (8/5): - 施設内は広くて良かったですが、子どもが遊べる場所や露天風呂等を増やしてほしいです。大人はゆっくり出来て良いが子どもには少し物足りないのかなと思いました。

- Minako (8/5): - ウェルカムドリンクが楽しめる（？）ロビーはインバウンドの団体客のお行儀が悪くて近寄れず、少し残念でした。朝食のビュッフェは素晴らしかったです。
- NAOMI (10/5): 癒やしの館 - バイキング料理朝夕とも美味しかったです お風呂がきれいに掃除、整理整頓されてました
- NAKAMURA (8/5): - スタッフの対応がもうひとつ 建物全体に古さがあるが 広さは十分でした お値段は格安だったので良かったです
- TAKEYUKI (10/5): - 朝食時（7時）の混雑が少々ストレスに感じます。動線を見直して人が固まらないように出来たら有難いです。 （例：麵コーナーを独立させる、コの字型にして両サイドから料理をとれるようにするetc）
- ema (10/5): - スタッフさん達のサービスが とても良かったです。 部屋は清潔です。 チェックアウトの時間は10時です。 コンビニは歩いて10分ほどかかります。チェックインする前に必要なものは購入しておいた方がいいです。 以外と男性1人の泊まり客が多いように見受けました。唐津ボートか原発関係なのかなー？

- Verified traveler (10/5): 素敵なホテル - ホテル自体はとても素敵で過ごしやすく、お風呂もごはんも満足でした。 ただバータイムに中国籍の方と思われる集団の宿泊客が大学生の宅飲みかのような騒ぎようで非常にうるさく、楽しむことができず、宇宙^_^とても残念でした。

- Billie (8/5): - Staff are friendly. The room is spacious but the decor is quite old. The bed and pillow is fairly comfortable. There are plenty of choices in the buffet dinner and breakfast. The public bath only has a big indoor tub.
- Chie (10/5): - 清潔でお部屋がひろく快適でした。お部屋からの眺めも最高でした。スタッフのみなさんとても親切で、またリピしたいです。
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice area, outdated hotel - The room was very large for Japan, but sparsely furnished and decorated with rather old stuff. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Efficiency bathroom. It had the feel of a cheap business hotel, but for $188 for one night. Might be worth it in the summer and if you take advantage of the amenities of the free nightly drink and sento. It was one of only a few available places to stay in the area. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Free, large parking lot. Walkable area, near the beach and castle.

- Lai (8/5): Very good - Great resort with public bath and a lounge for everyone with many free drinks and snacks! Good for a relaxing stay, especially if you drive since there is free parking. Good location near the Karatsu pine forest and the beach. However, the town and restaurants are a drive away. Rooms were big and comfortable, but a little tired. The bathroom was a high step up which was not very elderly friendly. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. I would return again.

- KOUJI (10/5): また利用させてください。 - この度は家族旅行に利用させて頂きました。初めての利用でしたが、満足いく内容でした。特に朝食に関し大変満足させて頂きました。
- jungyeon (4/5): - 시설은 그럭저럭 주차장이용도 좋았지만 온천호텔이 아니고 일반 대중사우나이며 재팬니즈 스타일룸은 이불도 안 깔아주고 뷔폐가격은 비싸면서 음식은 아주 꽝 가격만비싸고 맛이 없음. 호텔 가격에 비해 너무 안좋았습니다 . 라운지 무료 이용보단 음식이나 룸 청결에 좀더 신경쓰는게 나을것같음

- masayo (8/5): - チェックインした後や夜21時以降のフリードリンクはとても充実していて、雰囲気も時間帯よって違い、楽しめました。お部屋は時代を感じるところもありましたが、朝食はとても充実しており満足です。 隣のお部屋からの話し声がかなり聞こえるので、声を掛けさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。

- kyoung hee (8/5): - 24년 1월이후 2회방문한 호텔인데 아코르 브랜드로 교체하면서 전체적으로 쾌적한 상태로 변경되어 좋음. 개인적인 차이는 있겠지만 아침조식이 일본전통식이 많아서 재방문하게 되었는데, 컨셉이 바뀌다보니 아쉽기는 했다 조용하고 쾌적한 호텔이다
