- CHIKAKO (6/5): 満足です。 - 清潔で広い室内でよかったです。また朝食も美味しかったです。また、フリードリンクの時間があって、外に出掛けられない分をホテル内で楽しめました。 洗面が狭く使いづらい。大浴場を利用しない場合のバスルームが残念にかんじました。 朝食会場が広く、大勢の人達で食事を選ぶ気力が失われました。

- 堀 (9/5): 大満足！ - 建物もお部屋もとっても綺麗で清潔感がありました。 素泊まりでしたが、お酒とおつまみは食べ放題飲み放題だったので、すごくお得感がありました！ エレベーターホールにウォーターサーバーがあったので、お水も飲み放題でいろいろ助かりました！ あまりないのですが、大浴場と露天風呂の音頭が少しぬるめだったのもう少し集めが良かったかなと個人的には思いました
- Nurzhan (5/5): Далеко от города, скучно и по санаторски - Завтрак был норм, но я хотела забрать недоеденный круассан и у меня на выходе из рук прям начали забирать его. Люди должны понимать когда едут сюда, что они едут в обычный советский санаторий который еще и далеко от города. Хоть и у них был трансфер, но время рандомное, утром в (отрезок до обеда) в 10 отъезжает а чекаут позволяет в 11 освободить комнату, но какой в этом смысл если трансфер уедет в город пораньше? И самое главное, и странное, что в отеле вечером открыт бесплатный бар с кучей алкоголя, но не еды. Дикость какая то. Это не классный 4х звездочный отель, как на картинке. Абсолютно старое здание, и тонкие стены, раздельные 2х спалки. Ванная крошечная.

Il servizio e' stato impeccabile, il personale alla reception e' molto professionale e preparato, il manager e' una persona molto professionale, disponibile e preparata. Tutto lo staff che lavora nella sala da pranzo e' molto efficiente, disponibile e professionale. E' stata un esperienza indimenticabile, consiglio vivamente di visitare la struttura se soggiornate in zona Miyazu

El hotel necesita una renovación, se ve anticuado, mobiliario etc…. El desayuno y cena es tipo buffet donde prima la cantidad pero no tanto la calidad . La bebida alcohólica también es gratuita , me imagino que por eso tiene tan buena puntuación.

- Aki (2/5): - 温泉 和室は一人一万以上払う価値なし。冷蔵庫の音がうるさくて寝れないし、朝から隣の部屋の掃除が始まり、壁に穴開くんじゃない？とゆうくらいガンガン掃除機ぶつけてうるさくてゆっくりできなかった。安かったら温泉があるので泊まるのはありだけど、アメニティは部屋にはありません。温泉で化粧水をしてとゆわれたけど、朝10時までにわざわざ化粧水しに温泉まで行かないといけないとか意味不明。 ホテルで化粧水や洗顔が部屋にないとか、あり得ない。 東横インでもあるよ。ほんとに意味不明だった。

- Ralf (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit großem Zimmer und einem tollen Spa-Bereich, schlechtes Speisesaalambiente - Sehr schönes und großes Zimmer, toller Wellnessbereich Der Speisesaal war vollkommen überlaufen sowohl beim Abendessen als auch beim Frühstück. Es waren zwar genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden, aber es waren viel zuviel Menschen in dem Raum. Ein entspanntes Essen ist da nicht möglich. Das passt nicht zum Gesamtambiente des Hotels. Leider führt die schöne Lage des Hotels auch dazu, dass man ziemlich an das Hotel gebunden ist, wenn man nicht ewig weit mit dem Auto zu einem Restaurant fahren will

- Jia Ling (7/5): Uncomfortable futons - It's a spa resort so the onsen is nice, especially the outdoor onsen. The room is big. The resort is located at the tip of the peninsula and is pretty isolated from the nearby town of Miyazu so you will definitely need a car or rely on the shuttle bus which has limited timings. We got the japanese-style rooms which has futon beds. I slept on futons before but their's was exceptionally thin which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows were also loaded with beads so it was hard too. Overall I had quite an uncomfortable sleep. Get the bed if you can.

- Siti Masitah (10/5): Memorable place - I like everything about this hotel. A great place cause it has ocean view. Lots of parking. The staffs are great and so helpful. Easy to communicate with the front desk staff. There is a lot of facilities are provided including lounge area, snow playground, ping pong area, kids play area, sauna & onsen, laundry room, souvenir shop and strawberry picking activity. I recommend this place. I will definitely be back here again. None.
- terufumi (6/5): 良かった - スタッフが皆んな親切でした 施設が大きく、大人数でも直ぐに予約出来た。 お風呂は広いのですが、殺風景でした。 部屋の椅子が破れてて、スポンジが見えていた。 お風呂の洗面器が汚かった。

- tien (10/5): Wonderful and would do it again! - Breakfast was sumptuous and quality was high. Breathtaking view of the famous Amanohashidate stretch. Onsen was big and pleasant and offers recreation areas for kids. nice addition of pingpong tables. They even have a lounge that serves free drinks including beer. The rooms are big and big beds too. very comfy for a cold winter. Sound proofing for the door is a big low. Could hear these excited kids run up and down the corridor.
- David (5/5): For a short stay the Mecure does a good job. It's quite outdated now - The rooms were quite large. Plenty or car parking The beds were old and uncomfortable. The property is quite remote and the buffet dinner and breakfast were very expensive. Our dinner cost more than the accommodation

- Lubin (9/5): Excellent séjour au sein du Mercure hôtel de Miyazu. - Très bel hôtel de qualité, bon rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec une belle vue. Beaucoup de services, tels que le onsen ou le lounge, et personnel agréable.

- Emma (10/5): Relax in the outdoor onsen - The onsen was definitely the highlight of our stay - so so beautiful. They also had a complimentary snack and alcohol bar which was a delightful surprise. There's a shuttle bus that goes to Miyagi station, but the last bus finishes early (around 1700) so its best to plan your trip in advance. The rooms were a bit dated, still comfortable, but it is like stepping back in time. The rest of the facilities (lobby, onsen) are modern in comparison.

- アキラ (3/5): イマイチでした！ - 部屋の広さ！眺望の良さ！ 早朝am7:30の出発に対し、予約または朝食弁当を事前にその旨を要求しましたが、対応できないの返事で仕方なく、7時前にレストランに行ったところ満員で、１０分弱の朝食になりました。予約制の採用や時間分散の朝食を提案します。 この点が次回使用したくないポイントです。 浴槽の深さー深すぎる！
- Michel (5/5): Not too bad but not that good. - Location is beautiful. The place is overlooking the bay. The staff is helpful and makes effort to compensate and make the customer comfortable. A special mention to the enthusiasm and dynamism of the senior citizen (must be almost 70y/o) collecting the finished trays and cleaning the tables at the breakfast cafeteria. There are not enough eating or dinning options. It is more cafeteria style. Rooms show their age... Although there were some improvement since last year this will not be enough for us to give it a third try.

- Yasushg (10/5): 大満足 - 大人15人と幼児、乳幼児3人での利用でしたが、宿泊料金、ラウンジでのドリンクサービス、ビッフェスタイルの食事の内容が良かった。 この時期にプール開きがされてないのは残念 食事会場のやや混雑な状況とそれを避けたことによる時間制限にかかる慌ただしさがあり、かなりゆっくり感が疎外された。

- MICHIE (8/5): ステキなリゾートホテル - 子供が足を擦りむいたので絆創膏🩹があればと思いフロントの男の人に聞いたらすぐ貰えました（ショップには置いていませんでした）あの時は有難うございました。 ショップでお土産を買いましたが白無地の紙袋しか無くて、会社とか友達に渡すナイロン袋があれば良かったかなと思いました（有料でも👌）

- Mathieu (10/5): Nice and friendly hotel with very good buffet and great location. - The buffet was excellent. We appreciated that the allergens were identified for each meal. The ice cream machine is a winner with the kids, The beer machine is a winner for adults ! The pool was great especially during the summer heat. The staff is very friendly. The value is very good as breakfast and diner are included. The room is a little bit outdated but very clean and spacious with a beautiful view from either side of the building. A very nice stay in an area less crowded by tourists. The dining room could be more appealing. The pool closes at 5:30pm.
- anders (4/5): The closed outdoor pool and garden ( the main reason for booking this hotel) was not available, so we decided to move to - Nice spa department The outdoor pool and the surrounding garden was closed despite 36 degrees celsius and blue sky. No balconies.
- Seiji (10/5): メルキュールにして良かった! - 食事の食材も提供の仕方も良かった。食事中に片付けスタッフの優しい声掛けが心地よく、周りの雑音も気にならなかった。大変良いスタッフの方々でした。ドリンクフリーのラウンジがあることもありがたかった。 宿泊部屋が3階だった所為か、エレベーターに乗れないことが幾度かあった。階段を利用をするのもエレベーターホールのすぐ横の部屋からでは遠すぎる。コンピューター制御で呼んだ階へ直接来てもらえるようなシステムを考えて頂きたい。 ベッドルームから和室に変更したら、自分たちで布団敷をすることになっていたが、シーツ・カバーが布団と同色の真っ白でちょっと不便を感じた。
