Personnel très sympathique. Une réception interminable avec la traduction systématique de toutes les données et conseils de l'hôtel ce qui a pris plus d'1/4 d'heure. Une chambre très vieillissante avec une salle de bain en plastique du siècle précédent. On se demande comment une chaîne d'hôtel aussi prestigieuse que le groupe Acor peut laisser vieillir un bijou pareil sans le rénover.

- mikihiko (3/5): 要確認：泊まるなら海に面した部屋 - 広い大浴場。 3名で予約。急遽、体調の悪化で２名が行けないことになりました。ホテルに電話でその由を伝えていたものの、記録に残っていませんでした。北側で眺めは悪く、インターネットの繋がりの悪い部屋。３人分で程々の値段だったので、文句は言えないかと思う一方、１名の宿泊となり、その点を考慮して部屋替えなど何か考慮してくれたらなと思いました。ホテルのスタッフは、そんな素振りもなく、何だか杓子定規的というか機械的な感じで、好感が持てませんでした。当日は、くろしお鉄道から徒歩で向かいましたが、汗だくで急な坂道を上り、結局、高台にあるホテルから見えるだろう海の景色を見ることもなく、チェックアウト。何だか空しい気分になりました。ある程度のお金を持った人が対象なんだろうなと、いろいろな場面で感じました。

- Masae (7/5): ゆっくりできてよかったです。 - 朝食、夕食ともにとても美味しかったです。ブッフェ形式で、土佐のおいしいものをたくさん食べられて満足でした。 インクルーシブもよかったです。お部屋からの景色もよかったです。温泉も特に露天風呂は最高でした！！ゆったりと過ごせました。孫や子どもたちと訪れても楽しめると思います。 朝食のレストランのトイレでシャワーが誤作動し、食事前に洋服や下着が濡れてしまい、スタッフの方にお伝えしましたが、レストランのスタッフの方は「申し訳ありません」というだけで何の対応もなく、濡れたままの食事となりました。 フロントにはお伝えし、謝罪もいただきましたが、前日着用した下着での出発となり、最後の最後にやはり不愉快でした。浴衣やバスタオルなどの用意はしてくださいましたが、少々的外れのような気がします。洋服で食事に向かったのですから、せめて下着の用意をお願いできたら…と思いました。
- 島本 (5/5): - オールインクルーシブルで本当にお酒好きにはオススメのホテルです 泊まったお部屋が山側の3人部屋でしたが お風呂とトイレが病院の個室のような作りでした そしてカーテンに穴が空いていてすごく残念でした お風呂とトイレはしょうがないですが (大浴場はとても綺麗で大満足です) カーテンはどうにかできたはずです お客さんがそれを見て残念な気持ちになると思わなかったのかそこがショックです ぜひ改善をお願いいたします そしてネット予約の写真も山側のお部屋が全て今回の仕様なのでしたら変更しておいて欲しいです

- Takako (4/5): - スタッフの方は、とても親切に色々教えてくれました。 朝食バイキングはパーフェクトでした。 和室でしたが、外観に比べて少し残念感がありました。テーブルは綺麗に拭き取られてないし、窓も手形なのか、皮脂汚れが付いてました。 鏡台がありましたが、ご当地素材の布などかけてあると、旅館感がでていいかなと思いました。 空調は全館統一なのはわかるのですが、室内調整が全くできず、寝にくかったです。 元あったホテルを改装して使われてるみたいですが、大浴場の天井のカビまで残すのはどうかと思います。

- YUKO (9/5): - 三姉妹夫婦での一泊旅行でしたが、 ビュッフェが種類豊富でどれも美味しく頂きました。 またラウンジではお酒の種類も豊富で二重の愉しみを 味わえ、温泉も広々としてゆったり疲れを癒すことが 出来、大変満足な旅になりました。 部屋のシャワーを利用した時、カーテンを浴槽に入れた にも関わらず、シャワーがトイレ床に流れ込み水浸しに なって片付けに時間を取られ困りました。

- Yair (9/5): The best value for money we have in the trip - I didn’t know what to expect since the hotel’s rating wasn’t very high, but it truly exceeded our expectations and we immediately booked an extra night. The building is a bit old, so the room facilities aren’t perfect, but the overall experience more than made up for it. The onsen, the excellent breakfast, the complimentary bar each evening, and the warm, welcoming staff created a genuine sense of home. One thing to note: you’ll need a car, bike, or a taxi to reach convenience stores or restaurants, as nothing is very close by. Overall, a surprisingly wonderful stay with a lot of heart.

- Arce (4/5): It was not worth the expense. Many basic amenities that would be expected at that rate and easily found in a business h - I enjoyed the beautiful onsen. I was disappointed by the cleanliness. My room refrigerator had old candy and napkins stuck to the inside and it made me doubt the cleanliness of the room.
- あきひろ (9/5): ホテルの宿泊だけでも高知を満足できる施設 - ラウンジにて日本酒やお酒、おつまみ(クッキーなどの甘菓子)がフリーで食べれたのでホテルでの時間を快適に過ごせました。 立地が高知市内より少し離れており、ひろめ市場など主要な観光地に行くために時間を要する(市内まで40分ほど)。

- MICHIKO (8/5): - ラウンジやレストランのドリンクなどもサービスが充実しており、良かった。せっかく地酒やワインなど色んなものがあった為，おつまみやお菓子もお酒に合うものがあれば嬉しいなぁと思った。 食事は、子供から大人まで楽しめる工夫があった。連休で多くのお客さんがいる中、ビュッフェでも、とても綺麗でスタッフの方々の配慮が感じられた。 レストランの部屋が狭く感じた。 レストランの窓からは、海が見渡せてとても気持ちよかった。 全体的に大満足だった。 お陰様で良い休暇になった。 温泉は、お湯も良く、清潔で気持ちよかったです。
