• Ines (7/5): Für Kurzaufenthalte gut geeignet - Das große Zimmer. Das nette Personal. Der Ausblick war auf eine vermoderte Wand. Die Einrichtung/Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen recht hart.
• Thi Mai (8/5): - Die Lage vom Hotel ist der Knaller, Badestrand ist fast direkt vor der Tür. Cafes , Restaurants und kleine Shops sind vor und neben dem Hotel zu finden, 7eleven nebenan. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Zimmer ist sauber mit Holzmöbel und Holzdiele, dadurch wirkt es sehr gemütlich.

Сразу через дорогу проходы к морю через отели напротив, и всегда можно помыть ноги от песка возле них же. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. В день заезда сразу же отвалилась лейка душа, поменяли моментально. Кофе, чай, вода в номере - каждый день. В целом чистый, тихий, удобный бюджетный отель для самостоятельных туристов. Сами упустили объявление на ресепшне о том, что уборка номера по запросу. Соответственно ее не было, однако на дверь все нужные принадлежности. Номер без балкона лучше не брать: сыровато, белье не сохнет. Мы пошли на это сознательно, с учетом короткого срока пребывания, соотношения отличного местоположения и стоимости за 3 ночи, отсутствия возможности с российской карты оплатить заранее за другой номер.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Overall very good - The property was really nice, big room bit old but clean, very friendly staff and amazing location near shops and just 2 minutes walk from the beach across the road. Our room was on 1st floor and I really appreciate that because there’s no lift there and would be hard to carry heavy luggage upstairs. There was only 1 small window tho and no balcony I couldn’t even put my wet clothes or towels outside .

• Michael (8/5): Good budget option - - Good location right across the road from the (very nice) beach. - Helpful, friendly staff (despite the language barrier) - Convenient for shops, restaurants, convenience stores etc. Dive shop 2 minutes walk away, so arranging diving was easy, if that's something you're looking for. - Room was maybe a little dated. Hard mattress as well (but I'm used to that in Asia) - White Sand Beach isn't the place to go for quiet isolation, so if that's what you're looking for then try elsewhere. The room was quiet at night though, so no problems sleeping.

• Yuliyana (5/5): Great location,but very old hotel - Central location, 1min walking to white sand beach. Most of the rooms do not really have windows,as the window faces the wall of the next building. the furniture is really old and some of it broken. There is mold in the bathrooms. We could not sleep as the entire night you can hear the aircons either of the next room or the building next to the hotel. there is no possiblity to dry the beach towel as there is no balcony. The hotel is good for one or two nights as a starting point I til you find something else.

• Yves (4/5): Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen. - Es war in der Nähe zweier guter Restaurants. Das Personal war freundlich, konnte jedoch fast kein Englisch. Hatte in mehreren Zimmern Probleme mit Ungeziefer, schlechtem bis keinem WLAN, die Betten waren unbequem.

Удобные кровати, вода горячая постоянно. Лестница крутовата, лифта нет. Не хватает микроволновки. Нет балкона, сложно сушить купальники.

• Iuliia (2/5): Никогда больше - Большой номер, отличное расположение на wsb. Хороший напор воды в душе. Хороший тихий кондей, красивые коридоры и лестницы. На 3 этаже огромный балкон-курилка, где можно наблюдать закат. Каждый день на дверь вешали пакет с водой, туалетной бумагой и набором чая и кофе 3-1. Я просто счастлива, что наконец уехала оттуда. Все было ужасно. В номере 203 стоял отвратительный затхлый запах. Его невозможно было выветрить. Вся мебель покрыта белым налетом, похоже, что все дерево заражено плесенью. Номер ужасно грязный. Душевую кабину никогда не мыли, окна грязные, стол и тумбочка в каких-то пятнах. До всего было противно дотрагиваться. Полотенца старые, грязные, постельное белье в пятнах и дырках. Матрас был безумно жёстким, я даже подумала, что там лежит фанера. Я не могла спать три ночи, болели ребра и таз. В номере ползают большие рыжие муравьи, а так же я убила большого тропического таракана в прикроватной лампе. Мои окна выходили на джунгли, я не могла открыть окно на ночь, чтобы не дышать этой вонью, так как боялась ночных жителей из джунглей. Я понимаю, что отель бюджетный, но меня бы не смутила старая мебель или отсутствие некоторых удобств, однако чистота это то, что можно сделать без ремонта. Я не притязательный турист, ночевала много где, и даже в гест хаусах было чище, чем здесь. Не рекомендую никому! Лучше спать под пальмой на пляже, чем в этом отеле.

• Rolf (9/5): Der Aufenthalt war super. ich werde wiederkommen. - Die Lage ist Top, mitten im Leben und in 1 min ist man am Strand. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist absulut in Ordnung. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

There's always possibility to make use of different services just by asking the staff (scooter rental, laundry, even transfer to the airport). Location just at the beginning of white sand beach, great for choosing among different restaurants, bars and other amenities The cleanliness of the room wasn't the best. There's room cleaning everyday if you request it, but it was visible that some things were a bit neglected (old furniture with sign/stains of "age"). Sometimes ants would "visit" as well, so if you're very picky and can't handle it, you might not love the experience

• Rebeca (4/5): Close to the beach but a hard bed - It was in a really good location very close to the beach and the staff was nice. It was also a very big room with a couch and a desk. For a budget hotel it was good the only huge negative was how hard the bed was that I struggled to sleep. The bed was SO hard! It felt like sleeping on a yoga mat on the floor. It actually hurt to lay on my side from how hard it was. I was so shocked I had to check if there was a real mattress under the sheets. The place was also not so clean with dated furniture.

When we arrived it was nothing at all as the photos showed on the web site. Very old and dated , linen didn’t look clean and towels had seen better days.

• Sophie (5/5): - Die Lage ist super, man muss nur über die Straße gehen und ist direkt am White Sand Beach. Viele Restaurants, Cafés und Stände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Auf den ersten Blick wirkte es recht sauber, aber wenn man genauer hinschaute, waren überall Flecken (die wegwischbar gewesen wären) und Schmutz. Besonders im Bettbereich! Ich bin nur für eine Nacht geblieben, würde das Hotel aber beim nächsten Mal nicht nochmal wählen.

• Patrik (5/5): Vraiment dommage d'avoir laissé cet hôtel a l'abandon car il est pourtant très bien situé. - L'emplacement top 👌 Nous étions venu en 2019 et l'hôtel était vraiment très bien. En mai 2025 , l'hôtel n'est plus ce qu'il était... Nous avons d'abord eu une chambre que nous avons refusé ( fenêtre collée au scotch car elle ne fermait plus. Lit cassé,etc...) Ensuite,on nous à proposé une autre chambre pas propre du tout 🤨 Et j'ai fait le ménage entièrement dans cette chambre car c'était extrêmement sale le jour de notre arrivée. La femme de ménage du lendemain a de nouveau tout nettoyé et nous avons continué notre séjour sans problème. Visiblement,cette chambre n'avait pas été utilisée depuis longtemps. Hôtel pas propre , dommage.

• Donald (10/5): This place was a God send, I had such a terrible experience with the hotel I stayed at on my first night on Koh Chang, w - This place was amazing, so comfortable the rooms are super large, lot of room to put all your things I had a king size bed and a single bed in the room hardwood floors very clean . It’s like 30 meters to the beach. This will be the only hotel I ever stay in while visiting Koh Chang. It’s a 10.

• Mark (8/5): Good location and a fair price - Good location very close to White Sand Beach. Rooms were kept very clean. This didn't affect me, but if you have mobility issues, this might not be the best choice to stay if you struggle with steps. There is no lift, so you would need to climb several flights of steps if you are on a higher floor.

• Jane (7/5): Good budget hotel - Great location across the road to the beach. Lovely helpful friendly reception staff. Clean rooms, and good housekeepers. Nice touch of leaving toilet paper and fresh water outside your room daily if you did not request room clean that day. No lift, however the lovely receptionist carried our bags up the stairs for us, and without asking he brought them down when he saw us coming down to check out, and all done with a smile. Room was very dark, and although we spent most of day on the beach, coming back to get get ready for dinner we found the room too dark. There is a window, but looks onto a concrete wall. On saying this the room rate equated for what we got which is half price of other establishment that have balconies with more natural light. Bed was hard, but okay.
