The staff was incredibly helpful and even called my scooter rental when an issue arose. Accommodated early check in. The restaurant attached in absolutely wonderful. Very comfortable, I'd absolutely stay again. A bit dated looking but to be expected in this price range in Thailand.

Günstige, einfache Unterkunft, mit Anschluss zum Mutterhotel Lanta Nice Beach Resort, man durfte den Pool dort und den Strandabschnitt mit nutzen und es gab einen kostenfreien TUKTUK Shuttle Teilweise etwas zu schmutzig am Boden, es wurde nicht darauf geachtet dass alle die Schuhe ausziehen … auch beim Cleaning der Räume hätte es etwas gründlicher sein können, gerade der Balkon. Wenn man kein Roomservice wollte hätte man wenigstens Wasser / Klopapier / Handtücher aktiv davor legen können, auf Nachfrage hat man das natürlich bekommen! Die Lautstärke wegen der befahrenen Straße war auch nicht so angenehm …

Blisko hotelu dużo restauracji Pokój nie był bardzo czysty, szafka pod umywalką w łazience byłam strasznie brudna a pierwszego dnia pościel dziurawa. Przy wymeldowaniu gdy sprawdzali pokój padło oskarżenie że zabraliśmy jedną łyżeczkę z zestawu do kawy a 2 dnia po sprzątaniu zastaliśmy tylko jedną łyżeczkę więc to obsługa wcześniej ją zabrała. Pani z recepcji powiedziała że mimo braku łyżeczki możemy iść ale było to niemiłe doświadczenie.

El personal encantador, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, super amables. Al quedarte aqui tienes la opcion de ir al resort frente a la playa con piscina de forma gratuita, cosa que es de 10!!!

• Sina (7/5): Ausreichend. - Sehr nettes Personal. Sobald man einen Roller hat (kann man auch bei der Rezeption mieten) ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. Für die erste Nacht ohne Roller auch einfach zu Fuß. 10min in Fußnähe ist die Moschee, sehr toll! Schön wie ab und an zu den Morgenstunden die Affen auf den Dächern unterwegs waren (etwas Lärm aber herrlich!). Sie sind auch nicht so frech, wie die am Strand. Der Kühlschrank hätte aufjedenfall sauberer sein können. Wir haben den Aufenthalt verlängert bekamen dann auch ein neues Zimmer, dieser hatte allerdings einen sauberen Kühlschrank. Die Zimmer ganz oben haben einen schwachen Wasserdruck, reicht allerdings trotzdem aus (ich habe sehr langes Haar).

Location is a little far out of the main city on the island but it’s not too far to drive on mopeds or for a taxi.

Iar cel mai nașpa ușa de la baie este cu un model care are ceva tăieturi în ea efectiv este egală cu zero !!! nu ai intimitate și se aude tot cand mergi la toaletă !

Nic nebyl problém, ochotně nás odvezli do druhého resortu kde se nacházela krásná klidná pláž, restaurace a bazén. Jídlo bylo skvělé od snídaně až po večeře. Byli jste tam přes Vánoce, kde hotel uspořádal Christmas party pro hosty hotelu. Skvělá organizace, doplňování jídla, servis a skvělý zábavní program. Moc jsme si to užili a pokud na Ko Lantu ještě někdy zavítáme. určitě se rádi vrátíme. :ä Děkujeme. V noci byly dost cítit odpady z koupelny. Takže to bylo při usínání trochu nepříjemné.

You could use the pool from the sister hotel which was located on the beach. Rooms were a little outdated, but wouldn’t put me off staying here.

They also provide a taxi for free to there other resort that has a pool which we really enjoyed. The room was really nice & the bed was so comfy. The TV had Netflix which we took full advantage of it was so nice. I would definitely recommend staying

Rooms are spacious, clean, nice bathroom, with a nice cafe attached downstairs. Free taxi to sister resort to use pool/beachfront down the road. The staff made this the most enjoyable stay my girlfriend and I have had in Thailand, so thank you very much :)

• eugen (6/5): A good value for money far from the beach - Very old and minimum care for the room. It is a spacious room, not close to the beach. They have a free shuttle to a resort that's on the beach. The stuff is friendly and nice. We stayed for 4 nights and the did cleaning od the room only once, by request, but only inside the room, not in the bathroom.

• Delfin (8/5): Hotel not so close to the nicest beaches..... - I booked this hotel thinking that it was a lot closer to the beach. As it turned out, they do have a facility right on the beach but way more expensive than where we stayed...... I tried booking with them directly an extra night stay at the property on the beach but the cheapest bungalow was more than twice as expensive so we ended up going somewhere else..... They should definitely bring down the prices for the bungalows on the beach if they want to have my business again in the future!!!!

• Verified traveler (8/5): 网站虚假宣传，欺骗顾客 - 说实话酒店的室内设施和三个大露台还是很不错的，还有晾衣架。但是我对这好订网非常不满，太不像话，虚假宣传。因为我定酒店的就是筛选条件时设定的就是klongning海滩和有泳池，网站推荐的就是这个酒店，而且预定时网上的宣传图片都是有泳池和沙滩的lanta nice beach resort，酒店发的订单上只有中文酒店名称，没有英文名称。等我们到了酒店之后，酒店说我们不是那个酒店，而是lanta nice beach house.，而且翻看预定记录，网上的链接也变了，不再是我原来预定的lanta nice beach resort的链接，没有海滩和泳池了，酒店也不在孔宁沙滩了，而是在klong kob了，要走很远才有沙滩，还是全是礁石的沙滩。带着老人和孩子虽然极度委屈也还是得住啊！虽然酒店第二天免费送我们去lanta nice beach resort玩了，但对这个网站极其不满

• li (2/5): 半夜遭遇入室抢劫。真是噩梦得罪一晚！！！！ - 如果可以给0分。毫不犹豫给0分。什么干净舒适。硬件软件不想说了。我和我先生在这家酒店一共预定了三晚。第二晚遭遇了入室抢劫(2016.1.1)。元旦的第一天半夜3点钟两个本地人企图破门而入。我和老公和对方僵持了1.5小时。我到阳台大声呼救。整个酒店的人都亮了灯。酒店没有一个人上楼阻止两个歹徒。也没有1个酒店工作人员帮我们报警。我们复活了噩梦的一晚。直到第二天早上10点才在我们的强烈要求下报警。这家酒店就是一垃圾酒店，没有任何安保。请千万不要来这里入住。报警后我们当天就退房了。至今还有一晚住宿费用没有产生也不肯退给我们！至今连一句道歉安抚的话都没没有！！！！！！

Badrummen var bland de fräschaste vi sett genom alla de hotell vi var på under vår thailandsresa (och det var ca. 7-8 hotell). trevlig personal, bra service. Dem erbjöd gratis lån av cyklar, även gratis körning ner till stranden då den låg ca. 1-1,5 km bort (ändå inom gångavstånd) vi fick även tillgång till Lanta Nice Beach Resort med restaurang och pool under tiden vi bodde på Lanta Nice Beach House. Mycket bra.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Need improvements, helpful staff - Very friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. As the house had just opened it was very clean and new, but the management were still getting to grips with the running of the place. There was an incident when two local drunken guys turned up at night and scared a woman, after that the hotel made sure there was security 24-7 That evening the family invited is to share a meal with them, very hospitable! It is on a road, so it's a little noisy, not quite in the centre but a scooter drive to the beach and shops. Relativly good value for money. They give you free rides by motorbike or tuk tuk to the beach. It's a good stop off place for a couple of nights.
