• Anthony (10/5): A winner. There is nothing to dislike about “Klokkiebosch” and everything to like. Mr Wessels runs it professionally an - Everything. The owner has an eye for detail and comfort. The sea view from the double open doors and porch is superbly West Coast. Nothing.

Coffee machine with pods in room also a kettle and hairdryer and a plug switch close to a mirror was fantastic!!! I didn't like to leave...

• Dirker (9/5): Our stay was delightful, room exceptional the scenery immaculate. - Our host Wessel was very accommodating and assisted in unloading and hauling in our luggage. He also upgraded the room book was originally booked. Our stay was booked for 1 night, bud decided to stay another night.

Right across the ro - The property is right on the beach , sunsets phenomenal, and the guest how is exquisitely decorated . Wessell is very kind and the breakfast was amazing for R 150 - worth every cent !!! The bed was a fraction hard for me , but some will enjoy it

• Saayman (10/5): Tranquility and beautiful views. - We were welcomed by Wessel the owner. He was very flexible with booking in times. And even gave us a room upgrade at a discounted rate. Breakfast were not included in the price, but was very reasonable and we paid for it. And we did not regret it. The breakfast were not the traditional hot breakfast , but a quiche with fresh tomatoes and mushrooms. And soo delicious. There was nothing to dislike. This truly was an outstanding property.

He was also very helpful with eating place recommendations. He recommended a place called Leeto for dinner which had the absolute best food. There was a small miscommunication in regards to the master bedroom upgrade. Outside that, Everything exceeded my expectations and I will definitely go back again.

The sun sets over the sea directly in front of the house - wonderful. At the last minute we decided to have breakfast - so glad we did. We had 2 rooms and I didn't realise one of them only had a bath. My fault, but not ideal.

Complimentary tea/coffee with additional coffee pods available for sale. Room very well appointed with amenities. Delicious breakfast on order; think silver cutlery, linen napkins, Lurpak butter… Excellent location. Wessel was an attentive host, wonderfully kind.

The breakfast was amazing too. It’s a wonderful, calming place to stay, and right on the coast so we were able to enjoy beach walks in the morning too. Would highly recommend!

So I will suggest to serve the breakfast outside when the weather looks fine. And we should get a continental breakfast, but is was only fruit, yoghurt and toast

• Pasika (9/5): My stay at klokkiebsch was fabulous. - The staff was so friendly and well inform me about everything and they well equiped for the loadshedding doesnt affect me when i was there, water was hot all the time the wifi was on point and beding was neat and comfart, and the break fast was delious and big, can be full for the whole day. there is nothing to be dilike there at all, everuthing was good to me. it very centre for all activities in town and it is closer to the place where was working during my visit.

• Thabile (8/5): A hidden gem in Jacobs Bay - The host, Wessel, is a pro. The guest house is beautifully decorated and neat. The living areas are welcoming. Plus you can catch a glimpse of the sea from different areas of the house. It has a large and beautiful garden/outdoor area - a perfect spot to sit under the shade and read on hot days and, to sip a drink on warm or cold nights. There is an optional breakfast offering. The host shares the available breakfast options with the guests beforehand. Loadshedding does not have an effect on the guest house's lights, Wi-Fi, TV etc. 🙂 The loft room is on the small side, and there is no workspace (should you require to work in the bedroom) . There is no air conditioner to help improve the airflow.

The host was exemplary, very helpful and informative! The accommodation was really comfortable, private and luxurious! The location was special with quick access to nearby walks and the beaches!

• Gerald (8/5): The manager was very apologetic about the failed geyser and didn't charge for breakfast - The manger was most welcoming and attentive The continental breakfast was very good The geyser in or friends' room wasn't working resulting in no hot water. The manager was most upset and offered them another room which they declined as it only had access from outside. So they used our shower. The address was difficult to and should be properly signposted
