• Cornelia (10/5): Extrem schöne Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Pisa. - Die Lage und die Aussicht waren super! Auch das Familienzimmer. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir bekamen ein Getränk spendiert und das Frühstück war sehr individuell und umfangreich. Mein Sohn hat eine Aussen-Lampe mit dem Ball zerschlagen - sie waren sehr sehr nett, sie haben uns nichts verrechnet. Es gab keinen Kaffe und leider auch keine Küche. Auch keinen Besen im Zimmer- es wurde aber jeden Tag gereinigt. Ich habe mehrmals nach dem Busfahrplan gefragt, aber keine Antwort bekommen.

• Lara (6/5): Ci ritornerei volentieri con un ambiente un po' rinfrescato/rinnovato. - Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione immersa nel verde e la doccia con un soffione ampio e acqua molto calda. Come già riferito alla reception, siamo rimasti un po' amareggiati perché dalle fotografie ci aspettavamo di trovare una camera ed un bagno tenuti meglio di quanto abbiano visto: il parquet è tutto strisciato ed il bagno non è poi così tenuto bene. Inoltre il bidet ha poco flusso d'acqua.

• verona (7/5): Posto molto bello - La cascina e situata in un posto molto molto tranquillo. Io mi sono trovata molto bene, per questo. Siamo stati 3 notti..tutte silenziose, c'è una vista bellissima. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e professionali. Il posto e situato a 7 minuti da Pisa (in macchina) e 23 minuti da Lucca...la colazione e di qualità e freschezza impeccabile, puoi ordinare quello che vuoi,sia dolce che salata e comunque uno non esclude l'altro. Complimenti per la vostra ospitalità. Purtroppo la nostra stanza aveva il bagno senza finestra e non era dotato di ventola di aspirazione (oppure guasta)e il rubinetto del bidè ha qualche problema di flusso d'acqua. Ma in tutto questo il bagno era molto,molto pulito...non c'erano odori ristagnanti.Ed era molto grande. Nel complesso noi siamo stati molto bene.

• Jaap (8/5): Relaxed place in the countryside - When you are looking for a relaxed place in the countryside, this is it. The room we had was not as nice as the pictures show, but still comfortable. Related to Sant’Agate a locanta that serves great diners. The place with four rooms is related to Sant’Agate where breakfast is served, 5 minutes drive from the room. When we would have known beforehand we would have booked a room in Sant’Agate.

La comunicazione con la struttura è stata sempre attenta e cordiale, e si è apprezzata in modo significativo la disponibilità dello staff nel rispondere alle diverse esigenze. La colazione, infine, si è distinta per qualità e abbondanza, risultando pienamente coerente con il livello complessivo dell’esperienza. Ottimo, inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo, pienamente adeguato alla qualità complessiva del servizio offerto. Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva e non sono emerse particolari criticità. • Liz (9/5): Quietness - Very quiet and comfortable with a nice view on the Pisan Mountains. The road to reach it very close to the bridge is very narrow, during the night you hardly see the lateral moats.

Non essendo illuminata, di notte risulta pericolosa. Insonorizzazione interna alla struttura assolutamente inesistente. Sembra di stare nella stessa stanza degli altri ospiti. La scelta della scala in ferro rende impossibile non venir disturbati da chi sale e scende dalle camere.

Si dorme posizione comoda. - Self check in camera spaziosa ed architettura toscana delle cascine di campagna Dotazioni e design della camera. Mancavano tendaggi per avere privacy ed è un po’ scomoda l’apertura degli oscuranti che essendo molto grandi sono difficili da manovrare. Da migliorare l’isolamento acustico delle porte e stanza perché si sente spesso rumore dalle camere vicine.

• Marina (4/5): Poca attenzione per il cliente - La camera è molto spaziosa ma poco luminosa. All’arrivo ho fatto il self check in e telefonicamente ho riscontrato molta collaborazione e disponibilità da parte dello staff. Ho pernottato due notti. La prima sera ho fatto la doccia e mi sono accorta che uno dei teli aveva una vistosa macchia rossa. Il giorno seguente sono stata contattata dalla reception per sapere se il mio soggiorno stava andando bene e se avevo qualche necessità. Ho lamentato di aver trovato un telo sporco e mi è stato cambiato. La seconda mattina invece non ho potuto fare la doccia perché durante la notte era mancata la corrente e non c’era acqua calda. Ho provato a chiamare la reception sia al numero fisso che al mobile più volte. Solo dopo numerose chiamate mi ha risposto una voce femminile che, evidentemente alterata, mi ha detto che se non c’era la luce non era colpa loro. Per carità! Non avevo certo pensato fosse responsabilità della struttura, ma se comunico gentilmente un problema mi aspetto una risposta pacata ed una soluzione. Al check out (un’ora circa dopo i fatti) non una parola di scuse o comprensione per l’accaduto (che per quanto non imputabile al gestore mi ha arrecato un disagio). Anche sul pagamento poca attenzione: avevo già saldato con carta il soggiorno ma alla partenza mi è stato chiesto nuovamente il pagamento. Ho dovuto io far presente che era già stato effettuato il saldo.

Jederzeit kann man an der Rezeption was Naschen oder Trinken. Das Frühstück war reichlich. Am Eindruckvollsten war der Service der Scheibenreinigung des Autos ;)

We will definitely come hear one more time! NOTE: don't forget to check messages from property owner. Than it will not be a quest to check-in :)
• Jakub (6/5): - Czyste ręczniki i pościel. Ładne widoki na góry. Lokalizacja dobra do zwiedzania i Lukki i Pizy. Bardzo dobre śniadania z miłą obsługą i towarzystwem psa. Duży prysznic. Parking pod obiektem. Przede wszystkim nie jest to obiekt dla osób bez auta - odbiór kluczy jest w obiekcie położonym 5 minut jazdy od noclegu. Śniadania można zamówić do obiektu z noclegiem ale szersza oferta jest znów w miejscu skąd odbiera się klucze, gdzie co rano trzeba dojechać. Ponadto nieprzyjemny zapach w części wspólnej. Stare zniszczone meble i zniszczona podłoga w pokoju. Rozpadające się meble ogrodowe. Pokój ciemny, ponury, kiepsko wyposażony, przypadkowo urządzony, jego większą część zajmuje klatka schodowa blokująca dostęp światła do łóżka. Gdy ktoś wchodzi w nocy po schodach do innych pokojów jest to bardzo słyszalne i głośne. Zapach spod prysznica z odpływu. Słaby zestaw kosmetyków - mydło w kostce, brak płynnego mydła i szamponu pod prysznic. Pajęczyny na suficie w każdym pomieszczeniu pokoju. Niemiłym akcentem było że nie było zwyczajowej wody w pokoju - wyłącznie do kupienia w lodówce w części wspólnej, razem z kawą rozpuszczalną za 1€.

The actual rooms are at a separate building, a large renovated farm house, about 5 mins drive from the reception hall. There are three levels of rooms, with a main entrance room for lounging or eating (water is available for purchase, plates and silverware and microwave are free).

We didn’t have a car which meant we had to call another taxi which ended up being quite expensive. We also opted to add on the breakfast - it was the same price as what people staying at the location with the kitchen paid but was far simpler and in my mind not good value for money. These were the only downsides, otherwise we had a lovely stay

The room is spacious. Beautiful floor to ceiling window with a lovely side view. There is no kettle in the room, only in the communal space (but no sink in this space to fill the kettle with water). Breakfast (delicious) is served in a remote location, 10 minutes by car.

The breakfast area is in a different house, but the slight inconvenience of getting there is more than outweighed by food quality - I'm Italian and the espresso there was so good that I asked for another one immediately.
• Kylie (8/5): Great for family stay - Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room which was very comfortable and large. The location was good, 5 minutes drive to the Tower of Pisa. Breakfast was also lovely. The only thing we were disappointed with was the TV as there was no signal and so it didn't work. Also no fridge in the room. Other than that everything was very good.
