Personel mówi tylko w języku angielskim, pomimo że hotel jest w Austrii nie można porozumieć się w języku niemieckim. W strefie SPA nie ma wody do picia, w pokoju stoi ekspres do kawy, ale za kapsułki z kawą trzeba zapłacić.

Noi abbiamo scelto la formula 1/2 pensione, ottima cucina internazionale con un tema menú ogni sera Super Tra le lamentele degli altri ospiti principalmente si parla di questa salita tremenda che dal paese sale verso l’hotel… Sei in montagna, è normale fare le salite. Se non volete fare le salite andate al mare!!! ;-)

Frühstück, Abendessen o.k., nicht besonders erwähnenswert. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Getränke im Saunabereich (Wasser und Tee) immer leer, wird nicht nachgefüllt.

Zprvu jsme očekávali trochu jiné večeře - více rakouskou kuchyni. Kuchyně nás ale vždy zavedla do jiné světové lokality a mile nás to překvapilo. Bylo to opravdu vynikající. Na pokoj by bylo vhodné přidat lednici. Byli jsme ubytovaní v pokoji v podkroví, kde by bylo vhodné přidat klimatizaci.

Der Wellnessbereich war etwas kleiner als erwartet aber es hat völlig ausgereicht und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und genug Auswahl. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Nur ein Menü beim Abendessen. Wir essen wirklich alles. Aber für die Menschen, die etwas wählerisch mit dem Essen sind, könnte es zu einem Problem werden. Uns hat das Essen geschmeckt.

- Johan (2/5): - Vi har bott på detta hotell tidigare och haft positiva upplevelser, men denna vistelse var en stor besvikelse. Under tre av våra dagar på hotellet fungerade inte varmvattnet, vilket verkligen påverkade vår upplevelse negativt. Vi valde halvpension, men frukosten var bristfällig och middagen levde inte alls upp till den standard vi upplevt tidigare år. När vi frågade om orsaken fick vi förklaringen att de haft hög personalomsättning – vilket kan vara förståeligt, men det påverkar tyvärr inte det faktum att vi som gäster förväntar oss en viss kvalitet. Sammantaget var detta en bedrövlig vistelse jämfört med tidigare besök, och vi tvekar på om vi kommer återvända.

Skilift was op enkele honderd meters wandelafstand, al ging het wel heel flink bergop/af. Personeel bestond uitsluitend uit jonge, onervaren buitenlandse studenten. Het ontbijt aanbod was beperkt en weinig voor het aantal gasten. Het avondeten viel simpelweg niet te eten, oud brood en resten van het ontbijt verwerkt tot een drie gangen menu. Wellness ruimte is zeer klein t.o.v. het aantal kamers.

- Ilya (5/5): Good hotel if don't care of what you eat - Shuttle service, spa, room service. Food. Breakfast: Extremely repetitive—unchanged for 7 consecutive days with a very limited selection. Hot water for tea runs out quickly every morning. By the end of the stay, I couldn’t even look at the sausages and omelet anymore. For the record, the omelet isn’t made from fresh eggs. Dinner: The food quality was disappointing, as if prepared by inexperienced students. There were no options to choose from, and the ingredients seemed mediocre. I’d personally recommend avoiding it altogether—better to eat pizza every day or explore the fantastic restaurants in the city instead. Service: Despite the disappointing food, the service was excellent and deserves appreciation.

- Silke (10/5): Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles super geklappt. Alles ruhig und sehr zufriedenstellend. Habs geliebt! - Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern, gut gedämmt. Die Zimmer sind hell und groß, die Einbauschränke geräumig und der Balkon wirklich groß. Das Bett ist bequem, das Bad super geschnitten mit großem Spiegel und wirklich viel Ablagefläche. Das Personal war immer freundlich zu hilfsbereit. Ein riesiges Plus ist das Depot im Keller - mit Schlüssel, Umkleide und Dusche. Es war ein Traum so einen komfortablen Abreisetag zu haben! Außerdem ist das Frühstück ein Traum für Vegetarier - es gibt genügend Obst, Joghurt mit tollen Toppings (Chia, Flohsamenschalen, Sonneblumenkernen, uvm!), es gibt Eier frisch auf Wunsch - und eine Terrasse fürs Frühstück mit bester Sonne und Ausblick. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber wenn alle Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen, ausreichend und der Ausblick vom Wasser herrlich! Einzig die Lage ist für Menschen, die per Zug anreisen etwas beschwerlicher, weil es schon steil bergauf geht ein paar Minuten. Und liebes Hotelteam: das ist jammern auf hohem Nivau, aber wenn es neben dem Bett ein Bild gäbe, wäre es etwas heimeliger ;) wer es gerne clean mag, dem passt es auch so!

- Godi (5/5): In der Zwischensaison ist man als Gast eher lästig statt willkommen - Moderneres Hotel mit kleinem, schönem Wellnessbereich, nicht direkt im Zentrum, etwas erhöht. Aussicht aufs Tal, ruhig Sorry, aber bei einem Kälteeinbruch, auch wenn es erst September ist, sollte man die Heizung einschalten! Es kann nicht sein, dass man in ein eisig kaltes Zimmer kommt. Wir haben's gemeldet, passiert ist nichts, deshalb sind wir auch nur 2 Nächte geblieben. Personal spricht fast ausschliesslich englisch, nur das allergängiste ist in deutsch möglich

- Evelien (8/5): Perfect verblijf, slecht ontbijt - Zeer schoon en netjes, mooi zwembad met alle faciliteiten. Goede bedden maar met harde matrassen, elke dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken, ruime douche en prachtig uitzicht! Centraal gelegen en alles is goed te bereiken met de voet, Ontbijt, ik heb bewust een hotel met ontbijt buffet geboekt, helaas heb ik alle 3 de ochtenden geen ontbijt buffet gezien. Een ieder kreeg een etagere met wat fruit en beleg, maar een half plakje worst erop is wel erg zielig. Dan stond er op de etagere een smoothie van 2 slokken de ene ochtend en de andere ochtend een klein beetje yoghurt met al een uur of 3 weke muesli erin de andere ochtend. Ei kon je bij de medewerker vragen, maar blije gezichten heb ik niet bij het ontbijt gezien, snap ik, het was een slecht en duur ontbijt voor die kosten.

- Ruth (9/5): Great stay - Super friendly (english speaking) staff. Great breakfast. Basically no option to get any dinner (apart from some pizza which was ok but nothing special). As the hotel is a bit outside (and uphill) from the city centre this meant you have to get out and tacköe some extra altitude difference after a long day of hiking.
- Markus (5/5): Für ein 4 Sterne Restaurant zu dem Preis erwarten wir ein bisschen mehr. Schade - Das Hotel ist eigentlich super, keine Frage. Vor allem die Zimmer und der Spa-Bereich. Ein paar negative Punkte gibt es aber leider, die unseren Aufenthalt relativieren. Das Hotel wurde, laut Aussage einer der Angestellten, im Winter von der dänischen Hotel-Kette „Heart Hotels“ aufgekauft. Davor wurde es von einer Familie betrieben. Seid der Übernahme hat sich wohl ein bisschen etwas geändert, was auch die älteren Kommentare hier zeigen: Das Frühstück ist leider nur noch absolutes Minimum und nichts besonderes. Käse und Wurst kommt aus der Packung und hat billige Qualität. Von dem wie das Frühstück auf der Website angepriesen wird ist nicht mehr viel übrig. Der Service ist super freundlich aber kann hauptsächlich nur englisch, da alle aus Dänemark kommen. Wir können englisch, aber freuen uns doch darüber wenn wir in Österreich auch auf österreichisch begrüßt werden. Das vorher feine Essen im Restaurant ist einer Pizza Happy Hour gewichen. Die Pizza ist einfach nicht gut! Die Parkplätze kosten 8€ pro Tag. Andere Hotels in St Anton bieten das inklusive an.

Man kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen Leider war die Unterkunft an einem sehr steilen Berg den man überwinden musste auch, wenn man nur ein paar Meter ins „Städtle“ benötigte

- Roberta (8/5): Relax - Hotel davvero accogliente , colazione a buffet abbondante e con parecchia scelta.pulizia ottima.staff eccezionale: soprattutto Tailor per il suo meraviglioso sorriso e Jodie sempre attente ad ogni nostra richiesta. In modo particolare per la serata del 16/08 dove in Sankt Anton ci sono stati smottamenti e i fiumi hanno esondato.estrema paura e difficoltà con la lingua; ci hanno spiegato e tranquillizzato con aggiornamenti costanti. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati.grazie grazie per l'aiuto e il conforto. Garage sotterraneo a pagamento ma super apprezzato. Piscina strepitosa e spa fantastica. Nulla! Se devo proprio trovare una pecca, nella descrizione non si accenna che per arrivare all'hotel c'è una ripida strada di circa 800 mt buia, stretta e a doppio senso. Forse è importante saperlo. Sarebbe comodo se ci fosse possibilità di avere cena per le serate in cui non si ha voglia di scendere al paese per mangiare qualcosa.

- Mayke (8/5): - Erg mooi hotel met veel comfort! Wellness gedeelte was ook prachtig. Het hotel heeft gastvrij personeel waar we erg goed door zijn geholpen. Het ontbijt was elke ochtend perfect: 1 keer buffet gehad en de rest van de ochtenden werd dit uitgeserveerd. En natuurlijk een prachtige omgeving! Om het hotel te bereiken vanaf het dorp moet je een steile helling op, dit was een nadeel. Bij het uitchecken we te horen dat er parkeerkosten aan waren verbonden waar wij niet van op de hoogte waren.
- Patrick (10/5): Einige unvergessliche Tage hier verbracht und immer wieder gern hier. - Einfach alles.. angefangen beim immer sehr freundlichen und stets zuvorkommenden Personal über das wirklich Ordentlich, Saubere und Schöne Zimmer bis hin zum unvergleichlichen Ausblick vom Pool und dem dazugehörigen Spa Bereich.

- Michael (8/5): - Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker. Da das Grischuna seit einem Jahr von heart hotels (https://hearthotels.dk) betrieben wird, arbeiten dort überwiegend junge Leute aus skdndinavischen Ländern, , die teilweise kein oder nur wenig Deutsch verstehen oder sprechen. Wenn man das weiß und selbst einigermaßen Englisch spricht bzw. versteht, ist alles ok. Wenn nicht, ist es doof ... Die Parkplatzsituation ist gelegentlich sehr angespannt.
- Fuleki (10/5): Csodás - Nagyon kedves személyzet, tisztaság, csodálatos spa, gyönyörű kilátás a medencéből, kényelmes, kellemes, csendes, pihentető környezet. Finom reggeli, szintén nagyon szép, kellemes környezetben. Minden tetszett.
