Боядисваха вьншнатата част на хотела и от 8ч сутринта висяха разни работници по прозорците което някьк си не беше нормално.Или трябваше да затворят тези апартаменти или най малкото да предупредят за което,сьбуждаш се и гледаш някой те наблюдава от прозореца на 7ми етаж!

- sahin (1/5): Wantrouw - Het is niet mijn eerste keer hier regelmatig zit ik in deze hotel. Maar deze keer was het geen leuk verblijf Ik had 2boeklngen die betaald zijn maar het hotel welgerde de ene verblijf en liet mij nogmaals betalen.zij waren niet behulpzaam luisterden niet naar mij.. Ook is mijn tablet verdwenen van de kamer ben ik ook niet mee geholpen nog steeds beantwoorden ze niet eens emails en berichten die ik hen verstuur of deze is gevonden.

- Elizabeth Okunlola (1/5): Unfriendly receptionist, they chase you out of the hotel before your check out time. - Nothing The bathrooms are disgusting. They need to renovate and clean their shower. I felt uncomfortable taking a shower there. The staff weren’t so nice. I stayed here for some days and on the last day before check out time, they were blowing up the phone calling me to check out. It is so unbelievable, how would you call a guest requesting them to check out after paying many days to stay and it wasn’t even check out time yet. I was so thrown off that I had to help at the staff. One of them even had the balls to come knock on my door before check out time. I’m never coming back here and will never recommend this hotel to anyone else. Stay out, they just want your money and when it’s not time to check out, they will try to kick you out. I extended my stay many times and they never for once took the initiative to give me new towels, tissue, water etc. I had to call and beg for them. You can hear people outside your room talking. I almost forgot, the WiFi never worked. I had to call more than ten times before they figured out what to do. I hated it here. It is a nightmare staying here.

- David (10/5): Brilliant - thanks for the welcome and the stay and the goodbye - The size / layout / comfort of the apartment was excellent But let me say this....the staff were absolutely sensational and were very sympathetic to our needs . A BIG SHOUT OUT TO SEYMA AND YUNUS! Thank you so much for your hospitality and you are a credit to BOF Hotels so I hope you get the recognition you deserve. The kitchen should be equipped - I know the hotel has a policy of bringing things for a (very) small fee so totally get their stance but i do think some basics should be in there as is a great kitchen!

- Assemgul (10/5): На рецепшене должен быть отзывчивый персонал. - Завтраки на высшем уровне, номера чистые, просторные. В столовой персонал приветливый, на первом этаже есть Муса, отличный парень, отзывчивый. На ресепшене парни вообще не помогают сумками, один раз один помог и все.

- Daniele (10/5): - ottima colazione, buona la posizione se muniti di auto, parcheggio gratuito silos nella stessa struttura; ottima la suite al check-in la nostra prenotazione non veniva trovata, la camera poi assegnata non aveva il letto matrimoniale come richiesto, ma due letti singoli. A differenza del personale alla reception al check-in, poco disponibile, la ragazza di nome SEYNA del giorno dopo è stata gentilissima oltre che solare (un sorriso vale molto e costa poco).

- Liliana (10/5): - Curățenia și mâncarea. Receptionerul Deniz foarte amabil. Hotelul destul de departe, pe partea asiatica, trebuia sa mergi 31 de stații cu autobuzul, apoi sa traversezi Bosforul cu vaporul.

- Mario (10/5): A comfortable, relaxing stay with excellent service and a well-kept suite. - The staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. The suite was spotless, very spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Everything was good.

- Smeera (10/5): رائعه مريحه وايام جميله 🌸🌸 - فندق جمييل ومريح ورائع من جميع النواحي نظافه وهدوء وراحه وموظفين .. كنت حاجزه ثلاث ايام فقط ومددت الاقامه 6 ايام الموظف دينيز و شيماء كانو رائعين جداً…. المطبخ لا يوجد فيه ادوات ملاعق صحون وسكاكين
