- Jemmy (5/5): we will not be returning to this hotel - We appreciated the hotel for its cleanliness, the responsiveness of the staff, some of the evening entertainment, and the variety of choices at the buffet. The bed was very hard and despite our request for a mattress topper, the comfort remained very limited. In addition, on the second day, we noticed that some of my makeup had been stolen from our room. We immediately reported the issue to the reception, but no real action was taken. When we checked out, it was as if nothing had happened. We chose to pay for the half-board option so that we could enjoy dinner in the evening, but we were very disappointed to discover that even WATER was charged separately. We found this unacceptable, especially since many services in the hotel require additional payment. Finally, the parking spaces in front of the hotel are also paid until 8 pm, which represents yet another extra cost. Considering this experience, we will not be returning to this hotel.

- Olga (3/5): A disappointing stay with noise and poor room conditions that did not match expectations. - Staff was very nice and friendly -I am very disappointed with this vacation. For the first time I couldn’t wait to get back home. I really love music and I play several instruments myself, but from 9 to 11 in the evening there is live music that you can’t escape from. With the windows closed in the room, it feels like they are playing right inside your room. It’s impossible to talk, watch a movie, or relax. Every day I was dreading this time as if it were torture. When I checked in and looked at the room, I went to the reception and asked them to find me a quieter room and paid extra for an upgrade to a higher room. But it didn’t help at all. -In addition, the hotel is quite tired and worn down. The pictures do not reflect reality. In the shower and toilet there is uncleaned mold in the grout between the tiles, and there is high humidity. I felt quite uncomfortable in the room.

- Ingrid (9/5): Príjemný plážový hotel neďaleko Puerto de Mogán. - V prvom rade musíme pochváliť personál - jeho ústretovosť a profesionálny prístup. Jedlo bolo fajn, na raňajkách bohatý výber, obedovat sa dalo aj v bistre pri bazéne, čo sme radi využili. Izbu sme mali priamo nad barom, ale žiadny problém, dodržiaval sa nočný kľud. Večery spríjemňovala živá hudba. Nedostatok súkromia - sprchový kút v strede spálne. Voda v bazéne mohla byť teplejšia.

- Timothy (10/5): We had an amazing 10 days here. Staff are very engaging and friendly. The food is great too and th range of drinks on of - What a fabulous hotel - always clean and smart. Great location for chilling out or going for walks (provided you can walk over some pebbles) or you can get the bus to Puerto Rico if the 40 min walk is too long or the bus to Puerto del mogan (very pretty) the staff are spot on - they made our stay perfect. The food was great too! Everything was well laid out - plenty of loungers so no need to try and bag one early - staff are amazing and all are really happy - they all clearly love working there.

- Cris98 (8/5): Un buen hotel para una escapada - Las instalaciones nuevas y todo muy limpio. Vistas espectaculares desde la terraza de la habitación. Lo que más me gustó fue la zona de las camas balinesas que tiene disponible hasta su propio jacuzzi (con la opción privilege). La atención por parte de la recepción y los camareros fue espléndida. Ambiente tranquilo. El restaurante del propio hotel. Tardamos casi 2h en comer porque tardaban mucho entre platos. Además al mío le faltó un ingrediente esencial y estaba insípido. Después me comentaron que nos les quedaba ese ingrediente y no habían dicho nada. El postre que supuestamente era una torrija era un pan pequeño frito en la sartén totalmente seco. Después nos compensaron por otro lado, pero tuvimos que ir al buffet para poder cenar.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich Die 2 getrennten Betten, die sher leicht auseinander gingen. Die Dusche müsste bräuchte bestimmt mal neue Fugen, da sie ziemilch verschimmelt sind.
- shauncV4468RT (8/5): Very pleasant & relaxing hotel - Just arrived home after spending 10 lovely days at H10 Mogan. The hotel bedrooms are very spacious, clean, good amenities & a lovely sea view from the balcony although the shower area was a bit slippery & an annoying dripping shower head. The main swimming pool is a decent size, the whole area is very clean with lots of sun loungers, side pools, showers also with lots of pool & poolside activities. The hotel has 2 bars both which offer premium branded spirits, cocktails, quality soft drinks & Estrella on tap. The pool bar is self serving & also provides tasty snacks such as toasted sandwiches, burgers & salads. The main restaurant is always buffet style, got be honest & say that the food can get repetitive & unless you like pizza, chips & salad you may struggle a little bit, also the food could do with being kept a lot hotter. Being a chef I would say that the food although not awful is not of the same standard as the rest of the hotel. The hotel is obviously very well managed & really does a great job looking after the guests. All the staff with a couple of exceptions are very friendly & welcoming & I think probably the strength of the hotel, I can’t speak highly enough of them. Evening entertainment was ok, just the normal local singers which ran for a couple of hours each night but the daytime animation guy was great & really did his best to get everyone involved in the day’s activities. There is a mini supermarket which is well stocked. The hotel is located in a quiet area with a few restaurants, Spar shop & Pharmacy but there are loads of buses & taxis nearby which provide cheap travel to nearby Puerto Rico, Mogan & Playa de Amadores. I would definitely recommend H10 Mogan if you’re looking for a quiet & peaceful holiday in a really nice, clean & attentive hotel. Would definitely consider returning.
- U6865BWdeanb (10/5): Relaxing all inclusive with great staff and location - Great value for money. Rooms were everything you needed for a very comfortable 10 night stay. All staff were very friendly and welcoming, also happy to help with anything they could and nothing was too much bother for them. All inclusive was very good, would have been nicer to have to more hot options but otherwise very good quality. The animation guy (pool/day entertainment) was great. My partner enjoyed some rooftop yoga. Isihas was a great ball of energy and super friendly. Rooms cleaned daily to great standard. Evening entertainment was varied, and not always our cup of tea, but there was something for everyone. Location is beautiful. Nestled in a small nook of the coast. Not many places to go to if an evening without getting a cab, but this was not on our agenda. However, we did visit Maspalomas and the hotel arranged a cab which arrived within minutes. Overall a great stay and experience

Beach was very littered when we were there - but we were there when the big storm hit so it probably blew the debris onto the beach. We would not go again.

However, it is in serious need of a renovation or at least a deep clean ajd some touch-ups. We were incredibly disappointed by the dtate of the wet facilities in the rool e.g. shower. 2nd disappointing aspect: the restaurants. Again, we'd expected better for 4*. There was a decent selection of food, but often not enough. Plus, the quality of the food wasn't great. Most importantly... Disappointing that it was all quite greasy abd dirty (glass pannels in the kitcuen, kitchen counters). Just to reinforce waiting staff were very nice!
- Discover51693224089 (8/5): Very relaxing and enjoyable hotel. - My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our 3rd time in March and it dosent disappoint. Weve been given the same room overlooking the pool and sea which is always clean and tidy. The whole team of staff are always polite and very helpful. I know people moan about the food but for us we've never had a problem in the Buffet or at the Pool Bar. It is in a very quiet part but for us as All Inclusive it suits us. Weve always met lovely people too. The buses are very reliable and cheap too. Can't wait to go back next year!

- Helen (7/5): - Staff are lovely, beautiful decor, clean room. Buffet is ok. Useful little gym and right on the beach. There's nothing around - nowhere to walk or run properly, no shops. I didn't particularly need that for this trip, and it's VERY easy to get a bus.
- janoS2560MJ (6/5): Not great! - This is my honest review of this hotel. To begin with it is quite isolated and not many places to go for a walk especially in the evening. I will start with the positives Hotel is very clean, the rooms, pool area and restaurants. The Seaview is good Drinks are premium branded (unless they run out then you get local stuff) Plenty of sunloungers Staff on the whole are very friendly and work very hard! Now for the negatives... Hotel is adult only however, it is split in half by a tiny fence/hedge that has been made into apartments with families and children staying in. You can hear the children screaming and crying. You might have a room right next to the apartment with a family in which is odd! The food is just awful, especially in the evening. If you like chips, pizza and ice cream then your ok. The food is repetitive and luke warm. The entertainment is ok the usual stuff which ends around 10.30 which is outside. The bar is open until midnight which means guests sit outside until after 1am with drinks getting louder and louder especially if you are in a Seaview room right above the bar! You don't get much peace and quiet by the pool due to aqua etc It's not a peaceful and quiet hotel considering it's adults only The chefs at the hot food service can be rude and unhelpful especially if you want something different or question what they give you The hotel restaurant is based on the lower level at the front on the hotel so you don't get to enjoy the Seaview Would I go back NO, would I recommend it NO. I did complain along with many other guests but the food did not improve. I was told that they valued my feedback and would look at making improvements.

- davegoldy10 (8/5): Nice hotel, does what it needs to. - Very nice hotel, relaxing and chilled. Food ok, without being spectacular, drinks selection very good. Decent entertainment day and night. Found all staff to be nice, special mention for Celia who sorted a minor problem with minimum fuss. If you want a chilled place to sit / lay, eat and drink and relax I would recommend. The privilege area is a little pretentious ( different area to eat and drink, but same stuff?) tho the outside area is nice. Note- the à la carte restaurant only available if you are there 7 nights on ai …we were only 5 days and as such not allowed!?! But as mentioned Celia did help rectify the disappointment.

Great fitness classes, aqua aerobics and Pilates. Restaurant staff were not friendly. Every request felt like you were inconveniencing them. The service from bar/restaurant staff is the only thing that let this hotel down! However, would visit again.

There was not a lot of choice for meals at lunch and dinner and some items were not marked clearly. The chef cooking the snacks by the pool did not wear gloves so hygiene was an issue and used his hands to put salad in rolls not tongs which was off putting. There was only one brand of wine for dinner choice for red, white and rose. We would have liked options to choose to drink different wine. Good mixer drinks and cocktails were freshly made. The staff are pleasant, friendly and always polite and helpful.

Die großen Liegen gab es nur gegen Aufpreis (30€ am Tag). Ständige Musik Beschallung bis 23 Uhr auch am Pool, auf Anfrage ob wir ein ruhigeres Zimmer haben können, war das Personal absolut unfreundlich. In einer Junior Suite abgeranzte Dusche. Wasser und Kaffee Kapseln haben wir beim Spar um die Ecke geholt. Kinder Kids Club Bereich in einem kleinen Gartenhaus

I had a rather poor experience at this hotel, as after two nights of stay I was forced to cancel and leave. The hotel appears nice, well maintained, and the reception staff is very friendly. The main issue was that the hotel had an “entertainment” program in the evening starting at 10 p.m., with extremely loud music that woke me up from sleep. The music could be heard across the entire beach and even in the neighboring hotels. Perhaps the management considered this a good idea to entertain guests, but from my point of view it was exactly a way to drive them away. The rooms were very spacious and fairly well kept. It’s a shame about the poor layout and the fact that there were two TVs that could only be used for their own channels. Breakfast was also a very bad experience. There was a lot of cheap food, and it gave exactly that impression. To bead, because this hotel has the potential to offer a pleasant experience. However, the management is very poor

- Kertu (10/5): Perfect location with perfect view - The location and views were perfect. Room wa spacios and staff so cheerful and lovely. The Privilege packet was a spot on with self service lounge and sunbathing area. We liked that Playa de Curo was not crowded but still you had all you needed. Amadores beach was just a 20min beautiful walk away. But there is also a nice beach just one minute outside the hotel. The elevator was a bit shaky. Dinner was ok but as it tends to be, at some point you get tired of it. But there are other restaurants nearby and they also have a fusion restaurant at the hotel ( you have to make an reservation).

- G805WDkeiths (8/5): Minor Issues. - Me and my wife arrived 19th March, for one week. Our room and view were good, sea view, overlooking the pool and a good balcony. We had an upgrade to all inclusive from half board which was offered when we booked through Jet 2, a big positive. One or two minor negatives, these being (1) In the restaurant at lunchtime and dinner, the Pasta section was not manned at all times, and as some options needed cooking to order this was not possible, as the staff were not available(perhaps preparing in the back) on a few occasions guests were looking to request something and walked away. I gave up twice. (2) It was not only the Pasta section, but also, occasionally applied to the main section. Once again, no one was available to serve guests for options which were behind glass screens. There should always be staff available at all times to serve the guests from a hot food area. Were they short staffed? The food options were good, but sometimes all options were sometimes unavailable. One other small issue, was that the Wi-Fi signal did not seem to reach the far end of the pool. Apart from that, no real issues.

Unless you’re staying all inclusive here, I would not recommend this hotel. They don’t really cater for guests on bed and breakfast.

Travelling to many other places on the island we realised we were in one of the best locations. Peaceful with good beaches and excellent transport links. We opted for a Junior Suite with sea view. Lovely spacious room, well furnished and large balcony. The hotel was spotlessly clean. unlike many resorts we visited the area was quiet. The service was excellent, from reception staff, waiting service in the lovely restaurant friendly and efficient. Very good amenities, spacious pool area, very clean, gym etc and relaxing areas.

- andrewbM1609JB (6/5): Distinctly average! - We have holidayed at H10 hotels many times and have generally been very happy with our stays…..until now! Whilst the hotel is nicely situated and the staff friendly and helpful, there is much evidence of cost cutting and corners cut!! We disappointed to find that we had no bathrobes or slippers provided, something we’ve always had at H10 hotels previously. However our main grievance was the food, whilst it was edible, the food was dull boring and repetitive, to highlight this I would say that we had paella on offer most nights, I had it once and can only describe it as Luke warm slop! Another night a concoction on offer appeared to be scrambled eggs with chips and chorizo mixed into it, covered in melted cheese…. Something you might expect in student digs, I didn’t taste it, but it looked revolting. It’s also worth mentioning that there is very little else to do in Playa del Cura, we were aware of this. It’s worth pointing out if the weather isn’t nice , then it can feel more like a prison than a holiday!

Agree with other comments about food, service, rooms etc etc. The Pool could do with a re-paint as it looks very dirty, and the whole place lacks investment. The hotel is connected to apartments next door which are 3* and we think the hotel should be branded the same. Wished I could have left after the first day but unfortunately we were stuck there. Would not return at any cost sorry. I complained to Jet2 rep but he only wanted to sell me a boat trip.

- 543bg (4/5): Take my advice and book somewhere else - Review – H10 Costa Mogán We have just stayed at H10 Costa Mogán and unfortunately the experience did not live up to expectations for what is marketed as a 4-star hotel. The pictures of the whole hotel are very misleading. Please check out the guest pictures before booking as they give a better feel for what you’re paying for. Rooms and Noise Our shower head leaked across the ceiling and floor on arrival. This was eventually repaired, but it shouldn’t happen in the first place. The bed squeaks loudly with every movement and maintenance advised it needs replacing but nothing was done. The laminate flooring creaks constantly and appears to have no acoustic underlay. We can also hear every footstep from the room above us. Sound insulation between rooms is very poor — we can clearly hear conversations and coughing from the neighbouring room through the wall near the USB sockets. Each time the room above flushes the toilet, water cascades down a noisy pipe inside the cavity wall directly beside our bed. Storage in the room is odd — there is open shelving but no drawers for smaller personal items like underwear. Bedside lights are hung too low, and I regularly hit my head on them when leaning over to reach the plug sockets. Pool and Sunbeds The hotel appears to have around 130 sunbeds for approximately 250 guests, which simply isn’t enough. Towels are placed early in the morning and left unattended for hours. Staff should remove these or place notices explaining that towels cannot reserve beds before a certain time. The sunbeds themselves are only about 168 cm long whereas normal sunbeds are 280-200cm long, so taller guests have their legs hanging off the end, and they are positioned very close together. The pool was also cold and noticeably dirty at the far end during our stay. The pool guy cleans the pool then another guy comes with a hosepipe and washes the dirt into the pool. Adults-Only… But Not Really Although the hotel is marketed as adults-only, a neighbouring family hotel is separated only by a small hedge. Children from that hotel can be seen and heard screaming throughout the day, which defeats the purpose of booking an adults-only property. On Sunday afternoon a live band from the neighbouring property was so loud it drowned out music in my headphones. Food and Drink Evenings at the bar often involve queuing because there are only two bar staff and no clear system for who is next. We queue like children. Breakfast in the buffet restaurant is disappointing: • Bacon is poor quality • Sausages are not available every day • Eggs are often overcooked • Baked beans are watery and lukewarm • Only one chef will make poached eggs. The other chef refused. These take approx 30 mins to cook though as they don’t keep boiling water nearby. The buffet area is underground and feels more like a nightclub space than a pleasant breakfast environment. Privilege Package The Privilege upgrade costs around €300 per week but offers poor value. The lounge and à la carte restaurant are closed two days a week, leaving limited availability. Also, you can only have wine or beer in A La Carte which is baffling. Privilege seating in the buffet offers very little benefit as you still need to collect your own food like everyone else. The Privilege pool area is also very small and mostly consists of shallow water around plastic day beds. Other Issues • Cracked tiles on our balcony and around the pool area. In dire need of ongoing maintenance. • The view from entering our room was a rock face with old netting • Frequent noise from glass being emptied in the kitchen below • Spray from the showers located between the pool areas on neighbouring pool sometimes blows onto the sunbeds • The pool snack bar area is poorly managed, with missing cutlery and overflowing bins Positives Some staff members were excellent and deserve recognition — particularly Alberto on reception, Toni, Alba and Brian in the à la carte restaurant, and the animation team member. Overall Overall this feels like a 3-star hotel trying to present itself as a 4-star property. With improvements to maintenance, soundproofing, food quality and organisation around the pool and bars, it could be much better. A change of manager and a little more investment is required. The manager has not been visible all week which is a sign of poor management.
- E3762MFmikel (10/5): A great hotel in every way, providing a base for a good holiday - Our first time in Gran Canaria, first time in an H10 hotel, we booked this adults only hotel, as a mature couple. I cannot fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean everywhere, nice friendly staff always helpful and polite, we had a junior suite overlooking the sea and pool area, which gave fantastic views. The room was spacious, well laid out, clean and comfortable with a lounge area & TV and another TV opposite the sleeping area. We went all inclusive, the drinks were branded makes, with self service in the restaurant and at the pool bar for beer, wine, and soft drinks, with wine, spirits, cocktails, and beers served at the bars. The food selection was extensive, well cooked by chefs as you wait, or pre cooked ready to select, the choice was varied very tasty. The location was good, with easy access to the local regular and very cheap bus service to all locations, with payment using a bank card. Taxies were easy and cheap to use. We wouldn't hesitate to return next year, if we can get in, as it is a very popular hotel which understandably is much in demand.
- marykate95 (6/5): 5/10 - I’m currently staying at this hotel, which is advertised as a 4.3-star property. In my opinion, it doesn’t live up to that rating. It’s an okay place to stay, but I definitely wouldn’t return. The biggest issue is the service. The staff, particularly at breakfast, often seem uninterested in helping guests. On one morning alone around 9:20am, I had to ask for food to be restocked 8 different times. For a hotel of this supposed standard, that’s really frustrating and unacceptable. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Dirty towels were simply re-hung in the bathroom instead of being replaced. I had to specifically request fresh towels, which shouldn’t be necessary and felt quite unpleasant. To be fair, the rooms themselves are clean and the overall hotel is clean as well. Also, the daytime entertainment host (I didn’t catch his name) deserves recognition — he’s friendly, enthusiastic, and clearly works very hard to get guests involved in activities. Another thing to note is that the “Privilege” access doesn’t seem to be monitored at all. From what I observed, people were using it without anyone checking, so it may not be worth paying extra for. The town itself is very quiet. However, we took the €1.20 bus into Puerto de Mogán most evenings, which is only about 10 minutes away. It has great restaurants and a really nice atmosphere. If I returned to the area, I would definitely stay in that village instead. Overall rating: 5/10.This hotel does not feel like a true 4.3-star experience

- cardsharks (6/5): Food Issues Remain Unresolved - Just back from 2 weeks at the hotel, all comments are as we experienced and in total contradictation to other reviews, but our findings were shared by other fellow UK guests, and highlighted in past reviews, but our experience shows nothing has been done to rectify the past issues regarding food. Hotel is part of a sectioned complex from its original construction, seperated by a low hedge, next door has children and associated noise. The small bay has a limited walkway, you cannot walk beyond either side because of the headland, one bar,one restuarent and one supermarket, thats your lot. Hotel was built in the hillside, some rooms on the L end have views of the sea over the pool, rear rooms look out on the adjoing hotel/apartment complex, main section of the L all upper floors look across the bay and pool, ours was Junior suite which all appear to be. Morning sun till midday on the balcony, but afternoon sun and sunset is not on offer due to the headland from which the hotel base was dug out. Hotel was refurbished when bought by H10 group a few years ago, Junior suite has open plan decor, hanging garment rails, mini safe, bedside tables but not storage cabinets which is a bind. They created a partitioned seperate toilet area, very narrow for larger people, no effect on us. Very odd style sink storage arrangement in the open area, and shower cubicle in the open area, this being frosted glass, two panel thickness, but water ingress between the panels has turned to black mould !!! Toilet cubicle has wooden skirtings, very tired and sliding glass panel bottom location was grubby, and in need of a deep clean as per shower door and lower section of tray frontage. Never had such late room cleaning, usually just after breakfast or while we are at breakfast at other hotels, but the usual time here was around 3.30pm. In general the decoration in the room, balcony and hotel was better than our usual H10 in Lanzarote. Staff are generally happy, miserable chef on the ommlette/egg station and will ignore you if he so chooses. Food quality/serving temperature is unacceptable, and does not meet food hygene standards in my opinion, plus there is a fly problem on the cold meat/salad bar. In two weeks, hash browns were hot once. The bacon is processed rubbish, unlike the H10 mentioned which has freshly cooked English back bacon. The scrambled egg is congealed and cold.Omlette is cooked to order so surprise it is hot, but nothing to go with it beans, hash brown, mushrooms, or tomatoes is hot. Evening buffect is exactly the same, pre cooked stews which looked foul, chops on the grill were cold and inedible, minute pieces of fish likewise. No real choice of vegetables, might be beans, or carrots, cauliflower one night, but cold. Saturday night offers meatballs and burgers,soup was sausage , yes really, one night leg of pork, but cold and no gravy, nor roast or boiled pots to accompany it, nor decent vegetables. Could go on and on but wont, some nights just had soup and cheese with biscuits. As we were A/I, had two meals in the fusion al la carte. Limited menu obviously, had the Calamari and Angus steak pieces on both visits, food was hot, yes surprise and the chips were hot unlike downstairs in the buffet. Would we return, not to this location due to the lack of a lengthy prom, and total lack of optional life, and this H10 is ruled out on the food issues, menu choice/food quality and food standards.

Particular shout out and thanks to the lovely black haired gentleman at the pool bar but everyone was really so nice to us. Next up the food is really delicious. Varied and tasty with a good choice of different options each day. Sushi to burgers to pizza. Really nice. The furnishings of the hotel and room in particular are lovely. Modern but comforting and so so clean. The hotel is literally spotless - a really welcome feature. It feels very premium and little extras like a glass of fizz on check in was particularly lovely. A beautiful view of the mountains and the sea from the pool area was lovely too. This is a small resort but we had a more than lovely time during the week we spent here. A few things would make it a 5 though - more varied cocktail choices and more staff on bars during the day and the evening. I appreciate we were here in off season but this would reduce waiting times which were sometimes a bit long in the evening. The sun loungers could also be a bit more premium as could the towels in the bed room. Finally the entertainment was average at best and VERY loud. It made it difficult to get an early night if you didn’t bring your ear plugs (we did!) and it didn’t run to time at all - on one night the final set started at the time the whole act was meant to finish. Overall though a really lovely place which represented great value for money and somewhere I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if you want a chilled week in the sunshine. A few tweaks outlined above and this would be 5*.

Att man inte fick nya vattenflaskor upp på rummet vid städning det fick man hämta själv nere i baren, det fanns inga vinglas på rummet, kaffekapslarna på rummet fick man betala extra för. - Miri_hu (8/5): Ideális hely pihenni és túrázni is - A szálloda remek helyen, egy széltől védett öbölben található, ahol februárban is simán lehet a medence környékén napozni, és aki bírja a hűvösebb vizet (mint az angol, vagy skandináv vendégek 😉) azok fürödhetnek. (Elvileg 24 fokos volt a víz, de én fáztam benne. Úszni jó volt.) A tengertől egy kártyával nyitható kerti kapu és egy keskeny sétány választja el, ami nagyon praktikus. A szálloda minden része makulátlanul tiszta volt, a személyzet pedig nagyon kedves, segítőkész és udvarias. A teltház ellenére sehol nem találtuk zsúfoltnak, a mérete is ideális. A reggelit - bár minden nap ugyanaz volt – nem untuk meg 1 hét alatt, a minősége és választéka is rendben volt. Külön kiemelendő a katalán pezsgő (cava ) kínálat is. Az esti szabadtéri zenés-táncos program kifejezetten szórakoztató volt, bér érdemes tudni, hogy az 50-56 közötti életkorunkkal a fiatalabb mezőnybe tartoztunk. Ár/érték arányban a szálloda nagyon rendben van! Szerintem ideális hely pihenni és túrázni is! A szálloda földszinten fekvő szobáinak (pl. 026-030 közötti szobák) teraszát néhány méter választja el a pool bártól, így az minden intimitást nélkülöz. Ráadásul a háló rész melletti folyosó mögött egyből a szálloda gépészet található, ami miatt – főleg este – nagy a zaj és nem lehet nyugodtan aludni. Mi először ide kaptunk szobát, de az ár nem volt kedvezőbb, mint más Bookingon foglalható azonos típus. Mindenképp célszerű lenne ezen szobák adottságait feltüntetni és külön kezelni, olcsóbban adni! Kérésünkre azonban másnap kicserélték. A 4032 miden igényünket kielégítette. Ezt nagyon köszönjük! A wifi gyakran idegesítően lassú volt, de szerencsére nem kellett dolgoznunk. A szálloda legtöbb vendége allinclusive ellátást vett igénybe, aminek az előnye a hátránya. Nekünk reggelis árunk volt, mert sokat kirándultunk, illetve más éttermeket is ki akartunk próbálni. Egy este azonban befizettünk a büfé vacsorára, ami csalódás volt. Igaz a 25 euro/fő ár nagyon kedvező, de cserébe sem a választék, sem a minőség nem volt meggyőző. Az ízetlen, sótlan, agyonfőtt zöldséges angol konyha sztereotipiáját hozta (bocs 😊). Jobban járunk a helyi konyha közeli éttermeivel.

- PaulJ4400 (8/5): OK hotel - Beautiful, sea-front mid-range hotel. Friendly staff. We had bed and breakfast and were very happy with that. The breakfast was okay, but certainly not special. There are a few simple but pleasant restaurants within walking distance that serve surprisingly good dishes. You don't need a car; the buses at ± 150m go in all directions. There is loud music, often right below your terrace, from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

- Barbara (5/5): Bequemes Zimmer mit Ausblick & Meeresrauschen - Gutes Essen und malerische Orte finden sich anderswo - Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Balkon, Meersicht: top. Parkplatz gratis vor dem Hotel top. Die Nachbarbeach ist noch mehr oder weniger unbebaut und unberührt und man gelangt zu Fuss zum übernächsten schönen, jedoch sehr touristischen Strand, welcher windgeschützt in einer Bucht liegt. Die Poolanlage des Hotels ist hübsch - wir haben sie nicht benutzt Wir hatten zum Glück einzig mit Frühstück gebucht. Der Buffet-Saal für Frühstück, Mittag und Dinner liegt im UG mit Hochfenstern. Nescafé ist eines 4Stern-Hotels nicht eigentlich würdig. Das Frühstück liess zu wünschen übrig. Ausser Bananen, Melonen, steinharten Birnen und Kiwis wurde nur Dosenobst offeriert - das Gebäck wirkte nicht frisch und schmeckte auch nicht frisch.
- Calero11 (8/5): A good hotel which could be great. - Arrived late afternoon to a warm welcome from Celia who gave us detailed information on the hotel when checking us in. We are H10 club members and have enjoyed many happy holidays in other H10 hotels so were eager to see what this one offered. We had booked a standard Junior Suite and had requested a quiet high floor room and we were given a top floor room overlooking the front of the hotel which was very quiet. The room was impressive ,large with twin beds exactly like the website. We did not mind the shower arrangement being in the room and everything in the room was in perfect working order and kept very clean by a pleasant cleaning lady who greeted us every morning in the corridor well worth a tip. The pool area was nice no rushing for sunbeds and there were beds available at any time of day, we particularly liked the sunbeds behind the roped area where you could see the sea and watch the boats go by, very relaxing. The drinks from the pool bar were nice and always served with a smile by the young barman , also if you didn't want to go into the restaurant at lunchtime the usual snacks were available from there The view from the rooftop terrace was spectacular and a nice place for a late afternoon tipple before getting ready for dinner, again lovely staff there too.. Please be aware that although there is an extensive drinks menu on All Inclusive not all drinks were available at the bars such as Drambuie the bar staff told us they had never had it, we enjoy one with a coffee after dinner. No Fever tree Mediterranean tonic until the last day of our holiday and no Smirnoff the day before we left and the bar staff didn't know when some would come, not a deal breaker you would say but if its your tipple you would like it to be there. Now to the food we agree with other reviewers this is where it lets the hotel down, very little choice in the hot food, the meat was tough and the lack of vegetables which were usually lukewarm even if you went in at 6.30pm was disappointing. We spoke with other guests who loved the hotel but also found the food not up to standard which is a shame. It seems although there have been lots of reviews about the food since last year but nothing has changed. The good things here outweigh the one bad thing and it was a enjoyable relaxing break in glorious sunshine just what we needed to get away from the wet cold weather in the UK. It's a hotel worth another visit due to the wonderful friendly staff.

- Gillian (7/5): Don’t bother with half board - Very comfortable hotel, usual H10 standard, apart from the disappointing food: a bland offering that in no way resembled the lovely fresh Spanish food in the images on shown on the screens in reception. When we mentioned this to Celia, the Customer Experience Manager, she just said to persevere and see if it improved.
- J6702JFmikec (10/5): Nice relaxing stay - Another H10 hotel ticked off. Nice hotel with friendly staff. One or two minor issues that were quickly resolved. Well located for the neighbouring towns of Morgan and Peuto Rico by bus. The upgrade to Privilege is worth the money. Pool is very cold and it takes a brave person to venture in.
- tomdK4914WKf (10/5): very relaxing place to have a holiday. - Super hotel, a nice quiet location, rooms were large and super clean with a very comfy bed. The staff were all very friendly without exception. If you wanted to go out sightseeing the bus stop is a few mins walk from the hotel with buses going to lots of places on the island or you could take a taxi not expensive, a very relaxed hotel, laze about all day by the pool or up on the roof terrace, or do some activities you could get lunch at the pool bar saves going down to the restaurant the food in the restaurant was great so much to choose from something for everyone.
- Pentreviews (8/5): Fun second time in this hotel - This was our second year of visiting this hotel and we had a fabulous holiday,the hotel itself is great, staff are friendly and helpful. However disappointed that at meal times we had to pay for water. Food again ‚same as last year, could be hotter. After evening meal when going to the bar only one bartender and queues lengthy for up to an hour, until another bartender arrives. The lunchtime water aerobics session is unnecessarily load with the animation guy shouting through whole session, found this totally un relaxing maybe could just turn music down a bit.However We would still return. Do think the new privilege room was a waste of space,we were there for 3weeks and didn’t see one person use it, and some nights were struggling to find inside seats when it was a bit chilly outside.
- J4388IVianw (10/5): H10 stay Feb 26 - A beautiful clean hotel directly on the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The food and drinks available on all inclusive option are great and plentiful. Very friendly staff. Local buses just outside the hotel and ability to book tours nearby with the local shop within walking distance. A lovely spot for winter sun and would return.

- Quest268665 (8/5): Stunning, chilled 5 nights - This hotel is so chilled out in the quiet resort of Playa del cura...H10 hotels are always perfect ..a few little niggles were ..if you only stayed 5 nights you couldn't have free all a carte in the fusion resturant, you had to pay for the privilege..also complimenrty tea & coffee was only free in your room for the first night ..we just popped to the spar up the road and got some cappuccino coffee sachets & borrowed sugars from breakfast table..positive stuff was AI drinks all day/ night and AI food lunchtime & evening .. We were lucky to have ground floor room with 2 sunbeds in front garden which allowed us to chill all day if needed.. Taxi to peurto de mogan on Friday market day was only 8 euros.. If you want a relaxing chill out break in gran canaria this is for you ..special mention to the gorgeous lady with the round glasses on reception who was fantastic (wish I knew her name)

Good points ..beautiful sea view room..clean hotel..nice staff...quiet ..sunloungers ..nice beach..lovely bar snacks ..great bus route . Only down points ..Luke warm food and not much variety of hot food. On saying that would probably return as always found something nice to eat .

Safety first for us. This hotel ideal location & designed for ease of movement. No shortage of Comfortable sun beds surrounding a spacious pool . Half board option ideal for us , plentiful nice Buffet food options . Free bubbly at breakfast nice touch. A short pedestrian walkway downhill to reception & kind reception lady helped take bags to taxi on departure. Overall we enjoyed our stay & would likely return . Our rating - Highly Recommended. - rich0609 (6/5): H10 brand I will not be visiting again in any resort - Very disappointed in the hotel, very tired in places not 5 star as advertised. We had a junior suite and the shower and sink were in the middle of the room, the toilet was behind the sink and was very tight and compact area, room not ideal. One occasion our room was 'missed' by housekeeping and I had to ask for new towels. Pool Area: The pool area was very nice with a nice outlook onto the beach and sea, and considering the time of year was quite warm, there is a VIP area which apparently you have to pay for, just sun beds and a couple of hammocks and sheltered areas I believe €25 but considering the price we paid I feel should have been included in the cost of the holiday considering we paid over £2100 pound for 7 nights just for the hotel (flights were booked separate) The pool bar served very nice snacks from 12-5 which we found out on the 3rd day as we were not informed on arrival by reception staff. Food: the food was not good but any mean strokes! Everything was self service, no staff to give out coffee or tea etc at breakfast just a 'vending' machine, also staff walked by and did not collect used plates etc The hot counter did not keep the food warm and the choice of food was very limited, the hot counter that did pizzas and pasta was like a child's buffet area not what you expect in a 5* adults all inclusive, they did not seem to replenish food either after a certain time of an evening. Never been to Gran Canaria before but it is a lovely place and the weather for January was amazing! We will return but not to a H10 hotel, not a brand I want to visit again, very disappointing.
- I9055POtimothyc (2/5): Worst H10 experience - Room was dark and dreary and not what I expected from a suite. Staff at reception not friendly and one person in particular she was bordering on rude. Food was dull and ordinary with very little variation or choice. Sink was mouldy (see picture) . Ants everywhere in room. Area was very remote but excellent bus service to local towns and the airport
