Very annoying 😑 and unprofessional.

- Ayah (9/5): Wonderful vacation stay at Al Meroz hotel with d family. Excellent. - Breakfast was wonderful. Halal muslim food. Last time i stayed, they had miso soup n other japanese foods. This time around there were none. None that i can recalled.

- Gideon (6/5): Five-Star Rating, Three-Star Experience - Buffet AL Meroz Hotel Bangkok is officially classified as a five-star hotel. When I looked up what defines a five-star property, service is often implied rather than explicitly detailed. For me, true five-star service means staff are accommodating, generous, and solution-oriented — in short, they never say no. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during our stay. Within the first hour of arrival, we experienced several issues. Upon check-in, staff informed us that the hotel offers van service and that we simply needed to notify them 30 minutes in advance. However, when I called the front desk shortly afterward to request transportation, I was told the van was not available and that they could call a Grab for me — something I can easily arrange myself. That inconsistency set the tone. Also within the first hour: The toilet in our room was clogged. We had to request additional toilet paper and towels because the room was not adequately stocked. For a hotel carrying a five-star classification, these oversights are disappointing. Later in our stay, we needed a few documents printed and were charged 10 baht per page. While not a large amount, such small service gestures are typically complimentary at luxury properties, especially considering the room rate. We booked a twin room with breakfast and a vista. The room itself was acceptable, but the bathroom design was concerning. The bathtub lacked vertical handrails, making entry and exit genuinely dangerous. We slipped multiple times on the bathroom floor. This feels like a liability issue waiting to happen. The bathroom amenities — shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion — were of noticeably low quality and did not reflect a five-star standard. We used the “Do Not Disturb” light during our stay. Housekeeping left a note but did not provide fresh towels, water, or replenished toiletries. As a result, we had no additional towels, water, or amenities for the remainder of our stay beyond what we requested during our first hour.

- APARUP (7/5): The stay was ofcourse very comfortable. - Excellent location, Lovely property with facilities. Housekeeping was superb. The hotel has Royal look which was really special. Pool - fitness center , breakfast table management all were fine. The Food & Beverage section was pathetic ! I ordered room service- menu : One Chicken fried rice and one egg at 9:50 pm . Suddenly we thought its 10:45 pm still no food . The order came and to our shock it was kept on the floor without informing us. But yes when i shown my disappointment the incharge cancelled the price but i was not provided dinner as it was closed by then. So at the 5 star property had to sleep without having dinner !

È a 200metri a piedi dalla stazione BTS SKY TRAIN😉 Vetrata enorme con vista sulla città. La tv potrebbe avere dei canali di film multilingue Piscina modesta. Dovrebbe esserci il microonde e 1 piatto per scaldare take away food.

The water temperature in the shower was near lukewarm. I would have liked to have it warmer. The air conditioning fan rattled constantly, even after the maintenance staff attempted to fix it in room 905.

Basen na 16 piętrze z widokiem na miasto. Śniadania całkiem smaczne. Hotel aspiruje do 5 gwiazdek, ale osobiście mnie dałbym więcej niż 3, może 3,5. Skromne wyposażenie pokoi, brudne szyby, brudna głowica prysznica. Lodówka w pokoju ledwo przędzie, schładza do może 10-12 stopni. Strasznie tłoczno na śniadaniu (zarówno o 8, jak i o 9 i 10), napoje nalewane z kubełków do dystrybutora. Dwie windy na szesnaście pięter. Fitness - stare, zacinające się maszyny, brudna woda do picia w dystrybutorze, śmierdzące ręczniki. Basen malutki, dosłownie cztery leżaki obok niego. Przy wymeldowaniu - recepcja żąda zaczekania na sprawdzenie pokojów jak w jakimś małym rodzinnym pensjonacie, mimo że informujemy, że spieszymy się już na samolot.

- Nazima (8/5): Good value for money. Quite far from the city centre. - The halal certification is amazing! Being able to eat halal food without any worry is a big plus point The gym was a bit old. On the second and third day, only one treadmill was working
- Mark (1/5): Hotel room was dirty, with bugs underneath the bed + sparks came flying from lightbulb during night. - The lobby looked nice room had eletretic sparks coming out of a light every hour throughout the night and despite notifing staff this was not fixed, extremely dangerous. There was a bettle underneath my bed. There was mould in the shower.
