- Moritz (9/5): Günstig und gut in der Nebensaison - Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Bad wirkte frisch renoviert, während der Rest des Zimmers etwas älter war. Dennoch war alles ordentlich und sauber. Unser Aufenthalt fand unter der Woche im Mai statt, und das Hotel schien nur gering ausgelastet zu sein. Wir haben den Pool- und Whirlpoolbereich genutzt. Es gibt ein Poolbecken sowie zwei Whirlpools. Wenn Kinder vor Ort sind, ist es dort natürlich nicht besonders ruhig. Ab etwa 18 Uhr, während der Abendbrotzeit, waren wir jedoch allein im Spa-Bereich. Spa Zugang muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden und ist nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nicht alles hatte die höchste Qualität, aber das ist für uns meistens völlig ausreichend. Preis für parken ist etwas hoch. Besonders in der Nebensaison, wenn das ganze Hotel oder der ganze Ort sogut wie ausgestorben ist.

- Lisa (9/5): Empfehlenswert, Preis Leistung super! - Das Hotel hat überrascht mit Stil und Geschichte, Service und Lage. Der Mann an der Rezeption war super freundlich und engagiert! Absolutes Highlight des Aufenthaltes;-) Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es gab Bademäntel und Schlappen, Handtücher am Pool. Im Keller die 4 Stöckige Bunkeranlage aus Kriegszeiten. Alte Türen und Flure, sowie einige Schauräme versetzen in der Zeit zurück. Das Schwimmbad super und die Whirlpools auch . Das Abendessen ist leider durchgefallen. Menge und Zusammensetzung der Komponenten haben nicht gepasst. Wenig Auswahl auf der Karte. Kulinarisch gerettet hat das Frühstücksbuffet

- Urlauber (5/5): Versteckte Zusatzkosten statt Wellness: Günstiges Zimmer,Parken, Schwimmbad, Lebensmittel überteuert - Hotel weitestgehend sauber. Obwohl bei booking Parken inklusive angewählt wurde, 14 € pro Tag pro Stellplatz, das ist absolute Abzocke. Hier wird ein Wellnesshotel verkauft indem man nur das Zimmer günstig für den Aufenthalt bekommt, jedoch alles andere noch zusätzlich bezahlen muss. 8 Euro für 2 Stunden für ein Schwimmbad. 15 € für eine Bowlingbahn pro Stunde pro Bahn.. Standardgetränke für tschechische Verhältnisse viel zu teuer. 3 € für eine Cola 0,2 Liter. Essenspreise auch im oberen Segment um die 20 €.

Výborné služby a vybavení pokoje na úrovni 4 hvězdiček, parkování bez problémů v lokalitě hotelu, z toho část parkoviště je zastřešená. Parkovací místa v zastřešené části parkoviště byla trochu úzká vzhledem na dnešní běžnou velikost aut, cena parkování 350 Kč/den i na venkovním parkovišti je také poměrně dost vzhledem k již vyšší ceně ubytování.

- Jan (10/5): Ausgezeichnetes Hotel im Riesengebirge - Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt im Hotel Harmonie in Spindlermühle. Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer sehr geschmackvollen und gepflegten Ausstattung, hoher Sauberkeit und einer angenehmen, ruhigen Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren äußerst komfortabel und perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem aktiven Tag im Riesengebirge. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Lage - ideal sowohl für Wanderungen als auch zum Erkunden von Spindlermühle. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war aus unserer Sicht hervorragend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. —-

- Filip (10/5): - Po několika letech jsme se vrátili do Harmony Hotel Špindlerův Mlýn a musím říct, že jsme byli mile překvapeni. Jezdíme sem už dlouhé roky a hotel jsme měli vždy moc rádi. Po změně majitele jsme ale podle recenzí měli pocit, že úroveň služeb šla dolů, a proto jsme poslední dvě sezóny návštěvu raději vynechali. Tentokrát jsme se ale rozhodli dát Harmony znovu šanci a jsme rádi, že jsme to udělali. Ano, některé věci jsou pořád trochu jiné než dřív, ale celkový dojem byl výrazně lepší, než jsme očekávali. Co bych chtěl opravdu vyzdvihnout, je personál hotelu. Právě lidé podle nás drží atmosféru Harmony nad vodou a je vidět, že se snaží vrátit hotel tam, kam historicky patřil. Ochotný přístup, vstřícnost a lidské jednání byly během celého pobytu opravdu znát. Držíme palce, aby se hotel dál vracel na úroveň, kterou si dlouhodobí hosté pamatují. My osobně jsme po této návštěvě zase o něco klidnější a věříme, že Harmony má našlápnuto správným směrem.

Mily personal 😊 vyziti v podobe bowlingu, stolni tenis, fotbalek, kulecnik, dokonce prohlidka valecneho krytu pod hotelem, opravdu se clovek nenudi ikdyz je “jen” na hotelu a nejde do okoli. Nektere vybaveni trosku starsi, ale v poradku.

- Tomasz (10/5): Bardzo pozytywne, duży hotel, super miejsce jako baza wypadowa do chodzenia po górach - Śniadanie bardzo dobre, duży wybór, od płatków śniadaniowych dla dzieci i naleśników z nutellą do pieczone kiełbaski, bardzo dobra kawa oraz ciasteczka deserowe. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa że aktywnie pochodzić po górach. Niestety pobyt kwietniowy to nieczynne wyciągi (to taki mały minus) W górach trzeba mieć swoje jedzenie i picie bo w kwietniu są jeszcze schroniska pozamykane wejście do strefy sauny z basenami mogło by być troszkę tańsze,

- Markéta (8/5): - Krásný veliký hotel. Krásný a prostorný pokoj se super koupelnou. K dispozici šampon, sprchový gel, tělové mléko, župany… atd. Pohodlné postele a krásný výhled. Nejlepší ze všeho snad byly snídaně 😃 perfektní výběr, měli na co si vzpomenete. Vse chuťově výborné . Velice milý pan, co obsluhuje bowling. Na recepci nám umožnili ubytování dříve zdarma. Užili jsme i návštěvu bunkru a bazénu s vířivkami. Příjemný personál. Cena parkovného 350kč za den pro ubytované hosty nám přišlo dost…Nicméně asi chápu, vzhledem k cenám parkovného dole ve městě, ale i tak… cena vysoká. Co se nám nelíbilo, ale není to asi úplně chyba hotelu, bylo pobyt velké skupiny CS Beton. Byli velice hluční i v pozdních nočních hodinách…měli zabranou celou restauraci, kde jsme si večer chtěli posedět, přitom plno stolů bylo volných, ale měli tam ceduli uzavřena společnost… Chtěli jsme si i druhý večer zahrát bowling, ale nebylo možné z důvodu , že byl taktéž zabraný touto skupinou.. v den našeho příjezdu jich bylo plné i wellness. Trochu nám přišlo, že to ostatní hosty včetně nás v dost aktivitách omezovalo.
