• Pagani (6/5): - The best thing about this property was the staff. Very nice and helpful. Recommended a place for dinner and a lovely bakery. We had to leave very early and they made us a to go breakfast. The room was small and the bathroom was a little musty. It was fine for us as we were only there one night and it was a less than 10 minute ride to the airport. Good for a one night stay if you need to be close to the train station or airport. I did not read the fine print. My fault. But there is no elevtor so if you have a lot of bags not a good choice.

In a small street all dirty with garbage, the only decent looking building in the street , was the hotel entrance.

Mais par la suite, toutes les personnes ont été agréables et sympathiques. Si je dois revenir à Naples, je choisirais sûrement cet hotel L'accueil à l'arrivée. Assez froid et impersonnel.

• Pan Jest Moim Pasterzem (5/5): Niewyciszone pokoje, nie wyspałem się ani jednego dnia, za to przynajmniej wszędzie blisko z hotelu - Bliskość do dworca, to przede wszystkim. Alibus podjeżdża kilkaset metrów od hotelu, więc jest idealnie, a ponadto pociągi podmiejskie i dalekobieżne startują z dworca głównego, który jest obok. Wielkość pokoju była ok. Kompletnie niewyciszone pokoje. Od kiedy tylko zaczynało się śniadanie słyszeliśmy każde 'brzdąknięcie' widelca czy talerza. Okropnie głośno. Jak ktoś szedł po korytarzu można było sądzić że drzwi w pokoju są otwarte. Z tego powodu w ogóle nie odpoczęliśmy. Brakowało również wody butelkowanej na początek.

La TV non funzionava, nonostante le nostre segnalazioni alla reception non hanno risolto il problema Sulla prenotazione c'era scritto camera con vista, la finestra guardava su un vialetto abbandonato. Ho chiesto di avvisare cortesemente il custode del parcheggio della nostra decisione di ritirare l'auto con qualche ora di ritardo, la risposta è stata di non collaborare con quel garage quando invece ce lo hanno segnalato nella mail di conferma.

• Elke (8/5): - Het hotel is centraal gelegen, dicht bij het trein- en busstation (en naast een bekende sfogliatelle-zaak). Handig als je met de trein vanuit Pompeii komt en/of met de bus naar de luchthaven wil. De grootte van de kamer en de badkamer was oké. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Er was voldoende keuze bij het ontbijt. Sommige zaken in de kamer zagen er modern uit, maar andere zaken zijn misschien aan vernieuwing toe (bv. het meubel van de wastafel). Absoluut niet iets waar het hotel aan kan doen, maar de buurt is niet altijd even aangenaam om door te wandelen. Overdag is het oké, maar 's avonds zou ik bv. als vrouw er niet graag alleen rondlopen (maar dat geldt voor nog wel wat andere straten in Napels).

• Adam (1/5): Najgorszy pobyt w życiu - Nie jestem w stanie napisać, co podobało mi się w obiekcie, ponieważ zostałem przeniesiony do innego hotelu, oddalonego 300m. Po przyjechaniu do hotelu, zostałem poinformowany, że nie ma dla mnie miejsca i jestem relokowany do hotelu oddalonego 300m. Pokój jaki dostałem miał 9m2, a nie 18m2 jaki rezerwowałem. Standardy mocno odbiegały od oferty. Smród i brud w pokoju. Słabe śniadania i lokalizacja w niebezpiecznej okolicy. Pod samym hotelem zostałem okradziony ze złotego łańcuszka. Na otarcie łez miałem od obsługi hotelu otrzymać butelkę wina.., ale nie jednak obsługa zapomniała.

Located on the small street and not very noisy like main area around Piazza Garibaldi. Comfy beds, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Room was ready about one hour before check-in time. Old city - within a walking distance (about 15-20 min.) by foot. Bus to the airport - just in 5 minutes by walking. Breakfast was good, but the choice of products during the breakfast was little bit limited. In total hotel seems for me little bit overpriced.

Der Nachtportier war unglaublich herzlich in Empfang genommen und für die frühe Abreise noch ein Frühstückspaket vorbereitet! Ich fand das extrem aufmerksam! Der Mann, der tagsüber an der Rezeption sitzt, sollte bei seinem Kollegen nachfragen, wie man Menschen herzlich begegnen kann und wie man lächelt:-)

• Ivana (7/5): Vhodné na krátky pobyt, bolo to fajn - Lokalita hneď vedľa železničnej stanice, z letiska nás autobus vysadil priamo na námestí hneď vedľa ubytovania, kanvica, raňajky miešané vajíčka, saláma, syr, slané aj sladké pečivo. Na recepcii milí personál. Nepochopili sme prečo, ale v deň príchodu nám napísali, že máme ísť do úplne iného hotela na check in a tam sme aj ostali ubytovaní - Hotel Sant Angelo Palace. Výhodou bol minibar. Veľmi slabá až žiadna Wifi - čo je nevýhoda pretože sme zbytočne mali veľkú smart TV, ktorej nefungovala Wifi - rovnako aj na mobiloch. Nevedeli sme kde je vchod hotela, bez inštrukcií alebo fotiek, nakoľko je ťažké sa orientovať na ulici. Podľa Google Maps sme vošli iným vchodom a museli nám otvoriť domáci. Kúpelňa na prvý pohľad dobrá avšak umyvadlo vodu striekalo všade inde okrem umyvadla. Na dve noci to bolo v poriadku. Pamäťové vankúše nám nevyhovovali ale to je osobná preferencia. Toaletný papier nebolo kde v blízkosti wc zavesiť ani položiť.

• lisazucca (5/5): Non lo consiglierei... - La vicinanza alla stazione e lo staff della colazione molto gentile e cortese. Diciamo che dalle foto mi aspettavo un ambiente decisamente più curato. Abbiamo trovato un asciugamano sporco, letteralmente con ditate nere, riportato in reception non si sono nemmeno scusati. La persona alla reception anzi sembrava quasi infastidita, decisamente non la cordialità che mi aspetterei da una struttura di ricezione. Stanza rumorosissima, senza tappi non saremmo riusciti a dormire e prezzo spropositato per l'offerta. La serratura della nostra porta in camera era stata chiaramente forzata e rotta, e non sistemata, non posso dire di aver dormito tranquilla.

Ona göre değerlendirin ya da otele giriş saatinizi ayarlayın. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Özellikle kahvaltıda çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcılardı. Kahvaltıda çıkan sıcak ürünler sıcak değil, soğuktu. 7:30’da başlayan kahvaltı için 7:30’da gittiğimde bile soğuktu.

• Dario (9/5): Napoli l'abbiamo vista, speriamo di star bene - Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione dei treni e della metro. Lo staff molto gentile, disponibile a dare qualsiasi informazione, con garbo e serietà. È possibile lasciare in deposito i bagagli. La colazione é abbondante con molta scelta nel dolce e nel salato. Pulizia giornaliera garantita fatta con cura. La camera é arredata in modo elegante ed ha una tv con mega schermo. Tutti, dai giovani receptionist alle signore della colazione, sono molto cortesi e ti fanno sentire accolto e ben accetto, cosa che non sempre abbiamo trovato in città. Non c'è una stanza dove poter sostare con gli amici per far due chiacchiere (o almeno non ci é stata mostrata)la reception é piccolissima. Ci sono 3 piani senza ascensore. La colazione inizia un po' tardi, alle 7,30, basterebbe mezzora prima. Forse il wi fi non é proprio al top se serve di doversi collegare. La porta non é ben sigillata e nonostante sia chiusa, entra molta luce dal corridoio esterno. Nel nostro letto matrimoniale, la mia parte era molto comoda mentre quella di mia moglie era un po' sfondata.

Riguardo la posizione presso la stazione centrale, state tranquilli ci sono presidi permanenti sia della polizia che dell'esercito che rendono il transito di tutta tranquillità.

The room & bathroom provided everything we needed. The bed & pillows were comfortable. There was hot & cold food available for breakfast and a selection of pastries. It was noisy. We heard people talking loudly at 4am & friends staying in other rooms heard street noise.
