• Sevket (10/5): - A beautiful boutique hotel. This type of unique hotels are rare in Marmaris. It has a small coffee museum in the lobby. The sea facing rooms give the feeling of a cruise ship room with a balcony. As Marmaris is a party town, expect loud music from downstairs restaurant until 12:30 am.
• Zahide (6/5): - Tolle Lage und Aussicht, aber das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung Wir waren vom 25.08.2025 bis 29.08.2025 im Kahveci Alibey Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend – direkt am Meer und sehr zentral. Unser Zimmer hatte einen vollen, traumhaften Meerblick, der das absolute Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes war. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten ungewöhnlich groß und sehr bequem. Auch das Hotelpersonal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war das Frühstück eine große Enttäuschung. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Frühstücksraum. Stattdessen werden die Gäste in das Lokal vor dem Hotel geschickt, “OHANA”, das tagsüber als Café/Restaurant und abends als Bar mit lauter Musik dient. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig und immer gleich: ein kleines Stück Käse, ein paar Oliven, ein gekochtes Ei, eine Sigara-Börek-Rolle, Butter/Marmelade/Honig in kleinen Packungen und ein kleiner Brotkorb (nur Weißbrot, sehr dünn geschnitten). Keine Optionen für Diabetiker, Glutenintoleranz oder gesundheitsbewusste Gäste. Der Tee wurde in einer Kaffeetasse serviert, ein zweiter Tee oder zusätzliches Wasser musste extra bezahlt werden – für ein Hotel in der Türkei unüblich und unangebracht. Das OHANA-Personal war unfreundlich und behandelte ausländische Touristen deutlich besser. Nachts war es wegen der extrem lauten Musik aus der Bar kaum möglich zu schlafen. Auch am Strand (ebenfalls von OHANA betrieben) war es störend, ständig gefragt zu werden, ob wir etwas trinken möchten.

İlk giriş yaptığımız gün banyonun ışığının yanmadığını, balkon kapı sürgüsünün bozuk olduğunu ve itip çekmekte güçlük yaşandığını söylediğimiz halde 7 günlük konaklamamız boyunca hiç bir tamiri sağlanmadı. Otelin asansörü bozuldu tamir edilip tekrar açıldı dedikleri gün bizzat kendimiz asansörde kaldık ve kendi uğraşlarıyla bizi çıkarttılar ve bir özür dahi dilenmedi. Temizliğe gelecek olursak; odaya giriş yaptığımız gün komodin içinde önceki müşteriden kaldığını düşündüğümüz taşlar dahi duruyordu ve oda tam manasıyla temizlenmemişti ki ilerleyen süreçte de o detaylı temizlik hiç yapılmadı. Havluların 3 günde 1 değiştirildiğini söylediler. Gelelim kahvaltısına.. aşağıda bulunan beachin cafesinde her sabah tabak şeklinde ve çok yetersiz aynı kahvaltıyı sundular ki ödenen ücretlere bakıldığında bu kahvaltı beklentiyi asla karşılamıyordu. Tam altındaki cafe geceleri yabancı turistlere hizmet veren ve aşşşşırı gürültülü bir cluba dönüşüyor ve bu bahsettiğim ses o kadar fazlaydı ki uyumanızın imkanı yok. Bizim açımızdan otelin tek ama tek artı yanı deniz manzarasıydı… denize de gelecek olursak çok fazla teknelerin geçtiğinden olsa gerek dalgalı, bulanık hatta dışkının dahi kenara vurduğu bir yer… biz Marmaris gibi güzel bir şehirde orada denize girmek istemeyip kendi imkanlarımızla başka koylara gitmeyi tercih ettik. Özetle bir daha asla konaklama yapmayacağım bir otel

• Claire (4/5): - Pro’s - right on beach Con’s - I arrived at hotel to be greeted by a Turkish teenage boy who was very sweet but spoke zero english. He checked me into my room which was clean and a nice view. However the main ceiling light would not switch off so I asked him to call maintenance. A lady came who I think was the manager and could not fix the problem so said she would call an electrician and when I asked if that would be today she looked at me as if I was asking the impossible. Days went by and light never fixed so I didnt sleep. I had a problem with the safe and the turkish boy tried to give me a code of his choice to lock it! The night receptionist did not speak, I said hello 3 times before I received a response. I ended up checking out a day early as so unhappy and when I gave my room card in the response from Turkish boy was ‘oh’. No offer of a refund for the final night or any apologies for poor service. Avoid this hotel, and remove the word luxury as far from it.

Ufak tefek sorunlar yaşadık ama çok önemli değildi. Kahvaltısı orta halli iyiydi. Ama otelin büfesi içecek vesaire alacağınız bölümü yok. Otel altında bir mekan var kahvaltı orda yapılıyor. Ve o mekanın beachi kullanılıyor.

• Tammy (6/5): - This property was okay, has potential to be a lot better. Booked a double room but given twin room as they didn’t actually have double available. Stated they had parking but they didn’t, parking was on the street and had to walk down onto boulevard and along a bit to hotel. Hot water was hit and miss, lot of mould build up in shower, and then air con stopped working, this normally would not bother me but had no choice but to close all doors to sleep due to excessive noise from restaurants and clubs. They did move us immediately to another room which was good. Crowded area, just all tourism and very expensive. If travelling for sunbaking and party then good place for you. I personally would not bother returning.

Just an aver hotel u would pay $40 a night for in America. For current comparison this is a very expensive hotel, but we wouldn't stay again. Much better hotels in marmaris for the same price.

• Dogu Can (6/5): - Bize verilen odada maalesef klima çalışmıyordu. İlk günü tamamen klimasız geçirdik. Sıcaktan camı açtık fakat sıcağın üstüne bir de gürültü eklenmiş oldu. Sabah 9'da plajdaki barın çok zevksiz müzikleri ile bangır bangır uyanmak zorunda kaldık. İkici günün ilk yarısı da klimasız geçti ve sonunda odamızı değiştirip klimalı bir yere geçtik ama zaten toplamda 2 gece kaldığımız bir noktaydı. O yüzden çok olumlu tecrübelerim olmadı. Resepsiyon yardım etmeye çalıştı klima için ama ilk gün odam değiştirilebilirdi. Bana boş oda yok denmesine rapmen akşam başka ailelerin check in yaptığını gördüm.Yine de ikinci günümü resepsiyonun da yardımı ile kurtarmış sayıyorum. Plajdaki barın müzik zevki maalesef çok kötü. Müzik tabiki bir zevk meselesi ama daha çok trash müzik çalıyor ve bangır bangır. Yatıp dinlenmek ya da kitap okumak çok mümkün olmadı. Otelin en iyi yanı odaları. Büyük ve ferah. Banyosu da gayet şık ve büyük. Diğer kaldığımız otellerde 2 kişi hareket etmekte zorlanırken, bu odada biraz rahatlamıştık. Klima da çalışsaydı bizim için daha iyi bir tecrübe olurdu.

The air conditioning works very well, which is a big plus during hot summer days in Marmaris. The balcony view was simply breathtaking - The reception staff are nice and accommodating. They were always willing to help and tried their best when we needed to leave our luggages in the lobby, early or late checking/checkout, etc. - The rooms are soundproof - The restaurant service was fast Cons: - The hotels beach is not sandy, but very rocky - The craziest and the least logical thing about this hotel is that you are not allowed to bring your own beverages into the hotel and as a result are forced to buy their overpriced bottles. This rule should be completely removed. I've never seen this in any other hotel and guests should not be limited and dependent on the restaurant for drinks. - The hotels restaurants free breakfast was very dissapointing. We were supposed to have 2 omelettes in our meal, but we always received one small omelette. We asked if we can get two, but they told us we have to pay extra for another one. On top of that, we were told on our first morning that coffee was free, but later told us we have to pay for it. This service was very dissapointing and the restaurant staff quickly became unwelcoming after we complained. We never returned during dinner or lunch services as a result.

Otele giriş yaptığımızda, resepsiyondaki çalışan bize hoşgeldiniz demeden önce, en düşük fiyatlı odaları ayırdınız diye karşıladı. 2 gece konakladığımız ve yaklaşık kişi başı gecelik 600 TL üzerinde ödememize rağmen, odadan hiç memnun kalmadık. Odalar aşırı havasız, odaların havalandırması, otelin havalandırma boşluğuna açılıyor. 2 gece boyunca odalara girmek istemedik ve nerede ise sadece yatmak için mecburen odalarda kaldık. Havasız, daraltıcı ve karanlık, 2 gece mecburen klimadan gelen hava ile idare ettik. Konaklamayı ayarlarken, internet sitesinde, hiçbir şekilde, en ekonomik en ucuz oda seçeneği gibi bir konu veya bir bilgilendirme olmadı. Bu şekilde odaları ayırttığımı bilsem, bu oteli seçmezdim. Tüm gün otel dışında olduğumuz bir güne ise, extra harcama yaptık gibi hesabımıza para işlendi. Tüm otellerde 2 küçük su misafirlere ücretsiz sunulurken odalardan birinden bu sular için ücret alındı. Bir sonraki Marmaris konaklamamızda bu oteli seçmeyeceğiz ve hiç bir şekilde tavsiye de etmeyeceğiz.

The hotel itself was lovely, and we adored all of the details such as beautifully tiled floors and comfortable clean rooms. Furthermore, the staff were really helpful in accommodating us. Breakfast was delightful (traditional turkish breakfast), and the manager, Ayse, explained that the jams served were actually homemade by her, so of course we purchased our favorite jams to bring back home! Additionally, I've got a gluten allergy so she was able to make the necessary arrangements for dinner. On our last day, we explained to Ayse that weren't able to make it to breakfast so she kindly arranged for sandwiches to be made for our journey. Overall, Ayse and the rest of the staff were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel exceeded all of our expectations!

Otelin fiziki şartları gayet iyiydi, bulunduğu sahil ve otelin kendi beach'i olması ve otel müşterilerine indirim uygulaması da gayet olumlu idi. Olumsuz olarak; sabah kahvaltısının yetersizliğini ve azlığını söylemem lazım. Ayrıca ses yalıtımı çok zayıf olacak ki son gecemizde gece yarısı 03:00'de yan odalardan birisinde olan gürültülü kavga ve sabah temizlik personelinin malzeme taşıma seslerine uyanıp uykumuzdan olduk. Bölgeye tatil için gelip yatmadan yatmaya kalacaksanız, hem uygun hem de gayet yeterli bir otel.
• Omaima (2/5): Very bad experience - Requested 2 twin beds and called the hotel before arrival to confirm the request and they said that they will make sure they are 2 twin beds. Arrived there and it is one large bed. Had to call the reception and he said that there are no other room available so I had to ask for another blanket! The next day I had to ask for new towels because they didn’t change the towels! I asked for shower gel 3 times and i end up with shampoo! They DON’t have shower gel! The breakfast is very very poor as seen in the pictures. This is breakfast for 2!!! Anything other than this is extra even WATER. We asked to speak with the manager many times but we end up speaking to her after we already checked out! There is a private beach but most if not all of the first row is reserved for external customers as shown in the picture!

• Anne (6/5): Close to Beach - Two in a room was a tight, but doable. Located on the Main Street, steps from the beach. Nice area. View is of another building, but painted to create a garden effect. Room was clean. I arrived 10 min before close of breakfast and was told breakfast was over.... whomp whomp.

• Melike (10/5): Amazing hotel! - Amazing stay, i love this hotel. Been in Marmaris for a few weeks now and stayed in a lot of hotels. By far this is the best one. The only downside is there is no one at reception half of the time, but other than that thımbs up from me!

They even exchanged currency for us at the rate with no commission. The hotel private beach was amazing! Only drawback was the room given to us had a balcony which was on a dead end so there was no day light.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location on the beach although our economy room didn't command any sort of view - just an internal space housing the fire escape stairway, although it had been painted with a pretty mural to make it a bit more interesting. Extremely tight for space in the bathroom mainly due to a sink that is far too big for the room but the decor and the usable space in the bedroom were appreciated. Good air con too, which was needed as we didn't have fresh air from the window.
• Alan (8/5): Great little hotel on the beach front - I enjoyed my visit. The hotel is clean, convenient for the beach and nearby bars. The bed was a little hard for me but the air conditioning was effective. Staff were friendly enough and readily met my requests. The bar / restaurant on the ground floor was very convenient. Breakfast was in a traditional Turkish format, tasty, easy to eat and served quickly. Coffee was very good. My only real bugbear was that there was no safe in my room. This is essential in Turkey. I had some cash stolen at the airport, so ended up carrying some items with me that I would rather have left. My room also lacked daylight and there was some noise as it was internally facing and next to the lift. Some noise echoed up the internal 'well' that the internal balcony faced. I wouldn't recommend this unless you were on a budget or knew that you were only going to sleep in the room. The hotel is not accessible by road but is worth it due to the excellent location. Anticipate possible problems with airport connections as your pick up or drop off might be anywhere along the road running BEHIND the hotel or down the side road closest to it. There appears to be no standard pick off and drop off point.
• Hanan (10/5): - The location of the hotel was brilliant, On the beach and not so congested, for the price this was a lovely stay with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, For a cheap get away this is a amazing hotel to stay at with friendly staff, Only thing that I would recommend is the hotel does not have a safe inside the room. However aside from this, very beautiful hotel with beautiful views. Amazing food and shower and also very very nice staff.

• Betty (8/5): Nice boutique hotel - Location of hotel a bit away from center but there is frequent public minibus going to other parts of town easily. We got a nice room having full sea view. We enjoyed it and extended our stay. Breakfast is very nice, fresh veggie and good variety of Turkish food. Restaurant noisy at night, about 11pm or so the noise stopped everyday, not too bad. Friendly staff at reception.

Lovely bathroom with decent shower. Breakfasts were fab, could have either Turkish or English. Staff were very attentive and excellent to talk to. • Tracey (8/5): Great stay in marmaris - Very lovely hotel and room. Comfy bed and good air conditioning system at no extra charge. Hotel staff could be friendlier, bar staff not very clued up about drinks and it seems quite expensive in comparison to other places nearby. We chose not to drink or eat here for that reason but plenty other options nearby. Overall very happy with accomodation and good value for money.
