Las camas están un poco duras, me imagino los colchones son ortopedico o nuevos. Y que no dejan toalla de manos en la habitación.

• Miriam (8/5): The facility should have control of what the customers need to change or modify in order to better assist them. - The location I was charged twice for 2 nights when I was there for one night for the last two weekends. Once you book through booking there is no way to cancel and they will charge you anyway. I tried canceling in the facility for the second nights with no success. I won’t use Booking anymore.

• Alejandro (4/5): - No respetan la Reservación hecha por xpedia, no hay habitaciones disponibles, hay que esperar horas después de las 3:00 pm que tienen marcado como check in. No dan toallas para baño. Las chapas de las puertas de los cuartos fallan mucho con el uso de la tarjeta de acceso. El horario del desayuno termina muy temprano a las 9:00 am, cuando vas a descansar a un hotel y quieres dormir más horas. El drenaje de los baños huele feo.

• Cindy (10/5): Decent bed, parking and a/c - The hotel is run down. The bed was firm and had fitted sheets. The bathroom needs help…there is a smell coming up from the drains, the toilet seat is a cushioned seat with cracks that bite you when you sit to go to the bathroom. I used a powerstrip in the outlets and it did not work, but when I plugged the item directly into the outlet, everything was good. The a/c worked well but the air filter needs to be cleaned. The parking is in an indoor courtyard and we parked in front of our room. Around 8pm the alarm on our car went off as well as a nearby overnight guest. Nothing seemed amiss, but it made for an uneasy night of sleeping wondering if someone was trying to break into our car. Breakfast was ok with eggs, refried beans, cereal, fruit, coffee. Would I stay here again…no, but it served its purpose for the night.
