• 929jemmam (10/5): We loved Hôtel Les Cordée Des Alpes! - What a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is in a great location, central to shops and restaurants with a very helpful and reliable shuttle service to everywhere else. The hotel has a lovely calm atmosphere, nice ambience and relaxing seating area to read or catch up with friends. Our room was clean and functional (with three of us sharing) but with plenty of storage we managed ok and most favourably a bath, after a long day of skiing was heaven. Room service was useful for peckish teenagers and the staff were fantastic, friendly and committed to offering a seamless experience. There was a little noise from the road in the early hours but that is to be expected with service trucks working before Verbier stirred. We were so busy we did not use the spa but we plan to next time. The food and service in the restaurant was incredible, with a mouth watering wine list and relaxed atmosphere, we cannot wait to go back. My daughter especially loved the fresh sushi bar which also offers room service. YUM! A little more 'desk / work space' would have been useful in our room.

• Andrei (9/5): If I were to go to Verbier - I'd choose this hotel - Great personnel, very polite and always willing to help. Good spa zone. The hotel is very clean. Regular and comfortable transfers to lifts. For such an amazing hotel breakfasts are the worst part, I've never seen anywhere that you need to pay extra for a simple omelette. The choice of food is quite scarce. I would definitely advise the management to review their breakfast guidelines, as it just doesn't meet the industry standard.

It had the feeling of being in someones private chalet rather than a formulaically decorated hotel that has been rolled out by an interior designer. The staff were very friendly and had a lovely manner. The concierge could not have been more helpful and kind. The ski shop in the hotel made it so easy as did the shuttle service. Perfect spa.

• Isabella (7/5): - The pool and hammam were lovely. There wasn't too much chorine in the water which was really pleasant. The massage with Jade was one of the best I've had and she was so kind. The selection of fruit at breakfast was very good. The home-made gluten-free bread was incredible and the chefs were really friendly and warm. The staff were smiley and helpful. The products in the bathrooms and shared spaces were natural and some were biodegradable. It wasn't a very exciting breakfast.. you know, the hotel breakfast that you're so excited to wake up for? (*If you want some inspiration, check out the breakfast at the Lapland hotel in Helsinki - that one is exceptional!) Sorry to say.. but I couldn't STAND the strong smell of perfume that was being blasted around the shared spaces apparently from the air-conditioning according to the receptionist. I don't understand this.. we are in an incredible natural environment, breathing fresh mountain air, why pump some fragrances into the air 'for ambience'? This can't be good for our health, especially of young kids in the hotel. It gave me a headache and I held my breath every time I entered the hotel. The room was hot at night even with the window open and we couldn't change the temperature. The mattresses were not very firm and a bit tired in the middle and so we couldn't quite get comfortable to sleep.

• KammmLondon (10/5): The best ski/summer hotel - This was our third visit to Cordée in 2025, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The service from the staff including receptionists, concierge and ski service is consistently excellent and genuinely friendly (we have also noticed the same staff most visits which is always a good sign!). The rooms are fantastic and have everything you need. The food in the restaurant is outstanding, including the breakfast, which I always look forward to. The location is great, and we love the convenience of the shuttle to the ski lifts. The spa is beautiful and incredibly relaxing. We truly love everything about this hotel, which is why we’ve kept coming back for the past 3–4 years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. We also really enjoyed the new sushi bar, Ropu. Highly recommend.

• SamR191 (10/5): Pre Christmas ski weekend for mates 50th - Fantastic weekend away for mates 50th. The hotel were very good at communicating with me for the group booking beforehand. The fretting and check in was super, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were well presented and well looked after by housekeeping. Only gripe was the beds were on wheeels and moved. Otherwise all very comfortable. The spa was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to book again!!! Thank you

Best location in town, quiet and only a very short walk along the boutiques to the center of town. Rooms are large and comfortable and feature big balconies with view of the alps. Best of all is the crew running the hotel. We had a very warm, personal and efficient welcome by the front office crew. Friendly people throughout the hotel. We had some small issues which were immediately solved in a highly professional way by the management. As the photo shows the hotel is in authentic Swiss Chalet style which makes a stay even more special. This is the hotel to stay in Verbier.

• Silartravel (10/5): Lovely hotel in the heart of Verbier - This was our first time at La Cordée des Alpes, and we had a lovely stay. The hotel is charming and comfortable, finished in old wood and stone, in Alpine tradition. Rooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds. The wellness centre is relaxing and well equipped. But perhaps our favourite aspect was the incredible service all along - friendly and attentive by the entire team!

• Road07271268466 (10/5): great staff - The front of house staff were all fantastic, no matter what came up they were there to help in the best and most professional manner. I had to leave unexpectedly in the middle of the night and they helped me with my emergency kindly and gracefully. I am very gratefull
• RusNewton (10/5): Great place - We very much enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly, helpful & welcoming. Food great. Room was lovely with plenty of space for clothes. Ski concierge was helpful and reasonably priced. Convenient minibus on demand to get to the lifts etc
