• james (10/5): Stay here you won't regret it. Verbier Life! - The hotel is in a great location, not too noisy, very alpine style and warm and cozy. The staff are so friendly and nice - faultless. The room is small but comfortable, just enough space and a nice balcony. Bathroom is amazing (we had a bath tub). Breakfast was included, it was basic but great and eggs were always amazing. Points for improvement - cupboard smelt of mold / damp. You have to carry heavy luggage up stairs should have a lift. Really needs a kettle in the room as a minimum, there is tea and coffee in the afternoon but after 6pm they take it away. They lock the communal toilet during the night - this is sometimes nice to have if you are up early or late and don't want to use your room. Really would be amazing if they has a small bar just something to serve some drinks in the evening and some vin chaud. They have such a lovely terrace they could make more use of this with heaters and chairs for apres ski. Parking was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

• James (10/5): Great location and breakfast - A nice little hotel in the middle of Verbier, close to the lifts and restaurants etc. Comfortable room, good breakfast included (continental plus bacon and eggs), on site ski storage, and friendly staff.
• Kelvin (10/5): Fantastic first ski trip - If you are coming to Verbier, I highly recommend La Rotonde. Location wise it is in the Centre of the village, close to the main lift, ski hiring shops, bars etc. They also have very friendly and helpful staff, who assisted me along the way for any questions and concerns I had.

• Nicholas (10/5): Great Place in the Middle of Verbier - We stayed a week and Hotel La Rotonde was great. The best things were the breakfast (clear effort to ensure everything was safe and socially distanced) and the staff were very helpful on any request. The room was clean and the views were great. The best part was the ability to ski on the last day as the hotel watched our bags and also had a separate washroom with shower that could be used. Amazing hospitality.
• Ester (8/5): Clean and comfy. Bad parking indications - The stay at La Rotonde was pleasant. Nice and clean rooms, very comfy beds, good breakfast with options for vegans and food allergies. However we had wrong indications by the staff who told us about a free parking 10 min away walking distance to the hotel and we ended with a 40 chf fine. I believe the hotel should have covered for that because we were given wrong indications.

Des chambres petites mais confortables, dommage qu'ils ne prévoient pas une table d'appoint en cette période de covid où il faut commander à manger. Sinon le restaurant de l'hôtel se situe dans un autre hôtel à 10-15 min à pied. Petit déjeuner varié. Je recommande, très bon rapport qualité prix.

• Richard (10/5): Thank you to the General Staff :-) - The Hotel is conveniently located directly between the lifts and centre of town. The general staff were excellent being extremely helpful and friendly, the old school General Manager however obviously feels it is beneath himself to talk to the guests. The rooms were very clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast provided was very good and more than ample selection of foods. Wifi bandwidth available was poor although 4G signal strength was good. I would recommend the Hotel and stay there again, just hope the GM cheers up a bit!

• David (10/5): Ski trip - This hotel is in a great spot and we were lucky to have a room with a balcony and great views! The breakfast was good with lots of variety and more than enough options to please everyone. The room was very clean and spacious with my only worry was the one plug socket (should have brought an adaptor. Receptionist Gigi and Jamela were amazing, really helpful and organised ski lessons and even rebooked my flight as I had a last minute cancellation due to weather. Fantastic place to stay in Verbier, great value for money. its the Medran ski lift just a short stroll up the hill. Will be staying again!

• Steve (6/5): Basic but nice, right in the centre of Verbier - This is an old school, basic hotel right in the heart of Verbier about a Ten minute walk up to the central 'Bubble' lift. I booked it because it was available at short notice for a weekend and was cheap in comparison to the other hotels. It is a 'No frills' hotel; I booked a single room and was give a twin with a large balcony with street view which was a pleasant surprise. Amenities are basic, I had a bath tub with a hand held shower head. I believe it commands 3 Stars because it has cable TV and offers an inclusive continental breakfast; in my view it is equivalent to an Austrian Pension hotel with cable, although in Austria you get feather quilts and pillows not French foam. Well located, much cheaper than other hotels in the same vicinity but does suffer from street noise late in the evening and could do with a make over (I hate plastic bottle soap dispensers attached to the wall).

• Verified traveler (8/5): Central location - Centrally located close to shops & Medran ski lift. Staff were relaxed, welcoming & polite for the duration of my stay. I noticed that previous reviews mentioned noise. The hotel is centrally located so there is some noise as drinkers leave bars during the ski season. This would apply to any of the hotels/chalets located centrally. I was not disturbed by this: after a day in the mountains I have trouble staying awake. If you a light sleeper, bring some earplugs.
