- edscaps (5/5): Nice place but your policies suck, an 83 year old person isn’t going to damage anything - Please do not treat me like a criminal by charging me $150 for damage, I understand it’s only a hold on my account but I am 83 years old and has never seen this set up before and I have never damaged anything, I walked in my room and looked out at the patio and the screen door was laying against the building bent up, why wasn’t this fixed before I went go my room?? I am not your room inspector! I will think twice before I am be little for such a ridiculous charge again

- William (5/5): - We have like to had darker curtains or shades in the bedroom, because morning sunlight woke us earlier than we wanted, we slept on the sofa sleeper in the living room! Which was very uncomfortable. The carpet had really bad odor which we went out and air fresheners. Very nice place to stay quiet and relaxing.

- Marlynn (10/5): The pool is huge and nicely maintained. There are outdoor places for teens to play shuffleboard, ping pong, and a playgr - We love French Quarter location in Branson. You can walk the strip to many locations and easy in and out access from the back when you’re needing to avoid the traffic on the strip. There were a few updates that need to happen for convenience sake. Like a USB port for chargers. We bought one at Walmart to use, but it would be nice if it was included in 2025.

Also the bedroom was not dark cuz of the lights from the elevator. No one should take this room if offered. On 4th of July was woken up several times because of being in front of the elevator.

- laceyj (9/5): Nice stay - We love that it is family oriented. It's a nice location and a good room. The full kitchen and washer and dryer are perfect for families. The bedroom definitely needs a curtain over the blinds!!! PLEASE!! It is so bright that you can't sleep in. Possibly update the mattress in the couch bed. It wasn't terrible, but it could be better!
- Rebecca (8/5): - Both ladies that we talked to at the front desk were phenomenal, Breanna was one, and unfortunately, I didn't get the other name, but she was a taller blonde. Both are so nice and helpful! We loved that the 2 bedroom actually has an upstairs loft that has 2 additional twin beds and a full bathroom. The pools were nice and big. Super easy to get into from the strip or even the back entrance off the back road! Unfortunately, we had an issue with a fairly big party taking place on Saturday afternoon into evening at the pools. Judging by the interactions, David who works in maintenance, was friends with the group. We had to actually turn in the group twice, the first time for all of the kids taking cupcakes into the hot tubs and pool getting food everywhere and jumping off of the railings around the hot tub into the pool almost jumping on our kids. The second time, after being warned, they were so drunk(and leaving beer cans, trash, and food all over the recreation areas), they were starting to fight and scream with each other. They even had another person(there were probably 10-15 of them plus kids) come to calm one guy down, and after realizing we were the ones turning them in, he decides to bring out nunchucks and swing them around while staring at us from the parking lot. Sadly, David the worker, loudly told them that it was us complaining as he pointed us out and it didn't matter, because he is "high up". The group even knocked over a tall trash can in one of their fits and the worker just laughed and picked it up. The entire thing was pretty sad given the resort has a very nice recreation area that we were excited to use. And since they decided to get food all in the hot tubs and pool, and one person looked like they had blood on the side of his face while using said area, they had to shut the entire thing down for the night to clean. Meaning sadly, our kids couldn't swim on our last night like we had planned.

- clancy (10/5): Beautiful condo in the heart of Branson - Everyone at the front desk was extra helpful. The comforter and bedding was the best. I would really like to know the brand and where to purchase it. The condo was extra spacious. Loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer. Chairs and sofa in living room were very uncomfortable and dated.

- Peaches (10/5): Beginning a New Tradition with family. - The accommodations were amazing. We had lots of room and everyone was comfortable. We are talking about planning another trip to include other family members and friends. Looks like we are starting a tradition. There was only one flaw. Near the entrance for check in, there is a place where you should place a sign that says step down. I fell and badly bruised myself.

- Robin (8/5): over all very good - Very Clean, easy access to everything and lots of room Internet was bad and couldn't get the TV to connect.
- Mary (10/5): - It took over an hour to check in which was nerve wracking after an 8 hr drive with 2 grandkids-our reservation with them didn’t agree with what we booked and what was confirmed. It was remedied by the resort the next morning. All the staff that we dealt with were very helpful and kind. The facility was wonderful and in a great location. I will definitely book with them again, and I’d recommend that anyone reading this should book with them too.

- Kyla (8/5): We would stay here again. Great, quiet location. - Great location. We were able to get where we needed to be quickly. It's quiet but close enough to the strip when we needed to go there. The condo was clean, a little outdated, but that wasn't anything that hindered our vacation. We like to cook breakfast in the mornings and this condo compared to others was lacking in a few things but we were able to make it work. We would stay here again. The washing machine kept throwing errors and was more of a pain than worth washing clothes. That definitely needs to be updated. Could use more kitchen items and better insulation for the walls, you can hear everything going on above you and beside you.

Bed was way too hard. furnishings too dark and outdated. pictures were deceiving. thought i was getting a room w a separate bedroom loft and separate jacuzzi tub and shower which is the entire reason why I booked it in the first place. office did nothing to make things right.

- Paulette (4/5): - The location is convenient to everything in Branson. It was quiet and we didn’t hear the neighbors. The property was spacious and the kitchen was complete with most things. The beds were very comfortable. However, carpets were very dirty (filthy really). The chandelier over the table had lots of cobwebs. The lock on sliding door to the balcony was completely broken leaving the condo unsecured. The furniture was dirty and needed deep cleaning or replaced. The volume and channel buttons on a remote to a bedroom TV did not function. In summary, we would not choose this location again.

Well stocked kitchen Bathroom had mildew odor and toilet bowl needed a good scrubbing especially around rim Carpet is stained. Looking a little tired. Not enough hangers in closets
- Wes (7/5): Over all not bad. Like with all of things, there there was good and not so good. - The location was close to a lot of the places we were going. The room had some trash under one of the beds and the master bathroom did not have a door on it so it made the bedroom unusable while someone was using it. Had to clean the room before we left to avoid a possible cleaning fee.
