Jose Luis (4/5): Antes de reservar LEE ESTO. - Un hotel con instalaciones muy descuidadas y algo viejas, al llegar encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación. La televisión tiene el volumen muy alto y el internet no llega a la totalidad de la habitación, sin mencionar que la Conectividad es intermitente y poco estable. El personal es muy amable, en recepción aceptaron cambiarnos de habitación y en el check out fueron ligeramente flexibles.

JUAN MANUEL (8/5): Estancia - En general estuvo bien, solo detalles como que la habitación solo había 1 toalla y la reservación era para dos personas así que tuvimos que bajar por una mas. La parte de abajo de la caman había una mancha muy grande. El baño no esta tapado en su totalidad y esto genera que el vapor de el agua caliente se distribuya en toda la habitacion generando humedad.

Lo único bueno es el Oxxo que está a un lado del hotel De colonial no tiene nada
Verified traveler (6/5): Good location, couple of details - Staff was ok, location is great as it is a five minute walk to the cathedral, on my first night I noticed a small cockroach on the room floor and the bathroom had a humid/wet smell.
