- Franklin Delano (6/5): - The facility was not kept up properly, leaky bathtub shower. Lack of hot water. Breakfast was extremely limited. But it was on a busy street/highway with lots of options. Housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping the room cleaned. But the staff and pretty much everyone in El Salvador has limited English so if you can’t speak Spanish u will have major difficulty communicating

- Flor (6/5): - The staff wasn't that friendly and courteous, only 3 of them were very pleasant. At the last day of our stay, our AC stopped working, a personal came to see it and he told us to leave it off for 30 minutes. It was time to check out and Noone came by to fix it. We booked for four people and they only honored three meals for breakfast, didn't understand that part. Over all is a nice hotel, there were a lot of amenities close by, and it was very clean.

The rooms are a little dated, they can use a microwave and a mini refrigerator. All in all is was a pleasant stay and if we had to the area again we would stay here.

- Mariela (6/5): - El hotel esta regular, luce mozderno y limpio Sin embargo la habitación podría mejorar El A/C si bien si funcionaba pero no se podía regular ni la temperatura nisiquiera la intensidad del flujo de aire estaba directo, el agua caliente no estaba funcionando, y gran parte de la mañana la piscina no estaba disponible por lo que ni la pudimos utilizar, no fue sino hasta que hicimos check out que finalmente la habilitaron, decepcionante la verdad. El restaurante ni se diga, pésimo servicio, a pesar de que al momento de hacer uso del restaurante éramos los únicos tardaron 1 hora en brindarnos nuestro pedido, que solamente eran una hamburguesa sencilla y un sándwich. Ojalá y mejoren esos problemas.

De otra manera no había referencia de nuestro pago y reservación. Personal poco atento y amable.- Siempre es bueno ver sonreir al menos.
