Cheryl (1/5): Did not stay at all - Nothing We always stay with you when traveling and I've always given excellent reviews. This time however, I tried to cancel our reservation because our guys were already done with the job in the area and did not need to come back this week. I was unable to get ahold of anyone, nor did anyone respond to my cancellations request or messages! There is a HUGE lack of customer service!! To not be able to get ahold of anyone at the hotel for a week is completely unacceptable!

It was quiet one night of my stay sounded like construction but overall a good stay. Sorry but I didn't like the shower drainage. It took a long time for the water to drain. I couldn't stand in the tub.

We needed to an second room and the staff at the desk was very welcoming and even gave us a discount due to the nature of our last minute room addition. Breakfast was pretty basic, as most hotels seem to be anymore. My daughter has a gluten/dairy allergy so it would be nice to see some dairy free or gluten free options added to breakfast buffets.

I felt like that should’ve been revealed to us in advance. We had to use two containers a bottle of water and try to get by. Also made me feel funny about using the shower. Was it safe?

Adrianne (7/5): Overall worth the price. - The room was clean and a nice size. The air was set low when I arrived which was pleasant. The breakfast was typical of a hotel breakfast. The room had paper thin walls. I got woken up at 11:30pm and 6 am from the room next door's family laughing and screaming. I had to turn the TV on just to drown out the noise. In the morning, when I went to take belongings to my car, I had to walk through 3 employees staning at the door smoking.

The staff was absolutely outstanding, the facility was spotless, our room was immaculate and very well stocked, including a special touch with our bathroom towels and the morning breakfast was super fresh & beyond what we could of imagined. If we absolutely had to give one thing that was slightly off compared to the rest of the whole facility, it would be that the outside could of used a ‘little’ weeding…but that would be the only potential downfall…and really, that would be a stretch!!! Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee etc… I realize it’s continental breakfast but whether I’m the first one in or the last one closer to 10:00, there should be more things in the containers. The sides to put on the oatmeal in little plastic bags would have maybe 3 raisins, no granola , no brown sugar . I decided to get a bagel and you could tell it was so dry . A piece of bread in a sandwich baggie marked with a good date but it was cracked all the way through and split apart . That only happens when the bread is dry and old. The hard boiled egg bowl …… empty . Had to ask for some which she did bring. Pastry container needed some added . The room and everything else was fine but the freshness and not having enough out would be my complaint I guess .

Got our key, went to our room, unpacked and thermostat doesn’t work. Called front desk. “Yes? We’ve been having problems in that room with the the sensors. I probably shouldn’t have given you that room.” MO FRIcKINgkidding! No, “I’m sorry” but rather, “ if you come down to get the key, I’ll give you another room”…..pack everything back up and move down the hall. Breakfast bar was sorry! Have o key stayed at one Microtel before, this was my second. Never again!

There really were no options outside of a non working waffle machine and no eggs no breakfast meats. Just buscuits and gravy in a crockpot. There was also room temp yogurt toast etc

The wheelchair ramp was also tricky because the parking lot is small. However, the accessible room with adjoining room was really great.
