• ユカリ (8/5): 安くお部屋も広くお得感。 - 思ったよりお部屋が広く快適に過ごせました。駅近でホテルもすぐに見つけられました。 スタッフの方も笑顔で接してくださりとても気分の良い宿泊が出来ました。どうもありがとうございました。 建物自体が古かったです。でもそれも老舗と思えば大丈夫です。

• Suzhen (7/5): Good - Great location, just 1–2 minutes walk from Yeonsan station. Surrounded by tasty restaurants, convenience stores, and even Daiso. Easy to travel anywhere since it’s an inter-transit station. The room had floor heating, very comfy! Bathroom was clean and spacious. Though the room and facilities looked a bit old, they were well maintained. A bit noisy at night due to the main road, but we slept well after a long day out, haha. Would definitely recommend!
• Marilyn (8/5): Excellent Value, Good location (2 metro lines) Friendly Staff made for a comfortable stay. - Excellent location just 2 mins walk from the Metro station exit with a lift. Great metro/bus links to more touristy places. Reception was staffed 24/7, and they were all so friendly and helpful. Room and public areas clean and tidy. 2 Lifts - so never a long wait. Loved that my room had a bath (not just a shower), and the bed was comfortable. Down on the ground floor - separate from the hotel is a great Cafe/bakery SHEEP COFFEE It did not bother me at all but as others have said...The hotel is a little old fashioned. Still it is well maintained.

• Jacette (9/5): Superb - The room was very spacious and clean. They do daily housekeeping as well. They have A/C since the room can get quite warm. Easy check in / out. Very comfortable bed and room. Location was quite hard to locate via Naver Maps. I used the Daiso location or Yeonsan station instead. The shower heater can be inconsistent - sometimes it takes forever for the water to start heating up, sometimes it's fast.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 가성기 아주좋아요 - 저렴한 편이었어서 처음엔 청결도나 서비스가 괜찮을까?라고 생각했었습니다. 다행히 아주 깨끗하고 서비스도 너무 친절하셔서 매우 만족 스러웠습니다. 난방도 따뜻해서 푹 잘수 있었구요! 가성비 숙소인거에 비해 위치,청결도,생수나 욕실도구 서비스등 훌륭했습니다. 아쉬운점은 화장실 문이 뻑뻑해서 잘 안닫혔고 테이블 무드등이 고장난것 같았습니다. 그리고 저녁때 형광등이 좀 어두운 편이에요. 두번째로 외출할때마다 키를 맡기고 가야해서 번거로움이 있는데 분실위험 때문이라 이해되지만 조금 당황스럽긴 했어요~잠깐 자고가기엔 나쁘지 않은데 이 부분들만 조금 개선되면 좋을것 같습니다! 다음번에 부산 올일이 있으면 재방문 의사 있습니다.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The wifi was pretty good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The curtains are too thin to stop the sunlight in the morning.

• SEUNGYONG (8/5): 연산로타리 비지니스 호텔 - 조금 연식이 있는 연산로타리에 가까운 비지니스호텔 착한 가격에 혼자 자기 편안함. 부근에 편의 시설이 많기에 전혀 불편함 없고 유흥가에 가까운 거리지만 층수가 있기에 중심가 대로 부근이지만 조용했음. 숙박당일 휴일이라 그런지 투숙객이 없어 조식 서비스 안되고 주차 편안하게 했고. 숙박객이 없었기에 조용하게 숙박함. 화장실은 크지 않지만 탕도 있고 비데고 설치 되어 있음 TV가 조금 작은게 단점이고 생수 2개랑 목욕수건 대 2. 소 2 . 탁자와 의다 2개..입구에 옷장등 침대도 적당했고 여름이라 그런지 얇은 이불 하나 뿐이라 에어컨 조절 잘해야함 5만원에 시내 호텔 가성비 좋았음

It's a bit old, like other reviews mention, but in our room everything worked well and it was actually cozy. The area is nice, very close to Yeonsan subway station. Sinchon and Geojecheon streets crossroad has plenty of wonderful places to eat. The elevator stops at 3 floor every time, which is a little irritating.

• Cyriac (7/5): Tolerable considering the rate paid compared to other properties in the area - but could be made much better with a litt - Good location - close to the Metro station and the station was convenient to cover most parts of Busan as both lines 1 and 2 passed through the nearest station - which was 3 minutes walk from the hotel entrance. Decent parking facilities provided. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. very old property - not too well maintained. Carpeting on our floor lobby badly needed replacement. Room was provided with paper cups for coffee - and no spoon / stirrer provided. water and light in the bathroom kept switching off at regular intervals for some reason. Hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor and lift stops there every time you go up or down. Housekeeping staff left small face towels instead of bath towels in both our rooms one day - no attention to details

• Hiroshi (10/5): - 今回BTSのコンサートの為に利用しました。アジアド競技場まで２駅。乗り換えも便利で、駅から徒歩２－３分で、本当に便利でした。すぐにわかりました。 お部屋も思った以上に広々としていて、靴を脱ぐような場所もありスリッパもありました。 ブサンは、ニュースでも取り上げられていましたが、コンサート期間、値段が高騰していると話題になっていましたが、こちらのホテルは、とても良心的で本当にいつもと変わらない安い値段で宿泊できました。便乗値上げが多い中で、本当にこの値段で止まらせてもらえて、フロントのおじさんも、とても親切で感動しました。 釜山の人は本当に優しい人が多いですね。

• Lisa (4/5): - まず、部屋に入った途端に喉がイガイガして、慌てて窓を開けました。それと廊下が節電対策なのか暗い。 スタッフは良い方でしたが、日本語がほぼ通じないので、韓国語が喋れない方は翻訳アプリを使うか英語でのやり取りになります。 部屋のカーテンも破れてて、冷蔵庫が壊れていたのにはびっくりしましたが、最低限の掃除はできていますし、ベッドの硬さはまずまず。 少しでも安く泊まりたいならいいかも知れませんが、次はないかな。

• Yuko (8/5): 蓮山駅にある便利でエコノミーな宿 - 我が家の釜山の常宿です。 日本人には馴染みのない蓮山駅にあるため以前は日本人客が少なかったのが、中国人団体客が減ったせいか日本人団体客が爆発的に増えてました。 そのおかげで以前はなかった日本語の部屋案内が出来てました。 日本人的にプラスポイントは、ウォシュレットがあることとウォーターサーバがエレベーター前にあるので滞在中水を買わなくていいこと。 マイナス点は、いつものことだけどオンドルが暑すぎることとコンセントが少ないので色々いっぺんに充電できないこと、あとちょっと古いことかな。 値段が安いし、蓮山駅は海雲台方面に行くのもチャガルチや西面に比べると便利だし、夜は食べる場所がたくさんあるのでお勧めです。

• Ye Young (4/5): 비추 - 위치는 굿 첨 도착했을때 예약내역이 없다고.... 그래도 웃으면서 해결은 해주셨고 그다음날이 문제 체크아웃 되기전 이미 전화로 체크아웃 12시라고 안내받았고 알겠다고 했으며 그때 나간다고 했으나 방에서 나갈 준비를 하고 있을때 누가 노크도 없이 열쇠로 문을 열었고 이때는 체크아웃 시간이 되기 10분전이었는데 다행이 옷은 다 갈아입은 상태였네요. 불쾌한건 여기서였는데.. 이걸 열쇠를 반납할시 말하니 이해를 부탁하더군요. 제가 혼자 여행을 갔다면 그리고 옷을 갈아입고 있는 상황이었다면 굉장히 무서웠을 상황 근데 이해하라고?! 청소하시는 아주머니가 열었지만 굉장히 당황했고 놀랬고 무서웠는데 이해하라고? 하시더군요 전 굉장히 불만을 표현을 한 상황에 “이해하세요 청소 아줌마가 그럴수도 있지” 하는것임 하지만 체크 아웃 전이라 이해가 전혀 안되는 상황 여긴 가격이 저렴해서 간것은 맞는데 그래서 아주 친절한 서비스까지 바라진 않았지만 불쾌한 서비스를 두번 다시 경험 하고 싶지 않은곳 . 위치는 좋으나 저런 태도의 서비스라 비추천합니다. 제가 리뷰는 대부분 좋은것만 적는데...이런 리뷰도 적는 날이 생기는군요. 이런 일 있기전엔 담에 부산오면 와도 되겠다란 말을 했는데.. 이 일 이후 생각이 바뀌었고 두번 다시 안갑니다.

• Verified traveler (6/5): コンサートでの宿泊 - 釜山アジアード競技場でのコンサートの際に宿泊させてもらいました。 蓮山駅からすぐで交通の便は良いです。 少々年季は入っていますが、客室・水周りともに清潔にされていました。 ただ、バスタオルが置いていなかった点、エアコンの音がうるさかった点、テレビが作動しなかった点が気になりました。（夜遅かったのでフロントに聞きに行きませんでしたが、聞きに行けば対応してくれたのかもしれません。） 寝るだけの目的ならば十分なホテルだと思います。

He also see to it that I get a room change because I requested a room with a better view.

Excellent location with easy access to the train station (Yeonsan dong). Few cafes around the corner with nice ambience such as Paris Baguette. Also Skin care & cosmetic shops such as InnersFree, Convenience stores around the corner.

• Brine D. (6/5): If you need a place to sleep, you have one. - This hotel is convenient for last minutes options, which is what I needed at the time. It has the most basic things that a hotel is required to have and that is about it. The highlight was definitely the gentlemen working the front desk, who bent over backward to help me navigate the city and find what I was looking for. If you are in a bind and need a place to shelter for the night that isn't a hostel-as I was-this is the place for you. Besides that situation I would not recommend this hotel.

• Anonymous (6/5): Not exceptional, but very quiet - The Central Hotel was not very "central" according to locals and certainly not well-known. That it was conveniently located near a major subway stop, convenience store and cafe was nice, but it was otherwise a very basic hotel with few amenities. The front desk workers were friendly, but disinterested, they're English ability limited. But it was quiet, safe and warm. It would have been nice if the staff was able to help us find our way around the city, or suggest restaurants or places we could visit, but it just wasn't that kind of hotel. The hotel restaurant offered a substantial Western breakfast for 6000 won. That was convenient.
• Anonymous (6/5): clean in an old-town neighborhood - Hotel does not provide free breakfast but has a restaurant next to the lobby. While it was cold outside, the hotel rooms were overly hot. Only way to regulate the temperature is with an open window. The heated floor feels very nice but warps the vinyl. The hot water is scalding hot, be careful! Setting the right temperature for the shower is a bit tricky. Toilet contains a bidet as well. Hotel lobby is on the third floor of a high-rise. Internet is wire-less and reliably available only in the lobby. If possible, get a printout of the hotel name and address written in Korean. It makes it much easier for the taxi driver to find it.
• Anonymous (10/5): very nice hotel for the price. - very nice hotel for the price. the room is very clean and quiet. only a minute walk to the subway station where you can take #1 and #3line. wifi only available close to the reception counter( third floor), drinking water system(hot and cold) locat on every floor.

• Branislav (8/5): It is a rather nice and clean - It is a rather nice and clean hotel, located near a metro station (2 lines) which makes it easy to visit places in Busan. Breakfast was sort of one dimensional. Price was very good and the only problem was that personnel do not speak English (i do not speak Korean :)).

• Anonymous (6/5): The hotel was not in the best - The hotel was not in the best area of town. Location was close to a subway station making travel easy. Hotel required much renovation and updating. Rooms were neat and clean. There was no restaurant service for the majority of our stay. The restaurant was only opened when a large group was staying at the hotel. Price was very reasonable and rooms were large enough to accomodate a family stay.
• Benitolop (4/5): Good hotel but old - Experience was good; staffs are friendly and speak good English. Bathroom is not very clean and a noisy fridge is in the room. Location is perfect. Price-quality is OK.
