- Jie (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is convenient right next to the lake on a street with shops and restaurants. The rooftop is nice with a view. We enjoyed the stay. The only issue we had was that the water from the shower head was not hot enough, we had to use the lower part of the shower.

They arranged everything for our trek including transportation and an amazing guide. The lakefront is just around the corner, only 3 minutes away. A fresh and hearty breakfast was included. It was absolute perfection.

- Rosalind (10/5): - On our return from our long trek, the staff at Hotel Adam were once again genuinely friendly and could not do enough for us. Our room was excellent value for money with a balcony overlooking the lake. We had a brilliant thai massage recommended by Adam,and also took a balloon flight over the lake and near by valley. The views were breathtaking and we were so grateful that Adam recommended the sunrise flight allowing us to see sunrise over the mountains. The breakfasts were excellent and staff always attentive and on hand whenever needed. The infinity pool overlooking the lake was very clean and gave views over the mountains. We were overwhelmed by the service and facilities here and couldn't believe what a hidden gem we had come across and recommend it without hesitation. Thank you so much to you Adam and your staff, you made our stay so special.

- Rosalind (8/5): - We arrived late to Hotel Adam and were overwhelmed by the kindness of the staff. Even though the restaurant was closed, the staff still provided us with hot food and a welcome beer. We were leaving early the following morning, before they started serving breakfast, despite this we were provided with a breakfast to go. We are returning to the hotel for a few nights after our trek and we have been given a free upgrade on the room. The welcome and service have been exceptional and we would thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel.
- Marie-Antonia (6/5): Nice mid-range hotel in the centre of Pokhara. - The staff was lovely and the rooftop pool is a definite bonus, but during our two nights stay there was loud construction noise both in the hotel and the neighbouring property until well into the night.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely rooftop view. Mixed feelings overall. - I had a bit of a mixed experience. What saved it was the lovely view from the rooftop and breakfast, and some of the staff was outstanding. However, the condition of my bathroom was terrible; it wasn't clean, the window sill was caked with dust, and they constructed a makeshift drainage pipe that leaked onto the bathroom floor and was affixed to the wall, haphazardly and messy, with plaster and handprints. When I went to address it, the owner chastised me, telling me to be quiet; he was talking. He made me feel bad that I got the room at such a low rate. (It was low season) But since I looked unhappy, he would upgrade my room for a price when all I wanted was a clean room. (The bed was comfortable, though the city view overlooked brooms and buckets) The other issue was the construction in progress; it was noisy, and my room was not soundproof! Awakened early in the morning by some of the workers who would talk loudly in the halls or the banging overhead. Given all of that, I would consider returning for a nicer room with a view or after construction has ceased.

Plusieurs services disponibles à la réception,monnaie exchange, buanderie , activités touristiques et billet d’avion pour Katmandou. Personnelle attentif !!! Je recommande cette hôtel.
- Morten (10/5): Heart of Pokhara - A great hotell in the heart of the lake side part of the city. Very nice rooms with balcony and view to the lake. Nice rooftop restaurant and also a rooftop pool. The staff was very helpful and outside the hotel you have everything. It’s also a thai massage together with a very good thai restaurante at the hotel. Can absolut reccomand this hotel.

Adam was super helpful, though some information was not correct (i.e., I asked if I could use an app for transport from the airport to the hotel and he said yes, but this is not permitted-- and on this point, take up his offer for transport as the price is better than the taxis). That said, I returned and stayed again because I liked the place so much!

- Neil (10/5): - The owner, known to all as Adam is a delightful host. We stayed in his new wing and from our room we could see parts of the lake and a view of the mountains. We were lucky to see the mountains as the had been obscured for a fortnight or more. Although the hotel faces a busy street the road beside it is quiet and leads to to the lakeside where there are many small restaurants. Adam also runs a trekking company and therefore can arrange anything from a day out visiting important sites around Pokhara to major Annapurna treks. Altogether a very well priced homely hotel.

- FRANK (8/5): Really nice stay in Pokhara - Adam the owner of the hotel is really friendly and knowlegible. The view on the roof restaurant is really a big pleasure. Although the car which we rent was different from which was told in the deal, but Adam is a considerate boss who cares for his labor, which made me calm for the next journal. And indeed, the car trip was so good to see around Nepal back to Kathmandu, the driver Bejaypur was a good man, his son as well as his brother Sachin were good company, we had a good time togethher. Recommended!!!

Bags were carried up to our room, during breakfast he shared us info about the surrounding mountains and activities in Pokhara and he exchanged us USD at market rate. Our rooms was simple but clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and accommodated our every request including at very late check out on our last day. Breakfast on the roof terrace was wonderful and the views of the Phewa Tal and the mountains were stunning. Convenient access to all the action of Lakeside.

- Joanne (10/5): Roof-top with amazing view! - Hotel Adam is central to literally* everything in the downtown sector, crucial for those in Pokhara for only a short time. We flew in, paid about $ 3 USD by taxi from the airport. The hotel's roof-top restaurant of both the lake & Mount Fish Tail was simply spectacular -- an incredible way to start one's day. They offer abundant choices for a filling breakfast (( try the oatmeal with fruit & honey )) with the Hotel itself just footsteps from many other eating places, cafes & shopping. "Mr. Adam" & his family were additionally very helpful to orientate us as tourists; they ensured we caught the right bus on time & advised on which taxi to take to get us here & there. But, besides that, I'd be hard pressed to know which other hotel could offer a similarly amazing view of the natural surroundings -- that itself was worth every penny!

- keith w (10/5): Very nice hotel right at the heart of lakeside . - All of the staff are very nice people and most concerned that your stay will be the very best.The ladies that keep your room tidy and change your linen are lovely. The boys that cook and serve you breakfast are a delight,and breakfast is very good on the rooftop overlooking the lake. At all times management are concerned with your comfort .The travel shop at the front of the hotel offers great service ,I had a lovely stay thank you Hotel Adam I will return.
- Alicia (8/5): Good Place to Stay, Right at the Heart of Pokhara - Great location, near the Lakeside, plenty of great dining places nearby as the street is a tourist area. Convenient travelling agency right at the hotel to all modes of transportation and adventure sports. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. We had requested for breakfast to be prepared as early as 5am for our trekking trip to Kande, in which to our delight, the staff obliged. Cockroach found in the room, but swiftly taken care off by the staff.

Hotel Adam was the absolute best place we have stayed throughout all of those travels. We initially booked 2 nights with Hotel Adam and ended up staying 12 nights! Here are a few highlights: - Absolutely gorgeous rooftop view that is available from morning to night. We ate our breakfast there every morning and went up to enjoy it many afternoons, too. - The service and hospitality of Adam himself and the entire staff is particularly outstanding. On a daily basis, our questions were answered, our requests promptly responded to, and we received many offers to help (from doctor and pharmacy recommendations, to directions, to arranging taxis, buses, and so much more) - We trusted Adam entirely with our important belongings during our hike on the Annapurna Circuit. They had an organized and secure system for everything we put into their trust. - We received very helpful and detailed information for our trek. Hotel Adam's travel and trekking services is one of the most renowned for a reason. - The internet is very fast and reliable! - The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. - The breakfast included with our stay was so good! When we were on our Annapurna hike, I had dreams about returning for Hotel Adam's breakfast! - We highly, highly recommend Hotel Adam to travelers. They will make your stay smooth, comfortable, safe, and easy. We hope to stay there again!

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the restaurants, shops etc. Rooftop restaurant overlooks the lake. The owner was extremely helpful with everything! The room was spacious and the shower had hot/cold water with great pressure. The bed was comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. If we ever go back we would stay there again.

I live in Nepal so understand load shedding, but there needs to be at the bare minimum a fan powered by battery/inverter back up. My room looked squarely onto a residential building. I didn't want to watch them going about their lives.

VERY annoying not to be able to charge mobile, camera and computer in your room - only possibility was in the reception... Powercuts only reason for only 3 stars out of 5
