stephen (8/5): - Lovely friendly lady Sue welcoming you and taking care of any requests. Very convenient location. Compromise is it is on the main road so noisy in the morning.
Joe (8/5): - When we arrived the owners weren't there, but when we spoke to them on the phone they told us how to gain access to the property and our room and couldn't be any more helpful if they tried. Great location in the centre of Bowness, traffic noise early morning is something to consider if you are not used to it. Comfy bed and tv linked to the internet.
Sandy (8/5): - Location is perfect, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, a 5 min walk to Bowness pier. Room is very clean. Close to Main Street- hear vehicle sounds during night.

Bed and pillows very comfortable, slept like a baby. Continental breakfast (due to Covid) was ok, but would have preferred proper breakfast. Highly recommended
