The room was very clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed that allowed us to sleep very well. We especially appreciated the host family, as they were incredibly kind, warm and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel at home right away. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others! There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met our expectations.

The ladies at the hotel are lovely and very helpful re local information - the hotel is spotless and the rooms are a decent size with good air con, showers and water provided with fridge. It has good quality charging ports and Wi-Fi. There is a balcony with drying area. There is coffee, juice and biscuits in reception area. This was one of our favourite places to stay and it was good value. Nothing

Удобные жёсткие матрасы, одеяло ( при работающем кондиционере это прекрасно)! Хорошее белье, отличный напор воды в душе. Шторы блэк аут. Расположение удачное, в тихом районе, недалеко ночной рынок на набережной, белый храм, ТЦ, 7/11 и прочее. За доплату разрешили остаться днём подольше, что дало возможность гулять без чемоданов, вернуться в номер, привести себя в порядок и поехать вечером в аэропорт-нам повезло и был свободный номер на это время. Очень приятные, добрые хозяйки. Нам все понравилось, обязательно вернёмся. Просто обратите внимание, что нет лифта и хрупкие женщины не смогут помочь с тяжёлыми чемоданами на подъем по лестнице! В остальном, отель отличный!

Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber, es gab eine super Ausstattung mit Balkon und allem, was man braucht. Geräumiges und sauberes Bad. Die Lage etwas am Rand aber in 3 Minuten Fußweg ist man am Fluß und in 5 Minuten auf dem nächsten Nightmarket. Rundum Top!

• Inken (10/5): Perfekt - Unser Aufenthalt im 9th House war fantastisch. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Tage in Krabi und haben von hier ein paar Tagesausflüge unternommen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist ein Familienbetrieb und wird von drei liebevollen Frauen geführt. Alles war sehr sehr sauber, täglich gibt es frisches Wasser und Handtücher und optional ist immer eine Zimmerreinigung möglich. Uns wurden auf Nachfrage die Tagesausflüge organisiert und ein entsprechender Preisnachlass angeboten. Alles hat super mit direkter Abholung vom 9th House funktioniert. Bereits bei der Ankunft haben uns die Gastgeber ausführlich über unsere möglichen Aktivitäten informiert und sie waren stets sehr bemüht uns unseren Aufenthalt zu versüßen. Am Morgen gibt es die Möglichkeit ein paar Kleinigkeiten und einen Kaffee zu konsumieren. Auf Nachfrage kann man auch sein Essen bei Ihnen in der Küche erwärmen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein Aufenthalt hier ist wirklich mehr als zu empfehlen!

• Emma (10/5): A really great base to spend a few days in Krabi - Good location and in easy walking distance, helpful staff , access to a kettle in the lobby for hot drinks , some snacks and a fridge in the room, clean and tidy, a rack for your case , drying rack on the balcony , fresh towels daily and water. Comfortable beds and fairly quiet even from noise of nearby bars. Nothing that comes to Mind . You are asked to remove your shoes which may bother some people But they have a bench outside to sit on and ‘slippers ‘ available .

• Virginie (10/5): Clean, Comfortable and Conveniently Located - I stayed three nights at this hotel, which is perfectly located in Krabie Old Town. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and a beautiful view. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but there’s a café right across the street that opens early and serves delicious, inexpensive breakfasts. The ladies who run the hotel are friendly and always happy to give helpful advice. I highly recommend this place! /
• Kaufmann (10/5): Ruhig, sauber und hilfsbereit für weitere Reisen - Wir waren für eine Nacht dort. Das Hotel ist blitzblank und ruhig gelegen, die Eigentümerin äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer gab es Wasser, Kaffe und Tee. Im Eingangsbereich zudem noch kleine Snacks und Bananen. Insgesamt ein super Preis- Leitungsverhältnis.

Would prefer to have coffee maker in the room, although the coffee machine in the lobby was quite good. Leaving shoes in the lobby was a slight inconvenience, although reasonable in Thailand.

She even helped us with booking a long taxi ride and went above and beyond. The hotel felt very clean as a whole. Our room was great, we had everything we needed and a great view from the balcony. It was nice and quiet. We had to leave early the next morning and the owner made sure we had coffee and what we needed before leaving. There was nothing we didn't like, apart from not staying longer ☺️

• Patrick (10/5): Excellent hôtel à Krabi - L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il est très propre et vraiment bien tenu par deux sœurs adorables, sérieuses et professionnelles. La chambre est propre, grande, avec un lit confortable, grande douche, climatisation, petit balcon, frigidaire. L'hôtel est calme. Pour prendre le p'tit dej, il y a le café 89 juste en face ou pleins d'autres opportunités juste à côté. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

• Debra (10/5): Excellent Hotel for a Stay in Krabi Town! - Ideal hotel for a stay in Krabi Town! We were flying out the next morning so the 9th House was close to the airport, 5 minutes walk from various restaurants, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, and our room on the 3rd floor was very quiet. The whole place is sparkling clean. And it is very affordable. The helpful owner booked a taxi to the airport for us, and provided lots of information about activities nearby. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there is coffee / tea in the lobby and a fridge in the room, making it easy to have a few provisions for an early breakfast. The night market nearby would be a good place to pick up fresh fruit the night before. Nothing - everything was great.
• Katja (10/5): Great cozy stay, nice warm staff, clean facilities and great location - The room was spotlessly clean. The room is minimally furnished, but included everything you’d need. The bed is also really comfortable. The staff were always trying to be helpful, asking what our plans were for each day, and giving us advice on how to get the most out of our time in Krabi. Even though breakfast is not listed as available, they have offered tea and coffee along with sticky rice throughout the day. The location is perfect with everything you could want nearby, if you’re looking to stay in Krabi specifically.

• Melanie (10/5): great place that has everything you need :) - the house was extraordinarily clean, the owner and her team were super kind, helpful and made great suggestions about what to do in and around krabi town! it was also possible to book trips and transport to our next hotel via the 9th house, which was quite convenient for us. in the morning we also got very good coffee and little regional treats from the morning market in the hotel. the location was great, a lot of good restaurants were nearby and it was only 5 minutes to the pier were you can take the long tail boat to railay beach. our stay was amazing but because of the hot weather it got quite warm during the night when we turned off the air conditioning.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, the place is spotless clean, location is great with lots of nice cafes and restaurants. If you want to go to the public beaches by boat, there is a pier just around the corner, and if you want to go by taxi, you can find a local taxi in just a 5 min walk.
