Ambiance and location of dome resort is fabulous. I was highly impressed by service provided to the guest specially thanks to Hardeep for giving great service and being humble with us. The breakfast was outstanding along with lunch and dinner. Morever, the hotel was well maintained by the management. I am looking forward to make new trip next year to same place.

The staff are wonderfully welcoming and work together like a family, delivering exceptional service. Niko and Maria keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. The food selection is varied, with plenty of fresh salads and everything kept spotless and tidy. And a special mention to Eleftheria, the lovely and cheerful cleaner who greeted us every morning with a big smile. Thanks to everyone for a truly memorable vacation X

We had a very special holiday at Dome hotel, everything is just amazing 🤩 everything is worthy to try, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, coffee, and all other drinks and food! There are a main restaurant, an Italian, Greek and Japanese! All of them are great! The one we liked the most is the Japanese and of course the waiter Rajish, he is a very lovely guy We also like the services of Amera and her husband, they were such a lovely couple, always there for any help, they were very kind to us and always smiling 😊 Maria is also a very nice person, she always there for any help and ready to listen to anything you want to share with her! The area is very beautiful and the weather is nice, the beach is cool, the sunset is great We loved the place, the people and all the staff in the hotel Thank you for everything and we will be back again! 🫶😍

For desserts, there were only three cakes and that was it. The food selection was definitely poor. The interior could also use some renovation, such as the doors and faucets.

- peterfH4320GF (10/5): The peacefull side of Ayai Napa - I spent five weeks in the east of Cyprus, staying in five different hotels, and Dome Beach was by far the best. The location is perfect for a relaxing and luxurious stay, with huge outdoor spaces that lead directly to the beach and offer views of the Marina. My room was modern, comfortable, and spotless. The staff consistently went above and beyond throughout my stay, and the variety of food and drinks meant I never felt the need to leave the resort. Dome Beach is an excellent choice if you want a complete, self-contained hotel experience.

Food was fabulous and other activities as well. Specially guy named as Harry Hardeep is highly recommend able person. He has good knowledge of resort and other places. He guided us very well which makes ur holidays extremely enjoyable.

We had two rooms, one for the grandparents and one for our family-of-four room right next to it. We all had a side view on the sea, beautiful sunset view. Rooms were spacious, cleaned everyday, bedsheets and all towels changed everyday as well. All swimming pools open in mid-November. Very comfortable sunbeds there. The ones on the beach costed 2.50€ for one, the same for umbrella. Food was ok, many options for everyone, meals for kids. We loved the sea and the beaches, Makronissos stole our hearts - clear blue and turqoise water, shallow for children. Nissi Beach and Ayia Napa Marina walking distance from the hotel, shop also nearby. The only thing missing for kids was some playground (there is some kids club room, but it was closed in Nov).

The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast has a very large selection. The waiters at the bar are very friendly and always nice. The entertainer Nino is very accommodating and motivating. He is particularly good with children and his interaction with all guests is very pleasant and friendly. I'd love to come back!

We return to Dome Beach Hotel & Resort every year, and this summer was our third visit — and once again, everything was absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you goes to Maria, the amazing Guest Relationship Manager, whose warmth and personal attention always make us feel truly welcome. We also deeply appreciate Nikos, the Restaurant Manager, who ensures every meal is a pleasure, and Pascalis, the Hotel Manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the excellent service throughout the hotel. And of course, Antonia at the reception — always kind, helpful, and ready with a smile. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly maintained, and the atmosphere is just special. - Kazarina (10/5): Fab family holiday - We travelled as a group of 8. Such a lovely hotel, all the staff were so hardworking, friendly and made us all feel special. It was spotless everywhere in and around the hotel. Food was plentiful with lots of choice. Honestly we don’t have a bad word to say. Only one tiny downside is we couldn’t get booked into the Greek restaurant, maybe it would be an idea to change the booking system that you can do that at the beginning of your holiday rather than on the day. Location was great right on the beach and a small walk to the main road where you could catch a bus. Timetables are right by the lifts. My girls enjoyed the volleyball net with friends they made. We all agreed that we would visit again.

With small kid its really good to have pools and also 2 beaches near the hotel. We will definitely come back next season.

The entertainment team work hard and Nino is a superstar ! He’s a gift with the kids and a wonderful gent with the grown ups. This is a perfect stay. Try it. You’ll thank yourself. Maria is very good and spoke with us on many occasions So nice to have people at the hotel that actually care about people's experience. Jane was a gem too and we are sad to beeaving today but will definately be back next year

There are many people who made our stay just amazing. But there have been a few special. These are Jana, Nino, who have been fantastic. They have made our holiday. Maria, George, Savas have been very welcoming. Johnny and Kawah, Kalaf have been very nice too. We will definitely be returning very soon. AMAZING!!!

This completely changed my mood. We had a great time play in the multi court. He was around the next day for more activities. Make sure you find him when you are here. Sun, sea and fun.

- 967alexeya (10/5): Awesome service and staff - What an amazing place to stay! The best thing is the service, especially Khalaf who served us during lunch and dinner every day. I have stayed at many places and I have never experienced such fantastic customer service as I did with Khalaf, he went above and beyond in helping us with anything we needed and also had a very kind and friendly attitude in everything he did (always smiling!!) The hotel was great as it is, good food and location, but our experience with Khalaf serving us made the stay perfect, we felt very looked after and happy. (All the staff are fantastic by the way, just Khalaf really stood out to us in making our holiday great) We are definitely coming back!!

Every morning and evening beautiful views of the Makronissos landscape. Holiday with my two year old son. Everything within walking distance. Excellent staff they love children. Jana on bar close poll for small children is really nice person. She and all staff always put a smile on our son's face. Thank you very much for a wonderful time 🙏
- TheSheppards32 (10/5): Highly recommend for a family holiday - Had the most relaxing holiday I think I have ever had. 3 adults and 2 kids staying in rooms 121 and 123. The rooms were very spacious with plenty of storage space and were kept clean by the beautiful Nikki, who always had a smile and friendly conversation. Antonia on reception was really helpful whenever we had a query. Sunbeds are spaced in twos around the grounds and we never had an issue getting one although we were early risers. Most around the pool were taken between 7.30 and 8.30am but there plenty more free near the beach until much later in the morning. Watched the most amazing sunrises and sunsets from the beach. Buffet pretty much the same as you would expect from any AI, the waiting staff come to your table at lunch and dinner to take your drinks orders - special mention to Khaled and Amera who were dedicated to their roles. We ate at 2 of the other restaurants - the Japanese and the Greek. Both served delicious food and I would recommend using them. The Entertainment every evening for both kids and adults - Savas behind the bar was amazing and produced the best cocktails, even going off menu and serving me my favourite Long Island iced tea. A few cats around the hotel and they are very well looked after, they are fed regularly and the hotel ensures they have attention from the vet when needed. They are not shy and will come and sit on your subbed for a cuddle if you let them - very clean and all have been treated. Lastly the wonderful Maria who despite being exceptionally busy and never seeming to stop, always took the time to ensure that the guests were happy and had all they needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Ayia Napa.

The staff are absolutely exceptional led by the multi talented Maria who is outstanding manager. Beach is stunning world class, its run by the municipality so you have to pay. We had room 26.. spacious , main bed was super comfy however the sofa bed for children had a ridiculous thin mattress, the cleaning staff did give us a second mattress but it wasn't much better.. rooms cleaned everyday..

Ayia Napa city centre is not very far from dome resort everything is closed to hotel supermarkets New Ayia Napa Marina also hotel is located near to the beach that is the good thing for individuals they come or enjoyed sunny days. On the other hand,We are not fussy in case of food so Hotel food is nice specially breakfast is very good we loved toast or croissant!! Lunch or dinner also great with lots of different salads we really enjoyed our holidays Next year we allready made a plan to come one more time at dome resort

- jacquig336 (10/5): Amazing holiday - We are sat at the airport having spent 10 fantastic nights at Dome beach hotel. We have had the best holiday in a fantastic hotel. All the staff from reception, restaurant and bars take pride in giving the best service being friendly, helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel was well presented and very clean. There were plenty of sunbeds by either of the two pools, grass area (no sunbed wars) which was a refreshing change. There was also the option of paying a small fee for sunbeds on the beach which are owned by the local authority. Restaurant food was of high quality but did become a little repetitive after a week but having the 3 restaurants helped to resolve this. The Greek, Italian and Japanese restaurants were thoroughly enjoyable. It was a great addition to have a DJ in the beach bar late afternoon and then the main bar early evening before the entertainment. The local spirits used in the bars were thoroughly enjoyable. Live guitar with Joel on Friday evening was brilliant. The WiFi coverage wasn’t great outside the hotel building, ie. Outside dining area and bar, beach bar was fine as had its own WiFi. Would like to mention 2 special ladies who went above and beyond to help us, they will know who they are if they read this review. We are planning to return next year. Jon

They had a lot of fun either in the pools or on the beach, playing in the sand and swimming in the sea. The hotel is just perfect, it is located on very beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water with perfect entrance for children. (If you want to be exactly near the water on the beach the price is 7.5 euro a day for 2 sunbeds and one umbrella, all the beaches in cyprus are from the authorities). Otherwise you can stay at sunbeds from the hotel which are in the back of the beach. Or at the pool. There is a perfect pool for children with small waterslides. The food and drinks were absolutely delightfull and you have also the option to book in advance with one day for dinner at one of the 3 specific restaurants: japanese, greek, italian. The stuff was very friendly and always cleaning and keeping everything perfect. They even served drinks during lunch and dinner time at the table (which is rare at all inclusove within thos budget). The room was huge (the biggest one we ever seen until now) and very clean. The ladies clean it every day and changed the towels. The night activities were very nice for adults and for kids as well. It was one of our best vacations and also our 4 year old child mentioned that. We will visit for sure this hotel again and again! Until now we experienced several times greece and turkey at All inclusive, but this hotel was by far the best until now! We have stayed for one week 19-26 october in room 84! - 591gilliank (6/5): Disappointing - We loved the position and ambience of the hotel on the beach , some members of staff were great , others a little aloof. Room was adequate although bathroom furnishings were caked in lime scale and the pillows were awful ( we had them changed but they were just as bad) . What really let this hotel down was its food and drink , definitely not 4* . We have stayed in many 4* hotels and this was just poor, only good thing was the salads at lunchtime , the spirits were really appalling and there was no Cava/prosecco on the AI which has never been the case in any other hotels we have stayed in . We ended up going out for a descent dinner .

- rainersM4151NZ (10/5): On more time - After staying for the 17th and 18th time at THE DOME in June and September this year I have to say that almost all of the good things I described in my previous reviews are still there. In addition, there were many changes; the most important is that there are the new wooden sunbeds around the main pool which are very comfortable. Unfortunately, in September the indoor Zephyros bar at the lobby floor was closed so that in the evening there was no chance to find a silent place to chill. The best outlet restaurant is the so-called ITALIAN where “Harry” Hardeep takes care of everything. I would give him a six out of five because he is very attentive and his service is excellent. All the dishes were delicious nevertheless I would prefer to have a menu available instead of the “Meze” style meal. Finally, I want to mention Antonia (front desk manager) who was very helpful in many situations; and Maria (guest relation manager) who knows everything what you like to know. See you again May 2026.

Thank you everyone! - Just at the end of an amazing 10 days at this hotel, this is my second stay here and it was even more amazing than the first time so many positive changes to the hotel since my visit last year and I can’t wait to see what else changes next year! Located on one of the most beautiful beaches, if you want place to relax then this place is perfect for that. All our special requests were taken on board and we was not disappointed, we specifically asked for room 73 as that was our room last year and we loved it.. this wasn’t an issue for the hotel at all. We did have an issue with the maid, as she wasn’t cleaning our room to a good standard and she got very annoyed and shouted at us cause we’d asked for fresh bedding for my 1 year old as she’d been sick in the night. This issue was very quickly resolved and our maid was changed straight away and the standard of cleaning massively improved Maria as always is so welcoming and helpful, always happy to have a chat and make sure you’re having the best time! All the staff are so polite and friendly from the restaurant staff, bar staff, the DJ, the pool attendants, receptionist to the cleaners and maintenance staff! All the staff here work tirelessly to make sure everyone is happy and the hotel is spotless An extra thank you to Rajesh, Deep, George and Nicos who work in the restaurant, they go above and beyond for the guests and always have time for a chat! Finally an extra special thank you to Ahmed, he made our stay at the dome beach so special and memorable, he is a true credit to the place and it wouldn’t be the same without his presence, my daughter was treated like royalty by all the staff but he really went above and beyond, they had an amazing bond and he always had time for her and he treated her like a princess My only criticism is the entertainment team, they made no effort and it felt like they’d rather be anywhere else rather than there, the girl that did the mini disco never interacted with any of the children and just didn’t seem to care at all This hotel really does feel like a second home and we can’t wait to return again next year!

As with all my stays, the hotel is very clean and the staff are all very friendly and attentive to your needs. The new chilled beach house area is beautiful. Sat right on the beach, it's the perfect place to relax with a nice cold drink and watch the world go by. There is a live DJ now setting the soundtrack to your holiday and it's great. Different music each day. As always the onsite restaurants are great and the food is fantastic!

We were very excited about this hotel before arriving based on all these good reviews but it turned out that they force you to write a good review on the spot (they don’t let you go until you write it). The service was nice before this but after they got what they wanted, they didn’t care about you. So don’t believe these reviews… The food wasn’t good and it was the same every day so no variation. The staff were not very helpful and they seemed to favour families. The staff doesn’t seem to communicate with each other and they don't know answers to very basic questions. And young women be aware of some of the male staff. One of them started to spam our phones and basically started to stalk us when we didn’t want to talk to him. When we turned him down, he started acting very cold and unfriendly and this kept happening the rest of our stay. And he still kept spamming our phones and didn't seem to understand the word no. There were a couple members of the staff that seemed genuinely nice and actually cared about how we were doing.

For the last nine years we have been coming here and every time we leave it’s like we are leaving family behind. From Pascal the manager, to Maria the most amazing helpful person who goes beyond her duties to make sure we have all we need to make our stay the best experience. Nicos makes sure the restaurant and facilities are run smoothly and also makes us feel so welcome. Antonia will greet you at reception and also make sure you feel welcomed to the Dome and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. - mmary637 (6/5): Nice hotel but more entertainment needed - Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly the location is not the best as there is nothing outside of the hotel you have at leased a 15 minute walk to the nearers shop or bars/restaurants the food is not the best just about manage the breakfast but the rest there was no proper variety and not enough choice for a 4 star hotel the location is great right on the beach but there is a lot of rocks going into the sea entertainment was the worse for a hotel with nothing outside you would think there would be better entertainment even for the kids it was the same songs every night and adult entertainment was nothing maybe you need to think about that and it advertised foam party and there wasn't one on so you need to undated you programme we did the Al a cart and didn't get the starter or the pudding or even coffee it was like they wanted us in and out quick not nice at all shame the hotel is nice and clean and staff seem nice but need some ideas putting into place and maybe you would get more repeat customers even some daytime entertainment and games of which there wasn't one

- PatrickCM001 (4/5): When hotel management fails… - We very looking forward to our vacation in the suite we booked including private pool. To our dispair, the information which was withheld is that it is right next to the hotel wedding venue and for the majority of our nights we had to suffer through loud music and drunk party goers. On one particular evening we had two sitting on our deck and shouting from the until the early morning hours. Not the best experience when you have a young child trying to sleep. I went to the reception the next day to ask for a manager but did not get any type of response. The lack of care and attention also pervades to maintenance questions. Door handles unrepaired, pool tiles lacking caulk making for sharp edges, outside shower broken etc. To make matters worse, the WiFi coverage is also insufficient even in the own room. The hotel boasts two restaurants which require booking ahead. I have tried to make reservations multiple times and each time the response was the same “They are fully booked” A curious response when the restaurants are completely empty every night. The staff is obviously told to give this response which is utterly disappointing. The location is nice and offers much potential if Dome Beach would be run by professionals who actually care about the guest experience. Value for money is just not there.
