• William (4/5): adequate if price is an issue, there are better options, but the Jersey Shore is expensive - convenient location, but no breakfast available and no eating options within walking distance, parking was easy. Older roadside motel showing its age. cleaning under the bed would have been nice. Bathroom tiny and toilet space miniscule. Sink loose and in danger of falling off wall. Shower was adequate. Constant water drip sounds inside the wall.

Clean and ultra comfortable room. Dan is really kind. There’s a hotel labradoodle that will become your very best friend. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back. N/a
• Rachel (8/5): - I only stayed to sleep before my night shift at the hospital, but the room was clean and comfortable. Nice size with a fridge/freezer. Had a little bonus area by the bathroom with a closet/cabinet. Owners were pleasant at check-in. Met my expectations and I will be back if they continue to be one of the better deals in the area. Lock could have been a bit more secure on the door.

• Guest (9/5): It's a great value!! Old but very clean!! - Very friendly owner when I checked in. He has owned this place for decades and we spoke about the area and how much it has changed since I was there last 25 years ago. It is an old motel but everything was in working order and the room was very clean. If you're looking for 5 star accommodations, this isn't it. But if you want a clean and secure place to stay that is near to all things in the area at a reasonable price, than definitely book this place!! I didn't have any issue but the Bathroom is tiny and a large individual may have a hard time accessing the toilet, have to squeeze passed the sink.

We paid a $150 security deposit upon check in. The room was left just as we found it, when will our credit card be credited for the $150 security deposit?

The bed and pillows were comfortable, plenty of towels, microwave and refrigerator in room as well as a coffee maker, there was also an iron and ironing board available which was awesome because I needed them. TV and remote worked great. Housekeeping services were provided each day of my stay, they made the bed, emptied trash, and provided fresh towels and coffee packets. Motel is located in a great area, plenty of dining and shopping options nearby and an easy drive to the shore. Motel staff is wonderful and friendly, they made sure I had everything I needed and were available for my late night check in. I would absolutely stay here again!

• Sarah (2/5): Lackluster facilities, just ok room, horrible staff. - The price was cheap and it was 10 minutes away from the beach. The listing says no pets, but there was a “Beware of Dog” sign outside the lobby. The room was musty and everything we brought into the room smelled horrible when we left. The outlet next to the bed was loose and falling out of the wall; I didn’t use it because I was worried it was a fire hazard. The office chair in the room was falling apart. The room was so tiny you couldn’t walk to the bathroom if someone sat at the desk. The water in the shower would not get hot and kept changing from lukewarm to cold. The remote control of the TV and the paper with the Wifi information on them both had a mysterious sticky substance on them. The TV had a big white spot in the middle of the screen at all times because the screen was busted. The AC was a window unit that barely cooled off the room; we had it on for hours and still had to sleep on top of the sheets. The bathroom was microscopic with cracked tiles everywhere. When I tried to check out, the door to the lobby was closed with a sign that said not to ring the bell, so I put the key in the key slot and left. An hour later, I got a nasty call from someone at the hotel. He said very rude things to me and claimed I disrespected him because my toddler tracked some sand into the room from the beach. The call was 100% unprofessional and uncalled for.

I didn't realize they had a cat and that the hotel had a no pet policy, which was an honest mistake. The hotel kicked out the veteran after two nights and refuses to refund my money for the three nights.

It does need some updating, but it was perfect and priced well for our stay. Would definitely use again. Lots of appreciation to the front desk guy that helped out my husband and son checking in!

• Nancy (4/5): - This is a two star hotel and worth no more than $40-50 a night. I paid over $220! The pictures online do not accurately show the hotel. Everything is in bad disrepair. There are holes in the blankets, peeling paint, old rugs with iron burns, the list goes on. I would only stay here if it was inexpensive.

The gentleman working the desk was friendly upon arrival. Water was hot and beds were comfortable. The a/c worked great and the room was quiet! Easy to access. The bathroom was small without any counter space (online google review mentioned the same fault). The shower has no light. The layout of the room makes it very small walking space between the dresser and the beds. Need a car to access anywhere

• Estelle (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, comfy and quiet, the room serves its purpose. The staff (owners?) I met at check in and check out were very pleasant. The bathroom could be a tad larger, access to the toilet between the sink and shower wall was a bit tight.

• Amanda (10/5): - So long as you are unpretentious, you will fond this place a true gem, as we did. Check in was easy. The folks who run the motel were very delightful. While the rooms were dated, everything was pristine and linens were crisp white. Amenities included large fridge, microwave, coffee maker and standard cable TV (not hotel cable!) Would stay here again for sure!
