• Susanne (8/5): Ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Super Lage Waschmaschine war gefüllt mit Lappen etc. Sehr laut, da ein Club direkt darunter ist.

• Pascal (7/5): - L'etablissement est tres bien situé, au coeur d'Edinburgh. Il y a tout à quelques metres, bus, magasins, restaurant, pubs. Vraiment tres bien place. Nous etions un groupe d'ami et la localisation est parfaite. L'appartement propose tout ce dont on a besoin et les prix sont tres competitifs.

The apartment was well equipped with all the essential items needed, including cleaning supplies, which made the stay very convenient. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the apartment. the TV was not a smart TV.

Situé en haut d’une boîte de nuit ouverte tous les soirs de la semaine jusqu’à 3h du matin. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir du séjour à cause de la musique et des personnes ivres dans la rue en pleine nuit… quel dommage car le reste était parfait ! Faites attention avant de booker, cela a vraiment gâché notre expérience…

We turned up at 10am to drop bags off at reception, we waiting 20 minutes for somebody to arrive. We left our bags there only to find when we come back at 2pm to get the keys, our bags had just been left in the hallway for anyone to take. The sofa was too small and very uncomfortable

Stanza molto rumorosa, purtroppo nel seminterrato del palazzo c’è una discoteca che la sera ha la musica così forte da non permettere di dormire nemmeno se si alloggia al secondo piano.

Fortunatamente stavano uscendo degli ospiti che ci hanno aperto e ci hanno comunicato il nuovo codice. In uno dei due bagni mancava un porta carta igienica e anche magari una mensola per poggiare le cose. Scarsa la dotazione di asciugamani: eravamo in tre e ci sono stati lasciati solo due per il viso.

Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, we thoroughly enjoyed Mowgli’s up the road. The parking was a fifteen minute walk away. There was a lot of noise from the bars and pubs in the area. We were charged £20 extra for having a dog, there wasn’t even a dog water bowl.

L'appartement en lui-même est impeccable, très bien équipé et d'une propreté exemplaire. Un excellent choix pour profiter pleinement d'Édimbourg à pied. Logement sans véritable accueil. Nous avons réservé ici pour la possibilité de laisser nos bagages, mais ce service n'existe pas en pratique faute de personnel à la réception. Une mention mensongère sur l'annonce qui a pénalisé notre séjour. Dommage

• Amanda (6/5): - The apartment was a good size and great location for exploring Edinburgh We were told we could leave our luggage in reception Monday-Fri but on the days we stayed Tues/Wednesday the reception was not manned. Other guests had left their luggage outside the desk but it felt risky as it's not locked away, no tags etc. One of our reasons for booking in the centre was to explore so it's disappointing if there is no secure area for your luggage. The apartment was also a bit tired and would benefit from refurbishment. All in all a bit pricey for one night.
• Elena (8/5): - L'appartamento era accogliente e con tutto il necessario C'è scritto che c'è la reception aperta dalle 9.30 alle 18 dal lun al ven e che si possono lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out durante gli orari di apertura della reception ma invece non c'era nessuno e dopo aver chiesto tramite messaggio non abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli e li abbiamo lasciati in stazione dei bus pagando altre 20 £.

• Bethany (10/5): Best stay and insane location for the price!! Amazing - It was perfect, lovely little apartment and it felt safe to be in. Had everything you needed, including a safe, proper hairdryer, ironing board etc! The bed was my favourite, it was sooo comfortable!! Always struggle sleeping away but not here! We didn’t use the facilities as we were only there a short while but it had everything you need, even a little tea and coffee section. Tv is good with channels to and bathroom is gorgeous, thanks for an amazing stay ♥️ Walls are a little thin, can hear people talking at night if it’s really quiet but didn’t bother us!

• Susan (7/5): Great location but noisy at night! - The flat was in a really great location - overall was practical, modern and clean. For a chilly time of year, it was really cosy and warm - but you could open the windows if you wanted (initially it appeared you couldn't). We stayed one night (a Wednesday) and the noise from the street was awful. I was awake until 1:30am and my daughter said it went on later! If you are a light sleeper and don't use earplugs, I would not recommend. It was evident that the shower had leaked at some point previously as the bathroom floor / door was looking rather shabby. Some maintenance needing doing.

A pesar de decirnos que pasarían a repasar la limpieza, no fue así. Hay un pub debajo que tiene música alta hasta las 3 de la madrugada. Nosotros nos alojamos en la primera planta y la música se escuchaba.

• stephen (4/5): - Location was good. Everything was provided and access was easy. It was clean and tidy. The settee in the apartment was the cheapest thing you could buy and still call it a settee. You wouldn't want to sit on it for very long. The toilet was a bit smelly and very noisy. It lacked a bit of furniture. It lacked a soft touch. Functional but no more effort than that. A classic bloke approach. The heating could not be controlled. It was hot or cool.

• Christine (8/5): Convenient & Comfortable - Location. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Carpets and paint work on doors had seen a fair bit of wear.

• Melanie (10/5): Great location for theatre, shops and exploring the city - Great Location for the Theatre which was the purpose of our stay, and the centre of town for shops and the park. We loved the layout and the huge windows letting in lots of natural light making it feel open, spacious and comfortable. Not a dislike as such, more of a suggestion. We didn't manage to get the hob working, the instruction manual would have been helpful. We used the microwave instead which was good enough. There was a little noise from outside but not enough to bother us.
