• Vila (7/5): Calidad precio muy bien! - Me gustó la amabilidad y seguridad del personal. Soy celíaca y creo que podrían mejorar la calidad del pan sin gluten y de las galletas y magdalenas. Sin gluten ya suele tener mal gusto. Pero hay obradores que hacen panes y galletas muy buenas sin gluten. Y tener una tostadora a parte para poder tostar el pan sin gluten también mejora mucho. Ser celíaco es una enfermedad, no una elección y viajar a veces es un problema para los celíacos y creo que no cuesta tanto mejorar esa experiencia con pocos cambios. Lo digo como crítica constructiva. Gracias!

• Johanna (8/5): Hôtel que nous recommandons - Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été super tous le long de notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment complet et de qualité. Il y avait vraiment de tout. La mise à disposition de café, de thé et d’eau citronnée toute la journée est vraiment appréciable. L’hôtel est bien situé pour rejoindre les transports en communs (métro, bus, train). Même pour rejoindre le centre-ville et faire les trajets à pied. La chambre et la décoration sont bien pensées. La literie est correcte. La chambre est un peu mal insonorisée. La VMC des chambres est tombée en panne donc beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre. Un rafraîchissement de la chambre serait nécessaire car la peinture des murs s’effritent.

• barbara (8/5): This is a great hotel from which to explore the beautiful city of Porto. The staff were great - so helpful and welcoming - Staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was great. Some hooks in the bathroom and bedroom would be very helpful- nowhere to hang anything apart from towels in the bathroom. Great to have coffee available throughout the day but a small fridge to store milk would be an improvement.

• Sergey (10/5): Simply a great choice - Fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is ideal, making everything easy to get to, and the parking is as convenient as it gets (we were lucky to get one). The property is very well kept. What really stands out is the staff, genuinely attentive and always ready to help. And the breakfast? Absolutely top notch!

• Laurie (8/5): Super établissement bien placé, bon rapport qualité prix - Établissement super, le personnel très gentil. Il y a de quoi se faire un café ou un thé / tisane à n’importe quel heure du jour ou de la nuit, c’est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuné et très bien. La literie et la propreté sont super également. Seul bémol, l’isolation entre les chambres est vraiment très fine, on entend toutes les conversations des voisins. Et l’eau chaude se fait rare, je ne sais pas si nous sommes mal tombé mais prendre deux douches était compliqué sans finir à l’eau froide. Et nous prenions pourtant des douches très rapide.

Sofia é stata gentilissima a permetterci di cambiare stanza in modo da soddisfare la nostra esigenza riguardante la scarsa insonorizzazione della stanza. Colazione buona ma giusto il minimo necessario. Abbiamo invece apprezzato molto la macchinetta del caffè e le cialde a disposizione per un buon caffè in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Purtroppo le stanze necessitano di manutenzione, sono trascurate, il che é un vero peccato perché arredate con gusto. Non sono correttamente ventilate, c’é puzza di muffa ed umido e non sono insonorizzate. La posizione non è il massimo, un po distante dal centro ma colmabile per chi ama passeggiare.

• Henny (9/5): Aan te raden accommodatie. Gezellig ingericht en vlot bereikbaar. - Eigenlijk zowat alles: gezellige inrichting, goede ligging, uitgebreid ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel. Handige bruikbare tips gekregen op map van Porto. We hadden de “economy room” geboekt blijkbaar en die zijn op -1 en dat was niet duidelijk bij de boeking. Maar wel een mooie kamer met raam en toegang tot buiten maar geen zicht op de blauwe hemel. Achtergrond muziek aan de ontbijttafel zou ook leuk zijn.

• Nicolas (9/5): Relación calidad-precio muy buena - El personal muy agradable, sobre todo Arthur que nos explicó todos los lugares a los que nos recomendaba ir con un mapa y que nos sirvió muchísimo. Todo muy limpio, el baño era amplio y la ducha comodísima, el desayuno incluido suma bastantes puntos, reponían todo muy rápido y constantemente. Las opciones del desayuno se quedaron un poco cortas, recomendaría colocar un microondas o algo para calentar porque casi todo era para comer frío o templado. Las almohadas que nos tocaron estaban un poco duras.

Quand il a plu, avec le bruit de la pluie, on avait l’impression qu’une personne prenait la douche dans notre chambre.

• Lisa (8/5): Zu empfehlen - Artur ist sensationell - die Handgeschriebene Karte und die Erklärungen zu Porto und den Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr hilfreich! Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht. Das Bad ist etwas klein jedoch total ausreichend für ein paar Tage. Beheizt wird das Zimmer durch die Klimaanlage beim Bett, diese reicht jedoch nicht wirklich ins Bad. Da hätte ich mir etwas mehr wärme gewünscht. Die vielen Kommentare das das Frühstück nicht ausreichend oder die Matratze zu hart sei haben wir nicht so empfunden. Preis Leistung Top! Wir kommen wieder sollten wir nochmals Porto besuchen. Die Wände sind ziemlich dünn zwischen den Zimmern - wir hatten ein aktives Pärchen im neben Zimmer da wurde es schonmal etwas lauter 😉
• Joanna (10/5): Doskonale miejsce z ludźmi pełnymi życzliwości i pasji - Pokoje bardzo zadbane, czyste, śniadania proste - ale bardzo smaczne, niczego więcej do rozpoczęcia dobrze dnia nie potrzeba. Największy jednak atut tego miejsca to ludzie - obsługiwał nas Pan Artur - niezwykle uprzejmy, gościnny i życzliwy. Poświęcił swój czas na przygotowanie rekomendacji i zaznaczenie najważniejszych punktów na mapie, dzięki czemu wyciągnęliśmy z pobytu ile tylko się dało. W swojej uprzejmości wiedząc o wczesnym locie powrotnym zaoferował przygotowanie przekąsek, które całkowicie zrobiły nam dzień. Doskonałe miejsce na pobyt, polecam bardzo Jedyny minus jaki odnotowaliśmy to to, że niestety dość mocno słychać innych lokatorów, słychać kroki i inne dźwięki między pokojami lub korytarzem, ale poza tym drobnym mankamentem, wszystko było doskonale :)

Un emplacement proche de la station de métro Trinidade, qui est centrale pour se rendre dans les lieux historiques comme à l’aéroport.

• Wojciech (10/5): Wyjątkowa atmosfera - Przede wszystkim obsługa - zostaliśmy fantastycznie przyjęci przez Arturo, który dał nam bardzo dużo lojalnych wskazówek i widać było jego niesamowitą wiedzę i zaangażowanie - dziękujemy. Pokój zgodny ze zdjęciami, śniadania smaczne, dobra lokalizacja - blisko do centrum. W pobliżu stacja metra, więc łatwo dostać się z lotniska. W ostatni dzień naszej podróży mogliśmy zostawić walizki. Polecamy to miejsce i chętnie wrócimy w przyszłości!

Lo staff gentilissimo, Artur è una persona molto piacevole e velocissimo a risolvere un piccolo problemino insorto. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche la possibilità di prendere un tè o caffè a qualsiasi ora, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Lo consiglio vivamente.
