Important Information
This property only accepts payments made by 2 factor authentication payment link.
A Self Check-In e-mail invitation will be sent 24 hours prior to the guest arrival. Guests can only check in between 11am and 23:30pm on the arrival day.
Once a fully completed Self Check-In form is received, the entry access codes and the number of the apartment will be shared with the guest by e-mail. Codes are made active from 3pm on the arrival day and only after the payment has been verified and the reservation paid for in full.
Guests are required to show a photo ID on the arrival at the property.
The security deposit of £350 is required at the time of making the reservation. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, providing that the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition and that no smoking or party activities have been detected.
The payment for the accommodations and the deposit can only be made via 2 factor secured authentication payment link, which will be sent by e-mail.
In the event that guests do not comply with our House Rules and T&Cs, the accommodations will be terminated immediately, entry access codes deactivated and unruly guests will be evicted from the property. No refund will be granted and the eviction cost will be charged to the guest’s credit or debit card.
For the same day arrivals, Self Check-in invitation will be emailed shortly after the reservation has been made, followed by the property access codes. These will be made active only when the payment has been verified and Self Check-In submitted.
Only registered guests can stay at the property, providing that the house rules are fully observed. No visitors are permitted.
Any guests who are found occupying the apartment but are not registered guests of City2Stay Ltd. will be immediately evicted from the property. No refund will be granted and additional charges may apply.

Customer service was great -- I left my charger behind and the property manager emailed me within a couple of hours to tell me -- this has never happened before when I've left stuff behind! -- and I could pop back to pick it up. No window in the bedroom

- karen (10/5): - Easy access into property all coded no hassle with keys everything you need in the apartment comfortable bed very clean large seating area great quiet location Our room number 4 was directly by the entrance to the apartment block so was a bit concerned about the noise of people coming and going but fortunately either it wasn’t very busy or the apartment was well sound proofed we didn’t hear any noise at night only people leaving in the morning also there was no window in the bedroom so it didn’t look like the picture of the apartment advertised on the website

- Adele (7/5): Located in a business district, it is quiet at night but near to Fleet St. pubs and activity. - The messaging before arrival was wonderful and it made digital access easy as we booked for a night before our early morning arrival so we could go straight to the apartment. The bedroom and living room were large enough. We could not figure out the head even with instructions. So we were chilly, but luckily we did not stay long. The kitchen should have had more glassware (no tall glasses) and only 4 each of wine and short glasses and mugs. Wow that was stingy! The bathroom had to be negotiated as it was mall. And they only allowed two big towels and two hand towels for our stay. No washcloths.

- Larry (9/5): A pleasant stay in a nice apartment in a good area. - Apt was in a quaint old courtyard off Fleet St but was a recent remodel. Well furnished and adequately supplied. Good lighting and appliances. Surprisingly quiet considering all the hustle bustle in the area. The caretaker, Shanktee (sp?) was very helpful getting settled in. Central location: 15+ min walk east to St Paul cathedral & Sweetings restaurant (great fish & chips); 20+ min the other way to Trafalgar Sq & the National Gallery. Bus stops nearby. Lots of fast food spots & pubs in area. Door codes provided the same day and time we were flying. Would have liked that info 2 days earlier. The apt is in an area primarily devoted to daytime workers, so lots of places closed up afternoon or evening.

- Mikey (8/5): Lovely stay - The location was brilliant, right in the centre of all the attractions. Easy transport links close by. Because of this in the business district it was a lot quieter and less touristy. Because the apartment has cooking facilities I was searching for salt and pepper. I messaged to see if they had any, and they said they do not provide salt and pepper, only tea, coffee and milk. A suggestion was made that it would be nice to put small packets alongside the teas and coffee. I also recommended they provide coasters and placemats as none were available.

El chico que nos atendió fue muy agradable y nos indicó con mucha paciencia como hacerlo al igual que Andreea. Además nos guardaron las mochilas ya que llegamos antes de las 15:00h Cocina bien equipada con todo lo necesario a excepción de un microondas. Cafés y tés de cortesía. Camada cómoda y apartamento bien climatizado. Le falta un microondas. Al ser sótano... Tiene poca ventilación y luz natural.

- Pavandeep Kaur (8/5): A well located apartment with good amenities. - I booked Red Lion Court as a weekend stay for a graduation. The apartment was clean, well furnished, with very good kitchen amenities. The location is perfect for access to both the financial and recreational heart of london. They also accommodated a request for an earlier check in. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again. The bed mattress was not the most comfy, but did the job for a short weekend stay. The linen was not the most quality unfortunately, there was a rip in the duvet sheets provided, as well as a note to say that towels stained with make up may be subject to an additional laundry cost of £50-100! Shocking!

Everything was very clean and well maintained, with modern and functional furnishings. The online check‑in and check‑out were really easy, and the code access made everything very convenient. I also appreciated the small touches like the complimentary coffee and tea available for guests. Overall, the value for money is excellent considering the area and the city. The apartment is generally quiet, though you can occasionally hear some noise from the neighboring flats. Nothing major, but someone looking for total silence might notice it.

- Annette (7/5): Beautiful spot, good location, sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. - there was no breakfast. It would have been nice to incld., salt, pepper, and oil. It was very clean and attractive. Unfortunately, there were no succinct instructions on how to use appliances. Instead, there was a QR code to the manuals w/ dozens of pages each. It was very confusing. Also, check in could have been better explained, we spent 20 mins in the cold entering and reentering code, finally calling for assitance. It would help to explain how to enter and reset codes. My instruction were missing an extra 0.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, just a 15-minute walk to Covent Garden. Andreea, the manager, was very attentive and always quick to respond. She also kindly helped us with luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

The Location was brilliant for the city. Minutes to walk to the tube or slightly longer stroll to south bank. The only thing was the bed and bedroom were quite small.

- Iskanthabalan N (9/5): We had a great and comfortable stay at city centre of London and great people to assist - The property manager was very helpful, met us at the entrance to the building and also was safe to leave our luggage on the day of check-out, since we checked out early. Also, the manager helped us with good info to go to the airport. Location was brilliant. We had 3 luggage (1ea small & 2ea medium.) and our unit was at the topmost. The lift stops at 1 floor below our level, and we have to walk up 2 flights up the stairs to our unit. The Office Team was kind enough to bring our bags to our unit

- Ahmad (2/5): Terrible staff - It was fine for what was needed. On the first day we landed, my partner was running out to get groceries and I walked out with him and ended up locking myself out of the apartment because the codes were on my phone, I grabbed the emergency phone next to my room thinking it'll call the staff, I got the guy who was in charge yell at me and accuse me of "partying" and threaten that there are cameras ans he saw i was having people over and I will be fined. For that alone, I wouldn't return. Also the sheets were dirty and stained, and it wasnt worth the money.

The nearest bus stop was closed so all public transit options ended up being 7-10 min walk.

- Roger (7/5): Ein nützliches Appartment das aber keine grössere Begeisterung auslöst. - Die Lage ist gut, jeweils in Nähe (1km) von einer UBahn Station, relativ zentral, enigermassen ruhig. Alles was benötigt wird, (voll ausgestattete Küche etc.) ist vorhanden.. Die Möbel sind leider abgenutzt, das Sofa ist „durchgesessen“ und das Bett ist nicht sehr komfortabel. Bei den Mübel wurde (danke Ikea) am falschen Ort gespart.

- Susan (10/5): Fantastic - Something was wrong with washing machine and the property manager, came straight up and look at it . He offered to get our clothes wash for us, which we took him up on the offer. Also when we where leaving they stored our luggage, as we had a later flight. Nothing
- Ying Chi (9/5): Great for long stay - 5-10min walk from the main train stations and bus stops. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with all necessities, e.g. washing machine, plenty of hangers, washing consumables, etc. The radiators were great. The shower room is pretty small even though the washroom size is big. Soundproof could be better as the bedroom is next to the main door, we could hear people talking and closing doors at night. The hairdryer and kettle were functioning with loud noise.

- Paula Soy (7/5): Correcte - L'apartament en general era molt correcte. L'ubicació era correcte, uns 25 minuts caminant fins el centre. Hi havia adaptadors. L'aire acondicionat no funcionava, vam haver d'engegar el ventilador. El preu una mica excessiu. El llit bastant petit per ser de matrimoni. Hi havia molt de soroll per les nits, sobretot els dies laborables que hi havia transit de camions.
- Eric (8/5): Great location but too warm. - The location is excellent and the apartment is well equipped The apartment was very warm even though the weather wasn't especially warm. We used the air con but it was too noisy with a cold draught in the bedroom, so we put up with the heat. Sleeping was difficult. The bedroom is small.

Zupełnie nie przeszkadza w codziennym funkcjonowaniu ale skoro nie działa a wygląda slabo to lepiej żeby tego nie było, - jedna szafa z wieszakami, bardzo malo miejsca do przechowywania ubrań i innych rzeczy - troche słabe światło w łazience

- KH (9/5): - Comfortable well equipped apartment in a great location. Short walk from Blackfriars station. Access codes for both external door and apartment so it felt secure. On line forms for a digital check in had to be completed after 11am on day of arrival which was inconvenient in the middle of sightseeing trip.

- Griet (8/5): Modern und komfortabel - Modern eingerichtet. Sehr zweckmäßig. Begleitung des Personals durch Mail hervorragend schnell und ausführlich. Fenster nicht Geräusch dicht. Beleuchtung nachts im Haus gegenüber kann durch Rollos nicht vollständig abgeschirmt werden.
- Anikó (9/5): Great place to stay in the heart of the city - It was in the center of town, with great public transportation connections. The accommodation was quite large, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was very friendly, and we were able to store our luggage there. It was a heatwave in London, nearly 30 degrees, no air conditioning, the window couldn't be opened fully, so the apartment didn't cool down enough at night. The blinds didn't really provide any shade during the day. There were ventilators in the living room and bedroom, but unfortunately, it wasn't really possible to sleep in this heat.

- Farirai (10/5): - Great space, very clean. The beds were not super comfortable, especially the sofa bed. Would also have liked more bedding (to be fair we didn’t ask for more; it just wasn’t in the room).
