• Bobby (2/5): Never stay here! - My experience was a nightmare! The owner cancelled my reservation without contacting me. He never answered my phone calls to confirm my reservation. He does not speak English, which added to the confusion. I was literally homeless in Miami the first day as a result. I would advise anyone attempting to rent this property to beware! Look elsewhere and DO NOT RENT this unit!
• Jari (2/5): Cancellation for the owner's side (unreliable) - We arrived at Miami and I try to call that we can get the keys to the apartment, but no one answered my call. Few minutes I get the text message "text me, I am in the meeting". Then I was told my reservation number and we also need a keys to apartment because we were standing front of the apartment. Then silence takes about 10-15 min and he but second text message "This apartment is not available Sr. I canceled this reservation" I was puzzled? I ask why you cancel, I have made this reservation 7 months ago? No one contact me anymore... I ordered a taxi and we went to look for new accommodation.

• John (2/5): Try somewhere else - The apartment is in a good location on Sth Beach Miami but needs a lot of repairs to make it worth the money
• Verified traveler (2/5): South Beach - Nice Apartment . But not clean. Dead worm in living Room. Big bug in bedroom . Hair in shower . One Television in living room no night latch on door. No Dressers . Public parking only at $40.00 a day. Com- Plained no response . No front desk the owner has to meet you. About 10 min drive to south Beach
• Maria (2/5): A ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT - Les + de l'appartement sont son emplacement et la wifi. Sinon il y avait des punaises sur tous les lits et canapés. On était piqués partout. Les canapés sont défoncés. Impossible de regarder la télévision "mosaïques constamment". Équipements pour la cuisine plus que minimaliste. Enfin : nous avons appelé et envoyé plusieurs mails pour savoir ce que l'on faisait des poubelles. A ce jour nous ne le savons toujours pas. Par ailleurs, nous avons également envoyé plusieurs mails pour avoir une facture acquittée , hôtels.com leur a aussi envoyé un mail pour leur réclamer. A ce jour ils n'ont pas eu la décence de repondre ni à moi ni à hôtels.com alors que j'ai vraiment besoin de cette facture. La seule fois où nous avons eu un contact avec eux c'est le jour de notre arrivée où dans le 1/4 heure qui a suivi George était là pour venir encaisser le montant de la location. Depuis plus AUCUNE nouvelle. Location à déconseiller fortement et à retirer du site le plus rapidement possible.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Wonderful location. Walking distance to Espanola - The room was a wonderful deal and great location. Plenty of room for all guests.
• Judy (4/5): I wouldn't go back. - The place was in walking distance of the beach but no public parking anywhere. Upon arrival the place was dusty and very musty. Instructions were suppose to be sent prior to arrival and they were never sent (even though I gave the owners 2 emails). The instructions were in Spanish only on the fridge. The key to the front door wouldn't work and we waited 5 hours for someone to come give me a new key. The communication was not very good, most calls were forwarded and they wanted to text but then told me to talk to someone else. Holes in walls and dirty walls. Wouldn't go back.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Sconsigliato, assenza di serietà - Prenotazione annullata il giorno dell'arrivo a Miami. Al momento dell'arrivo in aeroporto abbiamo tentato invano di contattare il numero di telefono presente sulla prenotazione(esplicitamente confermata) e per diverse volte non abbiamo ricevuto risposta, all'ennesimo tentativo rispondono e dopo aver spiegato chi eravamo interrompono la telefonata. Dopo un'ora iniziano a scriverci via sms,a quel punto noi avevamo quasi raggiunto l'appartemento ed arrivati davanti al cancello attendevamo che qualcuno arrivasse per aprirci ed invece riceviamo sms che ci avvisa della cancellazione della prenotazione. Pessima esperienza non vi consigliamo la struttura!
