Laurie (4/5): ok - The location met our needs as we were close the golf course we played the next day. The beds were comfortable and shower hot with good pressure. We were four women on a golf trip. The toilet bowl would not fill with water, so we talked to maintenance. He stated it would take a minute to fill after each flush. The furniture in the living area is well warn and a little dirty. The breakfast is the usual that you get at most hotels.

Kitchenette was very usable, with plates, flatware and cooking equipment. The morning breakfast was the standard fare, and somewhat cramped location. The Coffee was terrible. They need to destroy their coffee equipment and buy all new. There is so much sediment and soot in the coffee equipment that it tasted like sucking on a cactus root. Blech. If coffee is your determining actor, then you have other problems. Otherwise this was a pleasant stay and enjoyable.

Kari (8/5): Expensive room fee - Clean nice rooms pool was nice Had to wait 10 mins to check in for front staff 2 ladies to finish their conversation. It was kind of rude. Didn’t acknowledge I was even standing there until another family walked in to check in.
Schmitt (10/5): Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. - The hotel room was roomy and clean. It had everything we needed. Breakfast on the weekend could run a little later. If you are there for a game, concert , play etc... that goes later into the night a 9:30am cut off for breakfast feels a little early. We always look for a place that includes breakfast and are willing to pay slightly more for that. I think even a half hour later could make a difference.
Jan (10/5): - Great room layout for a multi day stay. Appreciated the kitchen, couch, dining table. Breakfast options were good and nice to have the indoor pool. Exercise room is small but serviceable. Overall, a good stay!

Hfehouse (6/5): No Qualified Management On Weekends - We have stayed here in the past, we liked this hotel which is why we chose this specific location again. However, this visit was the worst. The facility, although it needs updated is usually clean. Our room was clean and tidy. The laundry facilities are gross. Moldy washing machines…very unsanitary. Our main disappointment was the front desk staff at night on the weekend. There were young people staying above us which you just don’t do. Place them somewhere away from your guests please! We alerted the front desk of the crazy loud noises coming from above; she pretended to call upstairs but the extreme banging and stomping sounds continued. She did absolutely NOTHING to get them to stop and quiet down…tons of excuses and pretty much the silent treatment, we went down 2 more times to ask her to do something. Why she was working the front desk, we have no idea because she clearly wasn’t working to try to resolve things. If nothing else, we should’ve been given the option to move somewhere else in the hotel. These youngsters were placed very strategically in the middle of the hotel. The noise was up and down the halls and above us, but magically she wasn’t able to hear it. This young lady needs some serious training in how to manage these situations. Just a note that there were young men staying there too…very respectful and polite. They couldn’t believe what was going on🤷‍♀️

Jen (8/5): - Overall, the stay was good, but I called the front desk for an item I needed and was told they would have it there, and when I went down to the lobby, they said that they couldn't locate any of them. I said that I would call down in 5 minutes to see if they found one, and was told to call in 10-15 minutes instead. I had a course to go to that morning, and needed to leave, so I never did get it. It wasn't busy in the lobby since it was early, so I was disappointed.

Nicole (3/5): Disappointed: expected more for the price. - Most of the staff were friendly; except the manager- he was rude. Rooms are rundown. Many issues with facilities; sinks didn’t drain, heat didn’t work in one bedroom, safety lock didn’t work, internet for tv was spotty, cracks in the tub and tile floors, wallpaper falling off in bathroom, furniture is old and dirty. Manager was rude.

It had stuff floating on the top. When I told the front desk they said they were fully booked. You check and clean the pool more often then. Disappointed, grandkids were sad😯

Lynn (2/5): I have been charged for an extra night--& there is no local phone # available - The facility was decent--it was clean, although rooms were not touched during the stay. We had requested a handicap room for my sister & it was not. Short toilets in every room & only one grab bar. Staff was not sufficient for breakfast. Tables were sticky and 2 hours was too limited for a full hotel--area was too crowded & food was not available.

Jillian (2/5): 3 rooms and issues in all of them - Our room was flooded, no one from the management contacted us and no help was offered packing our items up. We had to step through our flooded room with water pouring from the ceiling. The second room we were placed in had the fire alarm start going off at midnight and never stopped. We were off to room number 3 which the heat did not work in. I would never stay here again. Things happen, but no one reached out to us or offered any help.

LornaJ207 (10/5): Great Stay on Thanksgiving - Stayed over one night, pet friendly hotel so requested a room on the main floor close to an exit, worked out great for taking our furry family member out. Room was clean. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice breakfast in the morning with waffles, egg croissant sandwiches, sausage, cereal etc.

Joanna (4/5): - The staff was very friendly. The condition of our room left something to be desired. There was visible water damage in the bathroom from the ceiling to the bottom of the door. There were areas of the room that had been completely missed as far as dusting or wiping down of any kind. The kitchenette cooktop had burnt on food. The shower door was loud when opening. I elected to lean what I could myself since there were several events going on in the area and it would have been difficult to find another hotel in that same price range.

The breakfast was good. It was nice and quiet. Check-in and out was quick and easy. The staff was pleasant. We needed 3 beds, and there wasn't any bedding for the couch pullout. We stayed there on our way to and from our destination. It ended up being an ordeal to get the bedding for the couch pullout both stays.

Erin (10/5): Great stay - Check in staff was amazing. The room was exactly what I needed for an unexpected week long stay while family was in the hospital nearby. I was able to work, cook, relax, and rest in the same space which was a nice convenience. I was able to do laundry while I was there too. The hotel is close to shopping and not far from major highways/the interstate.

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The space between the shower doors left an awful water mess on the floor while in use. Soaked a whole towel to clean it up.

The room was very clean, and very comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat in terms of proximity to the hospital. Dining options within walking distance are limited. Reception staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. We'll be back the next time we need to stay in Sioux Falls!

Lauren (8/5): Home away from home - The room was dated with some wall paper peeling off and the sitting chair was concave at the seat but the room was clean. Front desk staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! Pool and hot tub were perfect for us, they provided towels in the pool area. We saw several dogs so that's a plus for pet owners. The laundry room for customers was nice, the washers and dryers were very modern. We enjoyed the stay.
