Exceptional service, stunning beach views, clean and spacious rooms, and delicious food make every stay unforgettable. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. A perfect getaway for relaxation and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sri Lanka's southern coast.

• Samara (4/5): - The beach access and ocean view are the only good things about the hotel. Old furniture unclean room unclean towels 1s night there was no water in the bathroom . Called them and they fixed it . 2nd day no hot water in the bathroom it took them over an hour to fix it so we could take a shower. Ac not cooling properly. Pool water is dirty and cloudy very bad experience not worth the money spent.

• Nikhil (3/5): Overpriced and poorly maintained - The location of the property is good. However the property as such needs a lot of improvement. The rooms are big, however the air conditioning in the room is not commensurate with the size of the room. The only positive which I noted for the place was its location and proximity to the beach. The rooms were not clean, there was some kind of sticky substance on the floor. We were initially shown a room ( which is next to the beach). However this was so small that we felt suffocated. We were planning to check out (even though we paid for whole 2 days), however the staff accommodated us in a different room ( we appreciate this gesture). We decide to stay in the room as room was big enough with balcony overlooking the beach. I would say if properly maintained the property would have been nice. As mentioned above the room was not cool even though AC was running. Clearly a bigger tonnage was needed for the room. The bed blankets were old. The breakfast was pathetic. There were flies around the breakfast area and even on some of the food. The staff barely speaks English and was not able to understand us( however staff was courteous). We checked out after 1 night ( even though we had 2 nights). Someone who looks like the manager asked us the reason for early check out and we mentioned that rooms are not up to the mark. However there was zero response from this person. He just mentioned “ok”. Anyways - as mentioned earlier, if properly maintained, the properly is worth it. Also the pricing is bit on higher side for a properly like that

Spacious rooms and balcony with pool and sea view The breakfast was awful, nothing covered, and flies everywhere. The hotel is to far from anywhere, nothing much within walking distance . The pool was unusable at times during our stay due to building work to the hotel we were not notified b4 our trip. There was only 4 loungers by the oil for a medium hotel. The menu for food and drinks was very expensive, double the price of other places we stayed in sri lanka.

Awesome for family and friends - Very friendly staff, the size of the rooms (we had 2) was awesome with a clear view to the beach and the pool along with a balcony, access to the beach was very comfortable. Very poor breakfast, quite far away from Bentota, good shops and calm ocean appropriate to swim. Overpriced place and restaurants around in comparison with south of Sri Lanka.

It is a good value for its price. - - Spacious room with air conditioning, fridge and a big nice bed - Every room has a balcony with the ocean view - Every day cleaning and free water bottles - An incredible scenic beach just 50m away from the pool. There were like 5 people on this beach at all times. - There are sunbeds at the pool and at the beach. Towels are provided by the hotel. - The pool is nice, our kid enjoyed it very much - Location is very quiet, there are mostly villas nearby, no big hotels. You can eat at the hotel, the food is ok. There are also some restaurants at the beach and a 5-star hotel restaurant nearby. If you need a supermarket or shops, there are always a couple tuk-tuks near the hotel, the ride to Bentota is like 5-7 minutes - Breakfast has a room for improvement, it lacks variety and some meals did not meet our expectations - There is only one cleaning guy, sometimes you need to specifically ask him to clean your room - Bathroom fixtures are old and should be replaced. Everything works though

• Dav88dev (10/5): The BEST sand beach in Sri Lanka - The location and sand beach is THE BEST in Sri Lanka, the hotel staff is very friendly and speak English, Russian and German. Hotel owner is a great guy, he organized a tour for hotel guests free of charge. Hotel also organized an awesome romantic dinner for us on the beach. I can't say enough about how great this hotel is, you have to visit to see. Recommend all 100%

The waitress is the only one who could speak and understand english,she was very helpful. Poor choice for breakfast, food left uncovered with flies every where. The waiters don't understand basic requests,just laugh between themselves. The owner only interested in you if you book tours with him, rest of the time he ignores you. Non residents take over the sun loungers, leaving residents struggling to find one.

It is right on a nice beach and the hotel itself has a lovely pool (every day cleaning). The rooms are large with nice big balconies, sea-facing. The breakfast is very good. The staff are lovely and polite. Everything was perfect!

Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un grand balcon donnant sur l'océan (choisir un chambre au deuxième ou troisième étage pour la vue. Le restaurant est bien avec une nourriture copieuse. La ville est à coté (4 km) à 5 min de touctouc (1,5 euro le trajet) On a adoré.

• Mary (8/5): - Stayed one night. It was a pleasant stay. We had an overly smelly (too strong of whatever air freshener they use) room so they let us sleep in the room next door. Both rooms had two single beds put together. Slept comfortably. Breakfast was simple but good. The pool is a nice amenity and the private beach is beautiful. Pleasant stay for one night.

• Christine (10/5): Beautiful Hotel and great staff - We love and really recommend this beautiful Hotel! Lovely staff, Great location and such a good food. Long and nice beach that you only share with hotel guests. And with a tuk tuk its only take 5 minuts in to center of Bentota.

• Sven (10/5): Super Hotel direkt am Strand - Wir hatten das Hotel nahezu für uns alleine und daher war es eine umso persönlichere Atmosphäre. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab diverse Auswahlmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück und auch die Speisekarte war sehr umfangreich - selbstredend war das Essen äußerst lecker! Das Zimmer hatte einen tollen Blick auf den Pool und auch aufs Meer, was uns unsere letzten Tage in Sri Lanka zusätzlich versüßt hat. Der Strand des Hotels war immer sauber und wir konnten die Liegen des Hotels benutzen. Die Lage ist leicht südlich von Bentota und mit dem TukTuk in ca. 5 min erreichbar.

• Von Baron (8/5): Decent hotel with own private beach - This is a decent enough hotel - the bedroom and bathroom were a good size and well appointed, and there was a nice balcony. The pool was ok, but not enough space for many loungers. However the beach is beautiful and the staff were great. The hotel itself is a little isolated, so not many eating choices within walking distance and the food was ok but nothing special.

Hotellin yleisten tilojen siisteys ei ollut hyvä, samoin ruoka ja juomat olivat epämääräisiä.. Aamupala ihan ok. Hotellin ranta oli kaunis ja rauhallinen, aallokko oli aika voimakas. Palvelutaso tyydyttävä.

• Ionela (10/5): Great place to relax - Great place to spend your vacation. On the beach, with pool, palm trees, little river, friendly people and good food. The rooms are clean and the hotel staff would do anything to make your stay pleasant. They offered us a room to stay, after check out, until our drive to the airport arrived (free of charge!!!). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend their vacation on a nice, quiet beach in Sri Lanka.
